Dropped my xterra off this morning for 4 new tires I already had and front brake pads for them to put on. Great price for the work they did and friendly staff. Will definitely be back

Recently had tires I bought from them balanced and rotated. They charged me $80 and broke 2 wheel studs. They didn t tell me and put the hubcap on to cover it up.

The guys were great! Awoke this morning with a sheet metal screw in one of my trailer tires. Called Smith Tire,and even though my trailer is 40' long, they told me to bring it over and they would makeit work. 2 guys jumped on it and before I knew it, I was on my way. Thanks Smith Tire.

all the 4 or 5 star reviews are done by fake profiles made the the owner and some of the non certified techs the owner also owns the one in Jonesboro I took my vehicle to the one in Jonesboro they damaged my new brake lines and a calibers told they were wore out and supposedly changed a bad cv axle which they didn't a requested for them to replace both front wheel hubs upper and lower control arms along with inner and outer tie rods and sway bar bushings which they never replaced they said all of that is fine fast forward to 4 months my control arms popped of causing more damage don't use any smith tire and auto no I'm stuck with a damaged vehicle and can't drive it not to mention I'm on disability and they stole over 2,000

They took absolute care of me on a dump truck flat . Fast kind and understanding .Guys in the shop seems very pleasant . It's hard to find someone in business this day time and my experience with Smith's has proven they still exist . Thank you agin

I can not bare to give them any stars. I went to Smith Tires to get a simple oil change and left paying $75. They were very unprofessional, by telling me it would cost $45..and then going up on the price due to them using a high quality of oil as they call it. I usually take my car to the dealership to get my oil done and it is never over $50 there. They did not tell me that the price would be higher than what they had told me at first, until they were done. I told them I did not have that much on me at the time, and the guy said you can go to an ATM right? So they allowed me to go get more money for the bill. I was a woman alone and they just took advantage of it! Ladies if u ever have car troubles never go their alone. Or just dnt go there at all.

We had a flat on the highway on the way to Missouri from Georgia. We searched for tire shops near us in hopes we would find something, as we were in the "middle of nowhere". This little shop came up, we called them and they happily directed us to their shop. Very friendly and had us on our way in no time. And their prices were great. We really thought it was going to cost a lot, being the only shop around, but they were very understanding and extremely reasonable.

Patched a gash on our trailer tire that we picked up traveling thru town. They were busy but able to get us on the road within the hour. Very fair price and service was excellent.

Mr. Ponytail is a jerk absolutely looked at me like I was ignorant!!!! Took my husband's truck to have tires he had put on it and they wouldn't do anything because of one nut he had but on the wheel they said it took a special took my husband put it on with a wrench. Well so they shipped me out without trying to do their job I went home and 10 minutes later had the nut off with an open end of an 11/16 wrench. Basically since they couldn't find a socket for the air gun they became to lazy to use a hand wrench. He even had the truck "pulled out of the shop and left it running for me" he said only gave me a few minutes to try and get my husband on the phone so he could tell them.

They ruined 2 Toyo tires, by not patching correctly, tires wasn't safe to put back on, according to the men at tire discount, they showed me the way Smith tire in correctly patched up tires instead of pro rating them out, that what kind of knowledge you get I guess at the Trumann area, I will NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

I really love this place. They are always great. I went to one in Jonesboro and I will NEVER again. Brand new set of tires in Jonesboro, I got on the Interstate, heading out Trumann and my car starts pulling to the right, it was not doing that before. I stop at Smiths tire in Trumann, frustrated, and upset, Mr. Jerry fixed it right away for me. The weight was off 2 ounces! Thank you Mr. Jerry, and every at Smith Tire in Trumann. I advise anyone, if they want something done right to go here and not the one in Jonesboro.

My wife brought her 2016 Ford Escape to Smith Tire in Trumann on 3-16-19 for an oil change. When we picked it up and started going down the highway it started to smoke real bad. We checked the oil level and it was way above the desired amount that should be in the car. We have come to the conclusion that they didn't even drain the old oil out and just put the new oil on top of the old oil, which made the oil go everywhere. My wife has oil spots on the back of her car where it came out both tailpipes. It was smoking so much she thought her car was on fire.

We had a flat tire and they took us right in and let us stay in the car. In half an hour we were leaving. Great sevice and very friendly.

Took my vehicle for a oil change, I was in & out within 15 to 20 minutes. And it was a lot cheaper than most other places I have ever been! I will continue using them for my vehicle services!!

Took my car to have them fix what they broke, in change the oil they charged me for but never changed and when i picked my car up and the air didn't work and smoke was coming out of the muffler.....needless to say we won't use them for any of our cars again
