From Tyler on their sales side, to their office, service, and support staff they are bar none in the industry. A group and location that goes above and beyond in the most finite detail to take care of a customers big or small.With having 9 years personal experience dealing with different dealer groups within ft smith/NW Arkansas area and beyond, MHC, and MHC Van Buren sets them-selves apart from the rest.

Horrible . Called them about 8 pm said they stoped receiving till midnight , showed up at 10 I walked around the entire building, including their shop and no one was to be found . I gave them a call and it rang once and sent me straight to voice mail, I then called again and still no answer!

AVOID!I have a 500k 5 year warranty on a Kenworth T680. My driver s window stopped rolling up. I stopped at the Albuquerque NM MHC location. They determined that it was the armrest controller and said they didn t have the part. They gave me a list of which MHC locations did have the part. Took me a day for the diagnosis but it is what it is.The Van Buren MHC was on the list for the part and on my way for my current load. I showed them the screens from the other MHC telling the part # etc. They said they needed 2-3 hours to diagnose and that there were 20 trucks in the shop. I could either get in line so the part was free or buy the window control at $699.73. As it s cold and raining and I m on a tight schedule I had to buy the part. It was literally pop out and plug in with no tools required. 15 seconds and the part was installed by me. I tested it and it worked fine. These criminals wanted to milk more money on the warranty side. Never coming here again and this post will be going on every social media platform to encourage others not to and of my bad experience. Rules are fine but there should always be some exceptions. Had I not already visited one of their MHC locations for diagnosis I would see it their way.

Only one Kenworth has had quicker service, but the updating from the mechanic and manager at this location were far and away the best! The manager greeted us when we arrived. Got us in a bay immediately and periodically let us know what had been and was currently being done. The mechanic worked diligently until the job was done to get us back on the road in as little time as possible. They should send all the Kenworth service staff here for customer service training. Thanks y'all!!

Purchased my 2015 VNL 780 through a sales man Phillip Neblick. Truck lost all the oil ~ 100 miles away from dealership during delivery by reputable driveaway company. Phillip refused to help with the issue. I've requested manager's contact info via text, calls and emails but it was never provided. Calling the dealer direct and leaving the voice messages asking for manager to call back did not help. Awesome truck quality and great customer service you guys! I'm facing multi thousand dollar repair, ~$1900 wrecker services & missed the monthly vessel from Houston port.On top of that they ignored my title instructions and sent it to the wrong address.UPD. Suddenly after leaving a review Phil got back to me but not to apologize or offer a solution but to call me a liar and threaten my business with negative feedback in return. He insisted on the As Is contract signed so I shouldn't complain ....UPD1. Almost a month after we never received a call from the manager. The only thing we received is a negative feedback for our business (as a revenge most likely)..

fantastic service! my fleet is always taken care of swiftly and professionaly. the service team is amazing, brianna goes above and beyond, preston will come to my site if i cant get to the shop. and brian can find parts out of thin air. an absolutly amazing team ive had the good grace to work with.

I give them a 3 because they can't follow instructions. I'm tired of cleaning grease outta my truck. When I have asked and begged. Common curiosity. Would be greatly appreciated. Grease is very hard to get out.

They got me in and got me going. I didn t see $4,800 worth of work done on my truck, but they did get me in pretty quick and got me back on the road. They guys were courteous and kept me updated.

First they spent 4 days playing phone tag with my company about switching out the battery just so they could diagnose it then another day to determine the turbo actuator was bad. They never ordered the part. Then they tried to fix something else that we told them not to worry about because we where gonna fix it at our shop. Then thye put the truck back together without replacing or even ordering the turbo actuator and told me it was good to go. I checked out of the hotel after a week and moved back into my truck to find that nothing had been done except putting in a new battery. Didn't get the turbo actuator for another 3 days or so. Spent 9 days in a hotel not working. If you break down spend the extra money to tow it somewhere else it'll be cheaper in the long run.

