Found this place from a recommendation of a friend while on vacation. Man was he right! Great customer service! Explained everything and kept me informed of a timeline to get my truck fixed. Ended up being a same day fix. Very fair on the price. Pressurized would be my go to diesel mechanic but I live 2 1/2 hrs away. Breaking down especially while on vacation is not an enjoyable experience but Pressurized for sure did there best to minimize the impact. Thanks!

We had an issue with our 2001 3/4 ton Ford Diesel; the wait time everywhere else we tried was 3 to 6 weeks. Pressurized Performance got us in and out in 7 days...it would have been 4 if the parts house had sent the correct throttle to begin with. We had been given a price based on PP being quoted on the wrong part. When PP got the correct part and realized it was $150 cheaper they refunded the money to us. We had no way of knowing there was a difference in the price of the parts, but Pressurized was transparent about the entire situation. We are 100% satisfied and won't go anywhere else for our Diesel mechanic needs.

OUT-FREAKING-STANDING! Easily the best shop I have been to. My wife and I broke down heading from Texas to Missouri. I got online and found pressurized Diesel was decently close so I gave them a call. I spoke with the owner Chris and we limped the truck over to his shop. Chris was able to squeeze us into his slam packed schedule so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. Every employee we encountered was extremely professional and went out of their way to take care of us. The work was phenomenal and completed in a very timely manner. I can't say enough about these guys. I wish we had a shop like this where I live, but since we don't I will make the drive anytime I need something.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Pressurized Performance. These guys are going to shoot you straight and help in any way they can. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my diesel! Great quality and service at an affordable price!

Very knowledgeable of diesel and very friendly. Truck broke down and I carried it to them, me not being from the area thought they may stick it to me, but it was the opposite, they found the real problem not just the obvious one and fixed it right at a reasonable price. I would recommend these guys to anyone that has a diesel problem.

Had some issues with my fuel mileage on my f250. And needed some other things corrected due to previous owner, and these guy at pressurized preformance did a amazing job, answered all my questions, and offered a very fair price..... truck has ran like a champ with 0 issues and 20.1 mpg ever sence.......chris is very honest and i wouldnt take my truck anywhere else. Thanks pressurized team!!!! Very happy!!

Chris and his crew do the best work you can find in the ark-la-tex area !!! They've put in extra time and effort just to get my truck back on the road to meet my schedule more than once! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Absolutely the best shop you will ever take your truck. Amazing knowledge. Friendly family feel. I cannot say enough about these folks.And not greedy. You don't feel robbed at the register!Driving from Detroit to Houston and my dodge takes a dump about a mile outta Texarkana.I google diesel mechanic and the best thing that ever happened to me came up. Well...best thing mechanic wise...I limp into the shop. Tell him what's wrong and what I need. They hop on the phone and have the parts on the way. It's gonna be overnight. I get to hang at the shop and discover the coolest group of guys (and a lovely lady) who make me feel welcome instead of stranded.Owner gets a few minutes and drives me to a hotel so I don't have to wait on a shuttle or pay for a cab. Waits for me at the first hotel and takes me to the second because they were full.Calls the next day and says truck is ready. Grabs me and brings me back over. I hop in and it's a new truck. No tuned truck has ever blown me away....until then. It was wide awake but subtle. He ran down the list of things done and I thought it was gonna be $10k...barely a fraction of that. I would've paid the ten grand and been happy!Best part is that the other guys at MY shop couldn't believe how well it ran and took theirs back to the shops that programmed their trucks and demanded better!!! On top of the fact that most of them paid nearly 3 times as much for some clown to just run the same cookie cutter program they install on ever customer.A little shop in Texarkana Arkansas with a friendly family approach to working on your truck. More than affordable. I wish them all the best of luck (not that it's needed with that talent) and will bring all my future diesels 4 hours north because I know, without a doubt, that the shop that's in it for quality and not a big dollar tune is just across the state line in Texarkana.

Don't know about the quality of their work. I ordered a tuner from them. They didn't gouge me on the price like a lot of places will and got there the next day.

Be clear on what you want done or you will waste money. They didn't check my compression after I told them I don't trust it. Truck lost the bottom end. I would not have anything tuned here they don't know what they are doing.

Chris is honest, cares about his customers and actually cares about the work his shop puts on the road. That alone puts him above every other shop I ve dealt with. I just wish they were closer to Dallas.
