The guys at Jody's were really easy to work with, very clear in their communication, and very understanding with someone having a bad day. I even partially shut down at one point and was having trouble getting my words out. They were very professional and kind the whole time. The guy I talked to didn't even talk loud, which I was very grateful for. I will be back.

I needed to get tires and shocks put on a wheelchair accessible van and Cole was able to help me get everything set up over email. It was very nice to get a good plan going before we took the van over there. The work was done well and quickly. There was a problem with one of the parts and they called and explained the issue to me. Their communication was very good.

would not recommend, unless you have a check engine light on. then their machines can find the problem. if not they won't investigate the issue to try & solve it. just my personal experience.

The entire staff I met and that helped me were very kind, helpful, and quick. I appreciated them making me and my repair a priority since I was about 4.5 hours away from my own home. Cole treated me like a real person and not "just a girl". We were able to talk about the plan for the car and cost honestly and candidly. This was a great way to communicate.The only suprise I had was the markup on the parts and assembly that was repaired. But that did not effect the service or the quality of the repair.

Jody s did an amazing job getting our car back up and running! We had bought a Dodge Journey from someone and when we brought it into Jody s for a tuneup the found many issues and they walked us through what our car needed as we went. We felt like our recent purchase was having issue after issue they took care of them all. We patiently waited on parts and the mechanics to work their magic and now we have a healthy family vehicle finally! Jody s worked with us on the labor with having so many issues and some of the work they just charged us for parts. They were so kind and patient with us and our pain in the *** car. I recommend Jody s 10/10 !!!

Great service, reasonable cost. It is better to make an appointment, but they worked me I even though they were short handed that day. These guys have earned my trust and will be back.

Jody's is a great place to take your vehicle. They're always professional, the prices are great, mechanics know what they're talking about as does the office staff. And they know me when I come in for an oil change. I can't even get that from the dealer I bought my truck from. Thank you to all Jody's employees.

Looking for above and beyond quality Jody s ( Van Buren) is where it s at! We ve been going to Jody s for a few years now. Our family has been pleased with every job they ve done for us. They ve worked on our handicap conversion Dodge Caravan, GMC Acadia and Nissan Frontier. Thankful we can rely on the work done every single time. Oh and it s guaranteed!

Broke down in Van Buren on back end of a long road trip two days before Thanksgiving. Had vehicle towed there, they dug into it, found the problem of a shorn off bolt detaching the serpentine belt tensioner. Got the rest of the bolt out, Scott fixed everything up on Black Friday when they were otherwise closed. Picked up the vehicle on the following Monday and drove home to AL without problems. They were excellent and helped me out in a crazy situation with awful timing; made everything well again. RECOMMEND!

Fair rates. Friendly service. Honest and helpful. Quality work. They shoot you straight about what your vehicle needs but aren't pushy. We will continue to take our vehicles to these guys.

Yes very pleased with the charger and everyone is always so nice.And so far so good on the dodge truck however I haven t put fuel in it since the cold weather has started.

So bad, customer service, the AAA Insurance took me there i was coming of California they took just for check my truck, TWO DAYS I paid hotel for stay there I was going to Jonesboro Arkansas. I'm telling you don't even think take you car there if you are out the state don't go there you will lose time waiting if they have some appointment. My insurance AAA tow my truck. Until I found an other mechanic they did in the same day I rented car and hotel

I just want to be very specific in that I am talking about Cole and the staff at the Van Buren location of Jody s. They have taken care of my vehicle since the time my warranty expired, and I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and fair they have been. They listen to me, do only what I need when I need it, and do a fabulous job every, single time! We all wish that car repairs didn t cost as much as they do, but you get your money s worth from them, and they stand by their A++ work! Highly recommend they ve serviced and repaired my VW for 7 years now!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I had my truck serviced on Jody's Phoenix Ave. for years. Working close to Jody's VB...think.....nice....made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday @ 8:00AM. Got my truckunfinished" at closing time. I realize now your $105 diagnostic fee is way over priced. I give you guys a 3 because you were polite. Nice front end alignment....good work. Lesson learned on your diagnostic service. I would re think pushing that service....not the Jody's style!!!

Highly recommend them.Alternator went out last Friday on our way home to Dallas. It was 2:30pm and they got us right in to start working on it. They said it would be done about 5:30pm. We get a call at 4:30pm saying they were finished. Quick service and not outrageously priced. Great customer service. I can't say enough about this place. Highly recommend them for your auto repairs.

Had a ABS light and stabilitrac light on. They Gave us the run around. Had to bring truck in like three or four different times. Gave every excuse under the sun. Then said it s a dealer part they can t get. Then they said they can get it. Brought it back for the 3rd or 4th time bc they kept saying bring it in to us. Then they said my truck broke there lift and they can t do it. By then I was over it and just brought it to Dodge dealership they had it done the next day. Will never use Jody s again. They really didn t act like they knew what to do or how to do the job needed.

Was able to tackle the exhaust problem that no one else would look into and a new wheel bearing in just a days work. Save yourself some time and money and don't go here. Long story short.. overcharged.. 3 times longer than they said.. more problems after I picked it up. Gave second chance. More problems related to why I took it back in. Manager wants to charge more money to see why what they "fixed" doesn't work. Refuses to take responsibility for botched jobs. Out about 6000 dollars now. With a car that still struggles to run.I bought a new part with a black cord. They put on one with a grey cord and it doesn't work. No explanation on how that happened. Just don't go here. Period end of story.

Jody's has been extremely helpful and wonderful for us this year. We have had to take in both our vehicles for major repairs, and Heath was great at answering our questions and detailing what all was done. Even after the work, the service they provided as other questions were asked, they had no problem answering. I would highly recommend going to Jody's for anything your car needs, because of the great work and service they provide.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change
