Had a cat back true dual exhaust installed with 30 minutes of my truck being on the lift was raining outside but they squeezed my truck in on the lift inside very respectful guys would recommend to anyone

Very very friendly guys, very professional and A-1 service. This shop should be your Go-To Shop for all your muffler needs & modifications. Thx guys for your great customer service and great family atmosphere there. Fast , efficient and friendly. I pulled in to get the catalytic converter changed out on my truck and was approached my Matt. He gave me a good price and put my truck right up on the rack and his crew got busy. I was probably only sitting there for 20mins and they were done and also reset the check engine light for me. Would highly the recommend these guys for their speed and prices.

when I say FAMILY , they helped me after I drove round TK for hours to several shops THAT ADVERTISE work they don t even do. rays muffler got me hooked up to a machine diagnosed and serviced me with the BEST hospitality. They EXPLAIN to the best understanding what s being done and why it s needed. YALL GET YA CARS SERVICED BY RAYs MUFFLERS they are by far AMAZING. Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Rays Muffler did a great job on my truck. Very professional and knowledgeable. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted (options for size of pipe, what kind of tips, and with Flowmaster or Magnaflow) ,, after a few minutes of talking with them, I felt pretty confident in a plan we had worked out. I couldn t be happier and they really treated us like family (Had my wife and baby) The entire job didn t take 45 minutes and my truck sounds amazing. Thank you Rays Muffler. I will definitely be back

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***I was in a bind...catalytic converter thieves got drivers side which caused that horrible boat exhaust sound and a set back on getting the vehicle inspected! Showed up right when they opened and they got us in within a few minutes. Ended up with the super custom exhaust due to the way the thieves left things but Ray's got me all fixed up. Everyone was kind, respectful and explained my options. Would definitely use them again. Thanks again!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness. And I don t mean like a professional type of conversation I mean like kind of conversation that you would have with a friend. I love it. They got me hooked up with exactly what I wanted and at a good price too. Had a true dual to cats and and X pipe with tips. Sounds great and great service. Ray s Muffler did an AMAZING job on my truck. This was my first time putting a custom exhaust on a vehicle. I had a straight pipe with dual tips done, and told them to do whatever they thought was best for the tips. I called Monday to have it scheduled and they got me in on Wednesday. Fast service. All of my friends referred me to Rays, and I was not disappointed. Staff is really nice and helpful, treated me like family.Service: Exhaust

My general mechanic shop told me it was probably catalytic converter related. Took it to Ray's and they checked it out thoroughly. Easily could have changed my $1000 cat converter but instead told me I should take it to Toyota to get diagnosed. It was a $140 vacuum line. That is great service.

Took my Suburban in today because the catalytic converter was hitting the underside of the body, they quickly diagnosed that it was an improperly placed oxygen sensor, they replaced the sensor, and put it in the correct location. They were amazing from the time I pulled up!!! Made me feel very welcome. C-dubb was very welcoming and treated me like family from the time I arrived and Bill got my car in and fixed in no time!!! I would highly recommend if you need any type of muffler work! They broke everything down to me so I would understand and even showed me the issue so I knew exactly what was wrong.
