Not a joke!Had to get Fender and Front Bumper replaced.Jonathan worked seamlessly with our insurance company to get it done quickly. Great Service Great Communication Great SkillSuperb job in paint matching. Could not be happier with our experience.

Absolutely great. Johnathan is very professional and a miracle worker with Collison repair. While visiting the salvage yard, I was allowed to pull a few parts for my car, and the price was extremely fair. Let me first start by stating that Johnathan was amazing and a Godsend.My daughter broke down in Lamar, AR during her trip from North Carolina to Arizona. The engine in my daughter's 2003 Tundra blew up and she was stranded in Lamar. I called North Central Collision and spoke with Johnathan, I explained to him the situation that my daughter was stranded in Lamar which is 2 1/2 hours away from Timbo. Johnathan informed me that they did have an engine for her truck and that he would have it delivered to the shop in Lamar. As promised, Johnathan had the replacement engine delivered to the shop in Lamar at the time he committed in having it there. There is so much more that Johnathan did that made me feel like he really knows what customer service is all about (which unfortunately is rare in today's environment) but I'm limited in space. North Central Collision went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!!! Johnathan is Da Man!

A Very Long Journey from Montana. Lost a Transmission in Alabama. By chance we were connected to Johnathan and Towed the Rig to Leslie Arkansas. The Entire Experience was Nothing Short of, Honesty. I would like to personally Thank Jonathan as well as staff for their courtesy. We drove six hours here and Jonathin personally went out of his way to get us taken care of. I will continue to drive six hours to visit this place. Great Great people.!!!!!
