1st off very friendly and very nice Kelly was so helpful n patient she took her time n helped me find just what I was looking for love love everything I got delivered on time Thomas n Corvell made sure everything was setup properly took all the boxes and plastic everything came out of everyone was great I highly recommend

I absolutely will always choose this Rent One not just because they will go out of their way to take care of you but, they will go out of their way to be personable and care about what s going on with you. More business need to have that kind of customer service.

They were very pleasant and sweet, family friendly staff and the delivery guys we're sweet as can be, they were at the house on time and moved the old refrigerator for us then put the new one in and it works great

Kelly was awesome! She ordered the exact sectional I wanted and kept me informed on when to expect it. The delivery guys, Thomas and Scott were very nice and professional! I would highly recommend Rent One!

I've had very good experiences with rent one even with falling on hard time they still help you keep what you need and help you get what you at want. I'm actually going and getting a washer and dryer from them today

Tommy and Steve did an awesome job on delivering my couch. Dez was also awesome on my purchase and took really good care of me during check out and Kelly was very polite in asking me how my day was.

Had a great experience,in store with Kelly and with Jodan G,who delivered my washer and dryer. Excellent service, Kelly helped me get exactly what I needed,and Jordan G made sure to hook everything up perfectly, and both were so nice,and friendly! Thank you both for your help! You both are great when dealing with others!

This place is great and has great staff! I currently am getting an amazing Samsung speaker through Rent One and love it! Kelly and her staff are extremely helpful and do a great job helping you keep your rent to own products when you might have a bad week! Love Rent One!!!!

I ve had nothing but great experiences with this company! Kimberly has went above and beyond to help me in anyway I asked and went the distance in getting me the appliances I ve requested. She s absolutely amazing and the best to work with!! I would suggest working with Kimberly and Ester any day of the week!Also their delivery guys are great, professional and punctual! Couldn t ask anything better if a company!!!

They were working short handed. Only 2 people at the store. Jamie gave excellent customer service and Zach was the only delivery guy but delivered my washer without any hesitation. I appreciate everything they done to get my washer to me the same day!

I'm not very happy with my experience doing business with Rent One in Trumann. My home was destroyed by a tornado and I needed to buy a new recliner to complete my living room set in my new home. I was ready to pay for a recliner in full, but asked about the return period just in case we didn't like it after purchase. The employee told me they had never been asked about their return policy and didn't know what it was. He then recommended that I rent the recliner for a week so I could decide if it was a good fit.After two days, I decided that the recliner was not what I was looking for. It had a built-in massager/heater and the elements inside were pushing on my back. So, I called the store and asked to return it.I was told that the earliest pickup would be a week away, so I offered to bring it to the store myself (I also picked it up from the store when I got it). While on my way to the store, they called me back to tell me I could not return the recliner until 30 days had past.I informed them that I was told differently and that I was on the way with the recliner. I don't appreciate being lied to. Had I known about the return policy (which I asked about in-store), I never would have rented from Rent One.

I had the honor to meet with the regional manager. He was very nice and understanding. We spoke about different things and he listened and shared his thoughts with me, also. The store was cleaned and smelled great. Very well you kept by the workers. The store was set up nice. Good job Rentone.

I just left from rent one they were awesome! Kimberly and esta is in all my questions, they were friendly it was like no time I had everything done I'm getting my stuff delivered today. If you look at the read something to buy something go to the rent r one and Truman they are awesome

Always so sweet, funny and friendly. They really take good care of us when we do business with Rent One. If we have a question, complaint, etc, they are more than eager to assist us. And their prices beat the competitors.
