I've been several times and I've always had a good experience. I've found all the parts I've gone for, helpful and courteous staff that know what they have and won't waste your time. Prices are decent, maybe senior or bulk buying could get a small discount. GOOD PLACE FOR GOOD AUTO PARTS!!!

Really good place, I am 16 and have been a returning customer for a couple months until today, I was told I cannot come in because I am not 18. I understand following the rules, but it has never been a problem before and they were super rude about it when I tried to tell them I am a returning customer. Place is nice and has a lot of good cars, just sucks I gotta wait 2 more years before I am allowed back.

Ive had both good and bad experiences at this place. My most recent visits have been really great. The only place anywhere near by that had a motor to fit my truck, and at a really good price. Although, a few months back during one of there 50% off sales I ended up giving $31 for a wheel and tire, even with the 50% off. A week later I I stopped at the U-Auto-pull-It on the other side of town and got another wheel and tire for $23 at full price. Still don't understand how that worked. But over all it is a great place with plenty of inventory to look at. And if no one else has the part you need, odds are they will.

My first time going there and over an hour drive away, and I had a great experience. They have a very nice set up. A good selection of vehicles. Everything is easily accessible. The staff are very nice and helpful. I'm hoping not to have any vehicle issues, but if I do they will be on the top of my list. I highly recommend them. The only negative thing I can say is I wish they had more vehicles. Thank you Picker's!!

I just wanted to thank you Jackie for taking the time correcting the issue with the 3 sealed beam headlights. I am very thankful for that! I really did not want to be complaining over this issue or cause you any frustration and bad feelings towards me. l know computers can be difficult and it's probably easy to make mistakes on pricing items especially on 50% off days. Please forgive me for my persistent will to correct a price to be fair as listed, corrected, and what l consider to be the right thing to do. I do enjoy making purchases from your place of business. I want to continue buying parts your store offers. You do have great prices on everything you sell. I don't want to be misunderstood thinking l have negative issues with you personally. I appreciate very much what you did for me. I know you are honest and willing to correct any discrepancies with a customer issue. Thanks again for your assistance and l can't express how much l appreciate what you do and deal with on a daily basis, l certainly am not one that would purposely try and make it any more difficult for you. I retract my former complaint and l am very satisfied with the results. To whom it may concern Jackie is an awesome salesperson, cashier, manager, or whatever her job title is. Thank's!

The staff was very friendly. The salvage yard itself is very organized with clear paths to walk to the car/truck that you need parts from. Prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place for affordable used parts to anyone!!!!

If your tired of high prices. Buy you a used truck or car. Then go to pickers for great deals on used parts for your fixer upper. All parts a re guaranteed with there warranty! I practically rebuilt my truck with Parts from pickers. Everyone there is professional and kind. They even supply carts and wheel barrel s to haul your tools and parts to the check out. A big shout out to all the staff at pickers. Thank you for all your great service....

After emailing for a quote I received a call from them. She offered me a ridiculously low price for my car so I wanted to ask about buying an engine. I had questions about warranty, etc. This lady was very RUDE. Said to someone else "I'm trying to get off the phone"Well, I'm a potential customer inquiring on a high priced item! She responds, "well, I have a line of people here!" AND HUNG UP ON ME!!She called me, asked if it was a good time.Guess it wasn't for her, why call me then.If thats how I'm treated and I haven't purchased anything yet, can only imagine how it would go once they have my money!

I called looking for 07 eclipse convertible parts the guy i talked to said they had one on the yard so i drove from bossier city to Texarkana ark. They had three not one a convertible when i asked their response was the system was wrong .waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place. Not worh the drive

Great pricing compared to the Paris location! You would think that the price would be the same but for a turbocharger here is $35 plus $5 core and there is $60. I was told it's because of inventory.