Had my clutch done here had some issues but the manager called and we talked and he is gonna make it right so at first wasn t happy but due to a great manager things are gonna be made right thank you Dan

Took our motorhome into MHC with a loss of power . Jeremy was extremely understanding that we were full timing rv timing. Got us in ASAP diagnosed the problem, put a really nice man and a great tech James to repair our problem. Excellent work and greatprofessional attitude by all

I am an owner operator and stopped here for a set of intake valve actuators. Upon going in to purchase them was told that if I did not have them in hand they would have to charge the core charge. So in return I said that's fine I will go pull the old ones out and then be back in to buy the new ones. He then told me that I was not allowed to work on my own truck in their parking lot due to insurance purposes. Kinda hard to do an easy fix in the parking lot if they don't allow it, and why didnt the parts guy I spoke with on the phone prior tell me this information. Poor customer service if you ask me. I will spend my money elsewhere instead of here, they just want to charge the shop rate is all. So they kept their parts, and I will never visit this establishment again.

Got towed in with a regen issue. They were able to look at the truck almost immediately. They didn t have the part in stock but had it brought over from another location. Truck was done the same day. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road so quickly. Wish there had been more electrical outlets in the driver s room upstairs, but found there is one outside near picnic table.

We got off to a rocky start with your shop. Because of the Shop Manager Jeremy Lloyd we ended this relationship with a 5 Star review. This young man has gone way beyond the call to not only fix the first issue but find a few more that would have left us stranded on the highway again. He kept me in the loop as to what was happening, this all coming on the heels of me calling and raising cane over the lack of service we felt like we got on the very first night. We started dealing with you guys on Friday it did not go well, but Jeremy stepped up and made sure we were up and running and happy with everything he did for us. I have been in sales and management and this young man is worth a lot to your company. I hope you show him his value, because if it were not for him this whole adventure could have gone in a whole new direction. Thank you Jeremy Lloyd for your outstanding work ethic. It is greatly appreciated .

called for a cummins belt tensioner and they only had one, they told me it was 950.00. that is outrages!!!!! that part is 450.00. why would you guys double it? you are here to help us truckers not do us harm.

I want to thank the shop guys there for taking care of my KW900 and putting me back on the road. Danny, Brandon, and Mike. They went beyond in explaining the issues I was having with the electrical problems and also fixed some other issues the truck had before getting it back on the road. Thanks to Lee for taking my truck in at such a short notice and having the guys get right on it.Over all this is a place to get the answers and truck going.The shop is super clean and organized. They were only to do a regular oil change an grease everything with filters and change a water hose. Cost around 400.00$ I told them I had a leak in my service brake but would take care of that at a later time. And I would have them change out my door locks at another time ,but not with this order. Bythe time they looked at the things I told them not too. They charged me nearly 1600.00 dollars without a work order and then my truck broke down the very next morning....I went in for regular maintainance and left broke down on the road

I love delivering to this place. The two young men that unloaded me were pleasant, courteous,fast and respectful to me. I pray that God blesses them and keeps them both humble. Great job guys. Thank you.

They go above and beyond to help any way they can. They take the time to fix cause of problem, not only problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Drivers with other makes of truck besides Kenworth also bring them here to get fixed right. Had constant issues until came here. Haven't been to any shop since, other than for PM service!

I had an issue with a lost key and Mike went above and beyond to help me with my problem. I wish every vendor I dealt with had this level of service. You guys are great, keep up the fantastic work.

I had the need to stop here again.. This time Tim, the night mechanic provided me with impeccable assistance. I still can not recommend this MHC enough.. All other MHC dealerships should be modeled on many of the workers here.. Incrediable service. This is an MHC I will alwayes come back to!!!

Fast service I have check engine sign my truck I get in 7.30 and out 1 pm with oil change but ask always prices first they charge mi oil change $673 speedco always charge $440 paccar engine they r exp but good people
