Ron and Jason have installed several systems for me and I've never been disappointed. The only issue I've had was cleared up next day and was not charged any extra. Will not use another installer

Extremely satisfied with my audio system! The system extremely screams and is tuned to perfection! Highly recommend stopping in with your audio needs. They will get you in and get you back on the road in no time! Will be coming back for future service!

Great place. Got a new stereo installed. Had me in an out in about 45 minutes. I didn t have a back up cam, so if you do yours might take a little longer. Give em a call ahead of time and he ll let you know if he s got a spot open for you and he ll get you in if he does. Great work! My wife is going to love it.

Just had my Amp and sub hooked up. Sounds good. They do good work no wires showing. I would highly recommend. I will be going back for 6/9 upgrade soon

So far so good. Had to get a number for tech support for me because they weren't intimately familiar with the dashcam but got it working properly after neat, and tidy, and accurate installation. Only took 90 minutes. Cost was around what was quoted.

I got my motorhome, trailer and all, in on a day's notice. It was done right, done well, done fast and done for less than the quote because "it was easier than I thought". It's not like he wasn't busy. I highly recommend this shop. Experienced, professional, personable and fair!

Was recommended from two other businesses to take my truck to get headlights installed. Made almost 2 weeks in advance appointment. Dropped my truck off there right when they opened. Took all day and called them at 4:00 because I know they close at 5 and asked if they got my truck ready. Well they say they are workin in it now. 15 minutes later get another call and say they couldn t get the front bumper assembly off to get to the headlights. Wasted a WHOLE day after planning 2 weeks in advance and tell me they can t do it. Such a waste of my time and money. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER be going back.

Had some quality stereo equipment that I picked up on for better than retail. Would have given 5 stars but there was a 12.84 service fee? I assume this was because. I used a debit card? Man....didn't even tell me about it....

Super friendly & helpful . They installed a new stereo in my son s truck for Christmas . It was awesome in every way ! Son was thrilled . A month later , the existing left side speakers wouldn t work . Jason & staff worked for more than an hour to figure out the problem & fixed it all FREE OF CHARGE !! I would think most shops would try to get us to buy new speakers - this place has integrity & did the right thing . Highly recommend !!!

Have put systems in three vehicles for me. All of the work was well done and timely. Was it INEXPENSIVE? No. Was it CHEAP? No. It was quality work for a reasonable price. If you want CHEAP work you can get it at the other place. If you want to but quality components installed by someone that knows what they are doing.....these are the people to call. Point blank.

All I wanted him to do is take my radio out of my car I was getting rid of that he previously installed in my old car he acted like he didn't want to deal with me since I was getting one installed I ended up waiting all day after watching him work on other people's cars I finally left I want be going back

I took my Camaro in for a simple amp and woofer box installation. Not only did they keep my car for two days, they charged me $100 more than the quoted price. This car is my toy, so I only drive it sparingly. This morning as I'm vacuuming it out I find all kinds of broken pieces to my car. Supposedly the extra charge was for the rear seat, but guess what they didn't reinstall it correctly. The seat isn't even snapped in. I used this guy years ago, but was really disappointed. They just laid my woofer box in the trunk. He won't touch another one of my vehicles.

This place stole from me...Simple and plain. I paid for Memphis Audio speakers all around, I got the cheapest audiobahn speakers instead. Of course I didn't find out until I had to change them again. They even went as far as to give me a smile, a handshake, and Memphis Audio 5x7 and 6x9 boxes with my old speakers in them. What a performance.DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR AUDIO DONE..!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Overcharged me by double what they estimated. My speakers already quit working and It's only been 3 months. I bought what he recommended. Never again will I go here.

Hooked up stereo las summer and ever since my battery drains I took it W & D and the told me that the stereo is the problem. So I took it to Sound Towne and they told me next time have a professional do because the way it was hooked up it could have caused a fire. So do not visit this place they are morons

Keeps loosing my password on online banking then locks me out till I call the bank . Most time happens at night when bank is closed and it's the next working day before I can call the bank and get my online account straightened out. Aggravating!

Usually go here because they do the best work in Texarkana, but the last time I went I was completely ignored by all staff. Waited about 10 minutes then finally left because I was never acknowledged.

Terrible service did not properly install my ground wire to my amplifier, miss handled my amplifier just seem to not really care on how they treated my merchandise I will never ever go back for any service a complete disappointment... And I forgot to mention way to expensive to install not worth the price definitely going to a different place for any future services.

When I initially bought my Kenwood deck and four kicker speakers I told the installer of pre-existing problems.. My Kenwood deck cuts on and off for days at a time.. the right front speaker has a significant distortion sound, the steering wheel controls don't work anymore and they have so far failed to offer to fix any of it or done anything to reassure me that they would hold up they're end of the deal.... not impressed and will never use them again!!!