Lovely place make sure to bring comfy shoes and if you think you MIGHT need that one tool, then you probably do. Bring it just in case . Might recommend bringing an umbrella. The sun gets hot fast

They don't want to honor their prices from their site but yet they want to add on extra charges that they don't tell you about until you go to pay. To me it's false advertising at it's finest. This place has went downhill since switching owners

By far the best parts yard I've ever been to, friendly helpful staff, a good variety of parts and vehicles, and the best warranty your ever heard of for used parts! I'm a repetitive customer and dont see that changing anytime soon. By far the best parts yard in the 4 states area!!

I went to Pickers in Texarkana,Arkansas today and had one of the best experiences that I've ever had at a salvage/wrecking yard,and I have been to a lot !! This is my first time there and as soon as I walked up to the window Jaclyn had opened the window and asked me how I was doing and welcome to Pickers..Jaclyn asked me how could she help me and what I was looking for,and as soon as I told her my needs she already had me heading to the right section(s) out n the yard..FAST !!Once I got to the yard and was looking for parts I had one of the yard employees ask me if I needed any help,or any cold water,or anything,but I brought my own so I told him I was fine..it was at least 95 degrees outside and I've never had any wrecking yard employee ask me if I needed help,water,etc..so very nice of him to do that..after locating my parts and looking around the yard another employee driving a forklift asked me if I needed help,water,etc..and to me that is excellent service looking out for the customers in the heat.Once I got my parts and heading to the checkout Johnny was there at the exit window and asked me how I was doing and if I found everything I needed,and I said yes and the checkout process was easy and fast..the prices were fair and they had a good selection of different makes and models..Johnny told me they had been changing the yard around getting it straightened out and more vehicles were on the way..so thats good..Jaclyn had came to the window and was telling me Thank you and she appreciated my business.Overall I can say this was a great experience for me at Pickers today..the employees Jaclyn and Johnny and the yard workers were awesome as well..I highly recommend this business and I will definitely will shop there again asap ! Love this place! The cars are there when they say they are there and the staff at the counter will work with you. If you live in between Longview and Texarkana you might as well come to this one!

Great place to find parts, you don't have to almost beg them to help you, they don't look at you like you're less than them. Yes the guys at u auto pull it out on new Boston do...this place is the only place I'll go to while I'm.down visiting from Virginia.This place makes me feel at home and that there's still some good ole boys out there

I was at your location on Hwy 82 in Texarkana today. The lady at the front was great, she told me exactly where I needed to go find what I was looking for. If I would have purchased the part at the Nissan dealership It would have cost 3 times the price I received from you.She was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to visit with her, I hope she is there the next time i need something. watchout for Jackie. lady is charging for warranty you dont ask for and will not give cash back. got charged for 10 days for total of 13.80. no luch today i guess and jackie does not care. thank you.

This place is awesome I have not had as good a service anywherere.These ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out in a very hopeless situation that I was in. I was blessed to have found them and hope that the community uses their services as often as possible it's well laid-out well-organized and the ladies will help you any way they can.I wished I could give them more than five stars if I could I would thank you ladies for all your help

We called today and asked about a motor. We were told that they had one. We asked if he knew if it ran. He said he had never heard any of them run. We just drove from Atlanta to look at it. Walk in and are told they didn't have one. The gentleman in front of me called about a jeep wrangler. He was told there was one there. He was told the same thing. What a waste of time.

They are okay for the most part but don't expect them to help you any. They place vehicles way too close together which makes getting and body panels off impossible. Was told to speak to the manager and when asked about it he agreed but offered no assistance to correct the situation and help with the fender panel I needed.

I will not be going back there, the office people are too pushy about asking you what you're looking for, i understand that they may be just trying to help but sometimes a customer wants to just walk in & go straight to the vehicles & just look around & not be asked a 1,000 questions, if i need additional assistance i'll ask.

You might want to call ahead. Although their prices are listed on their website, some items are not in inventory (like batteries), but staff is real friendly and respectful.

My 15yo just got her first truck that had been in a frontend collision (all we could afford). We got most of the pieces we needed there. (color even matched)The lady at the checkout gave us a discount for a less than perfect fender. My daughter and I will be going back.
