I came here to buy a head light. The "worker" was sitting on the counter playing with his phone. He said they won't install it for me. I left. He went back to earning his hourly wage. What happened to service...and paid employees caring about customers?

Good willing to help you find what you need. And at good prices. The don't try and push the expensive stuff on you. One more thing the talk to you like your a person and not just a norther potential sale.

I ordered online they had it ready for me to pick up the guys in there are really helpful even with their computers going down we still had a good time with it and got my parts and I was out of there even got a coupon for the next time I go in I suggest sign up for their online newsletter and whatnot they always have been $5 or $10 off here and there good place to go for auto parts. Thanks y'all

The employees are always nice and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. Went in to have my battery tested they not only did that but when I needed to get a new one they were more than willing to install it for me. That is how you keep customers coming back.

Everyone I need something for one of my vehicles, I can count on these guys to get me what I need quickly and accurately and staff is friendly and store is easy to navigate and is very clean and organized. A good selection of most parts in stock, as well.

Matt at Advanced Auto Parts in Van Buren off of Hwy. 59 went above and beyond to help me in a rather distressing situation. His quick, thorough, and courtesy assistance calmed mine and my son s fears by letting us know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and ensuring us I was safe to drive home. I would highly recommend Matt and Advanced Auto Parts for your vehicle needs!

When we visited here this was one of the few places that still had an engine scanner that they did for the customers. We were on our way home from Arizona to Pennsylvania and the truck had an engine light problem. So we stopped here and they were able to help me out and at least get me in the right direction to help me diagnose and, eventually, correct the problem and get us back on the road home. The people were nice and they had the problem item in stock. I was able to fix the problem and get back on the road. Thanks a lot.

This place was awesome! The employees were friendly and extremely helpful. They even installed my new windshield wiper blades for me. I would totally recommend this place based on my experience that day.

If you know VW cars you know their windshield wipers are odd and regular ones from walmart wont fit most times. Advance had them in stock for a good price and even put them on in the rain for me.

This store saved myself and my driving partner in the biggest way possible. 800 miles from our destination and stranded. We stopped for fuel at the Citgo service station down the street to fill up. Upon inspecting our camper trailer and we found a leaf spring center bolt missing and the passenger side rear tire pushed into the camper body. Kyle the Assistant store Manager, got me everything we needed over the phone and even sent a commercial driver right to me with parts and tools within the hour . I cannot thank the staff of the Van Buren Advance Auto Parts enough for all their help in our time of need.

I buy all my parts from this store. These guys don't need to know if your vehicle is 4x4 to determine your bulb type . True knowledge for auto parts
