When my 91 year old neighbor phoned and said her battery was dead, I took my battery charger over and we began to call around for battery purchase/replacement. After calling her dealership, Walmart, and VB Co-op, I called Grizzle. They had the battery she needed (with longer warranty than any other), would not charge for installation AND told me if I could not get her dead battery to charge..he would send someone over in an hour, no charge ! What more is there to say??!! Oh, battery was the same cost as elsewhere!!! Thank you, Grizzle!

I brought my car in because it was pulling to the right and it had a bad vibration in the front end, around 65-75 mph. This is usually due to wheel balance, alignment or both. After they finished road testing and inspecting the car, the mechanic told me it needed new front brake rotors and that would cost $900.00. I told them no and to bring the car back out and I paid them for a wheel balance and tire rotation. After I left and drove the car for a few miles I noticed it wasn't pulling to the right like it had before. I thought that was strange since no alignment had been done. I checked tire pressure when I got home and found the right front tire had 55psi! (tire is rated for 44psi max) Im just grateful I didn't have a blowout because someone decided to overinflate a tire to mask an alignment/suspension problem. Im 42 and have worked on cars my whole life. I have done business at the fort smith location in years past for major suspension, steering issues and they always did a fine job. I dont know whats going on at the van buren location but I won't be going back.

Just awesome. Arrived less than an hour from closing after driving from Tennessee with out of balance tires. They welcomed us, balanced the tires and had us out in 30 minutes. Great service and much appreciated! Thank you

We called this business and was informed that it would take hours to change a tire. They will not accept reservations to have work completed and stated that it may take hours before they will start on changing your tire. This makes it impossible to use them.

Long story short my car went in making horrible noise ! Mechanic said he located the issue replaced and repaired the problem said he drove the car after doing the work .. 900bucks later ! My car still makes the horrible sound matter of fact it was worse! I'm sure the car needed the part that they put on it I don't argue that but the issue that was causing the noise had not been addressed ! We put car in paid 900 and picked up my car with same issue it was as if nothing had been done Literally Lazy work the mechanic I assume just didn't check my car out thoroughly !! Fyi my tire literally fell off while driving a couple of days later ! Scared me to death Lazy Lazy work ! I

These guys saved me when I was on a cross country trip. Had a flat and cracked rim. And it all went down 15 min before closing on a Friday. They were kind enough to help me find a rim and stayed late to put it on. I'm forever grateful. Kindness still exists!

I was a Marty Cooley customer since they were in cedarville. After they closed i thought "oh no" what am i gonna do? I chose Jim Grizzle Tire and had a great experience there. The prices were fair. I feel safe knowing these guys took care of the job. Thank you guys and i Can't wait to come back.

We always get great service and a fair price at Jim Grizzle Tire. They also do our oil changes, lube and tire rotations. We've had brakes and air conditioner work done there too. A trustworthy shop is an important asset these days. We are very happy trading with Jim Grizzle Tire.

As always, service and products purchased were 5 Star. Have done business with these folks for more than a minute now, and truthfully, I simply would not consider any other vendor, regardless of price, promises or promotions.Bruce Long treats both my own and my Mom's vehicle like they were his. We just don't have to worry about it. He has got our back.

I sent my driver to Oklahoma to pick up a brand new F350 dually. On his way home, he called me and said that an inside tire was getting low. He was just a few miles west of the state line and desperately needed to get his tire fixed. I found Jim Grizzle Tire Co. on Google Maps, and decided to give them a call. The lady who answered the phone was just as pleasant and helpful as can be. I gave her my driver's name, and said he would probably be there in about 15 minutes. She said that she would be watching for him. When he pulled up, she walked outside and called him by name. They pulled the truck in and had it fixed quickly. He said he has never been treated any nicer anywhere he has been. Also, they charged a measly $14 to fix this tire for us!!! I was in shock! We expected to that we might be taken advantage of, since we were completely at their mercy, and needed it at such short notice. We were just so impressed and grateful for their professionalism and mercy on us. I would highly recommend this company to everyone in the area. I can't say enough good about this place. They're the best mechanic shop I've ever dealt with. They're honest, friendly, and treat you like family. I just moved here about a year ago, and I was concerned about finding a trust worthy shop like I had back home. I've found it, and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. My wife was on her way to Oklahoma when her tire pressure sensor came on. I found Jim Grizzle Tire and directed her there. In 30 minutes, they had the problem identified, fixed, and she was back on the road. Great people and I'm thankful they took care of her so well.

Two different experiences...first time I needed my air fixed. The guy says just freon needed. NOT.. day later again no air. Go back and now he knows I need a 350$ condenser and was gonna try and charge me again for the freon. Second experience I was having issues with my car dieing and not accelerating and he says I'm getting different codes and i dont want to just throw parts out to you so u need to take it the dealer. I called my brother in law who is a mechanic. The cable on the battery post was broken off. Wow! I wont ever use them again!

Sales staff was very courteous and helpful, they didn't have the tires I needed, but they had them at the other store and they brought them right over didn't take long and all.
