Recently bought a 2024 760 from these folks. From James the salesman to Sam the finance manager. They both went to bat for me and were able to come up with a finance plan that ultimately was better for me and business in the long term. Great support and follow up on a constant basis. Although I am in a different state, they still keep in touch and help me if I feel I am not getting the proper help I need from a closer service center, they do what they can to ensure Im taken care of. This was a huge investment and I am getting a great support network. They also came to the airport to pick me up and ensured a great experience. Well worth your time to give them a call. Each situation is unique, do not reach out to these folks and be full of yourselves, be respectful and straight as to what your needs are. they will do their best to help. Remember, they are not your sounding board, you both need each other to make a deal work. Best!

Brand new truck 6k miles.Dealer refused to cover expenses on a brand new mack with extended warranty for engine and def system through warranty.Def system cracked on the inside at 6k miles.Dealer took like 5 days to fix, charged us directly, and did not even attempt to charge the warranty according to our local dealer.

I can t say enough great things about this place. Hands down the most down to earth, honest, humble people work here. Went in to get my Volvo DAVAD sensor repaired and they had me and my teammate in and out in an hr. When we both expected to be there 4 or 5 hrs easy. The owner is a really great guy and even gave me and my teammate some tamales, which were amazing. Will definitely be back, and won t hesitate to send any driver their way.

My reefer's oil filter was leaking oil, I couldn't tighten it because of needing specialty tool. Called and was transferred to service. The gentleman that answered was honest and said come on over but if you need a filter we might not have it.I arrived an hour later, he tightened the filter and power washed all the oil spilled on my cat walk. He didn't want to even charge me!The shop is a Volvo and Mack authorized repair shop as well.

I utilize Bruckner's to help keep our fleet up and running. I appreciate their responsiveness to my needs and their efficiency to accurately diagnose and repair.I've met several of the guys on their team and each possess the qualities that I deem a requirement - honesty and intintegrity.

2013 Volvo VNL had the engine fan that stayed on constantly. They said that I needed to replace the fan clutch. Less than 14 months prior the same place replaced that fan clutch. Due to the pandemic the truck sat for nearly 8 months or so but since it was passed the 12 months warranty period I had to pay again. Even though I could've bought the part and had it replace at another shop for less than 1/3 of their labor rate, they said they could get it done 3 - 4 hrs ($2200 quote), so I told them to just do the work. They "updated all the electronic modules witout telling me anything but the fan was still on and the problem wasn't addresses. Got into a an argument with them, they let me pay for the part only (still over $1500 and the truck was in worst shape than when I went in. Took it to an another shop, it was only a 15 amp mini fuse that kept the fan on. This independent shop in ran by ex-employee of the same shop with more experience. I spent ovever $2600 because the misdiagnosed the problem and just threw new overpriced part. Anyone know what a single 15 amp mini double bladed fuse cost? I've been going to them for parts and had them do few things but now they lost my trust. Shop around for better qualified service shops, you winds up paying less for better services rendered.

I represent Allstate Express of IL Inc. trucking company out of Shorewood IL. Our truck was loosing voltage. Bruckner's called me that truck needs new alternator. After alternator was installed and i checked the invoice for almost 1800$, there was additional charges for the new batteries installed. I called and asked who gave the authorization to do it, cause those batteries were not bad. They said that my driver gave them ok!! i said you called me that needs new alternator and driver give you ok to change batteries??? seriously?? They said they apologize, it wont happen again. So, I called my driver, he said he never said that. The best part is, they said we gave you very good deal on those batteries!!! seriously!! i had good batteries already in my truck!! After the argument, they did not put my batteries back and i still had to pay full bill.We are only 30 truck fleet people!! every cent counts, specially on winter time. it is totally unfair from how you handled this situation. You could just swap it back my old good batteries and everything would be fine.

Very helpful and friendly place. After being raked over by another dealership, my truck was towed down to AR to a friend's shop. They are not familiar with Volvo truck, so they turned to Shipley with the technical questions and parts. They walked him through and had most parts in stock.

In our opinion the absolute best shop in the nation for Volvo 18 wheelers. (Watertown NY second). If you have a problem that won't stay fixed after multiple visits to other Volvo dealers try Shipley. Bring the young men all your paperwork. They will look at what has been done that hasn't worked and find out what your cause is and stop treating the symptoms so you stay fixed. Sometimes the cheapest sometimes not, but always the best. If extended stay will give you a ride to hotel. Use Quality Inn. Avoid River Valley Inn at all costs unless you must pay with comchek. And I don't know if they still take comchek. We so prefer this shop and have confidence in them we routinely dead head hundreds of miles and have on occasion dead headed thousands of miles to them. (From Barstow Can and Virginia Beach VA) We dead head these extended miles when we don't believe anyone else can fix our problem. Which is often. Will be our shop as long as we own a Volvo. Only wish this one was closer to my house. But I will take quality over proximity any day.

Have been waiting 3 hours for them to pick me up to get my truck .this is the 4th time they have had the truck to just fix the a/c Soo far they have not been able to fix it correctly. I work for a large company that can afford to pay them over and over and never fix it.Owner operator should stay far away from this place .. David whitt truck repair is better choice in my opinion.Safe travels ..

If your having problems with your mack these are the guys to talk to. They'll even let you talk to their mechanics if you want to fix it yourself.
