I just picked up my truck after having the transmission completely overhauled. I've got to say it runs like a dream going through the gears, BETTER than expected. I appreciate the hard work. I also had the aft end of the driveshaft and all u-joints replaced due to an unrelated incident but I considered it thinking ahead, not wanting another "hard" failure. They quoted CHEAPER and finished the work FASTER than expected.Service: Transmission

down on the interstate is a mortified experience, but going to a transmission repair shop(AAMOC) and they telling you it will cost 10k to put on a transmission then reducing to 7k after questioning their high price. This is when the Lord sent me to Pro 1 transmission, down the street. I had my vehicle towed to Pro 1, they were honest, has great customer service, did not try to price gouge, very nice people and completed the service in a timely manner. Hope to not have to go back but if I do this is where I am going and recommend them to anyone even if you are in the surrounding area. I was very pleased with their impeccable service! I was stuck an hour from home with a bad alternator. The kind people at pro 1 replaced it quickly, for a very fair price, and an employee on an errand even brought me a coke as they knew I was waiting. We took my daughter's truck to a local repair shop because we had an electrical issue (lights on dash on and battery died because radio stayed on) and they stated the truck was showing transmission codes and suggested we take it to Pro 1. We dropped it off that day and Pro 1 said they would try to work us in. We were dreading the anticipated costs fora new transmission, but they called us to let us know it ended up being a wiring issue, they had fixed it, and it was only going to be $250. A huge shout out to the guys here and their fast, honest work. Highly recommend them!Service: Electrical

It took a little longer than i was expecting for the work to get done. The final price was much more than the quote given to me but the final price was also still better than any other reputable place in town. The quality of the work was great and with that said I would definitely use these guys again.

As good a transmission and drive train place as there is in Texarkana. They still work on manual transmissions and clutches as well. Many places do not. Prices are competitive. Good, friendly customer service by people who understand what the business repairs. I recommend this business.

I am extremely pleased with the work done to my 2002 GT. I had a custom job to include a rebuild, and they were able to complete the work. The staff here are honest and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Had my 97 chevy 1500 transmission rebuilt and its as good as stock if not better. Will be taking a 3200 mile round trip to cali and back. Will see how it holds up..... It held up to the abuse. Twice. The only problem i noticed was the rear seal leaked a little since i got it back. But other than the best trans yet i will be sending a few more of my vehicles there

When on vacation our transmission wouldn't shift to 3rd.He drove my boyfriend to get a rental and is jumping us 1st in line even though he was book for 2 weeks.Awesome man amazing place.

This place was honest. All other places wanted to charge me for a new transmission. All it was , the torque converter. Only will do business here from now on.

If you know like I know you better go to the Pro 1. I looked all around Texarkana for a great deal on getting my transmission rebuilt and im glad I found the Pro great price and im ROLLING again.thanks

I came in with a blown transfercase, they found one, shipped it in and I was rolling very quickly. Definatly on my list of favorite shops. They even put up with all my questions and all.

My worst scenario was to get my transmission rebuilt. They fixed what was a leaking hydraulic line . They did a professional job and saved me a lot of money, thanks pro -1.
