Cooper service has always done a pretty good job of taking care of me, but here recently they went above and beyond and faster than anybody could ve truly expected someone to with how things are nowadays. I don t live in the area anymore but I still choose to buy tires for my trucks When I come down to visit family. I recently bought a brand new set of tires, They have less than 1500 miles on them and had a pretty significant blowout due to tire defect six hours away in South Missouri where I run a farm not really close to much of anything especially a Goodyear store, after calling Cooper service and getting Mrs. Michele and Suzanne on the phone and explain to them the situation they worked with me to make sure that a replacement tire would make it to the local tire shop that I use for the farm and it would be taken care of. I dropped my truck off at about 4 o clock yesterday and got the tire on order and had a phone call by 1030 this morning before we were finished checking cows that my truck was ready to be picked up from the shop, then received a call from Mrs. Michele following up to make sure everything was going smoothly and would be tended to. This means a lot to me because my trucks are used for my work and they work a lot! You won t go too many places nowadays and find anyone willing to extend that kind of hand in helping you and willingness to work with you to back their product that don t just push it off to the next guy. Those ladies and Cooper Service are top notch, I figure I ll keep driving six hours to buy tires.

I had a bad flat while traveling from out of state. Cooper was amazing! They helped me track down the rim I needed. And got me back on the road.The whole staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me.

Very disappointed and will not be back. I had 2 new tires put on the front of my vehicle the 26 of December 2023. 1 which I had used the road hazard plan I had bought with the last set of tires I got from there. I stepped outside where the garage door was open only to see the tech looking through a bag and playing with a tool I had in the trunk where the spare tire goes. I ask him if there was a reason he was going through my things he put the things down . I when into speak to the manager the process to tell me that they don't do business like that but he continued to let the tech work on my vehicle and shut the door to the garage as I sat in the front wondering that else he was opening up in my vehicle. At the end of the service the manager gave me a card for a free oil change but I can't see going back when I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my vehicle to be done.

Cooper Service did a amazing job helping me replace my wheels and tires. My vehicle had a rare bolt pattern and that didn t stop them from searching all over for something I liked. Mack and all of the Cooper Service crew were so very helpful! We will definitely be back there many times!!

Excellent service and honest people. They really want to get you taken care of. I love that they let me know when certain service is due! It makes my vehicle in better shape and makes me feel like I m taking care of it. Awesome jobs, guys!

If you have 4-6 hours to get your tires put on or rotated....this is the place for you. I watched the 2 customers in front of me voice their disdain for the service....far better places to go in town.

Scott and Michelle went way above and beyond helping me with a set of tires.... I am very impressed with how they do business. Thanks to the young man who took the time to explain to me what was going on with my wheel key and that I could buy another one. I had returned to see if they had the box that the original one came in. I felt that the other guy was agitated with me for asking if they could have misplaced the box. The nice guy told me the key was in a plastic bag when he changed my brakes but the other guy tried to tell me he placed it in my bare hand yesterday. Being polite goes a long way!!!!Service: Brakes

Good tire shop. However, I took car in for tire rotation ok. Afterwards, my car was running bad, engine missing. The plastic cover over my engine was loose. There was no reason to look/ inspect the engine area for a tire rotation. Some was do to my car. They even included on my invoice recommended service of Coolant flush & Replacement (car has Mazda permanent coolant) and ventilation cleaning service with a quote. I will have to schedule my car in another shop to troubleshoot and repair. I won't ever return my cars to Cooper Tire (now Goodyear), not even to purchase tires. I will also recommend that family and friends not to go there. I have been a good customer for 15+ years. It only take one bad experience to cancel out many good years. Business should learn that bad service cause them to lose customers.

When it was cooper service it was great, Goodyear bought it out so the employees don't get the same service as before

We had some issues while traveling through Texarkana over the New Hears holiday. Super friendly and helpful owner at Cooper totally helped us out when we had to do a kid-adventure vehicle swap that resulted in our needing to have our trailer ball needed to get flipped and these folks totally helped us out. Awesome service!

This is the place to go for all your vehicle needs, any mechanical work, oil changes, shocks, alignments, tires, AC recharge just about anything for your car or truck. The staff is fantastic, friendly, very knowledgeable and will do there best to get you out in a timely manner. Walk in are welcome, I go there for all my Automotive work.

Went here hoping they would fix our slow leak. Wound up to be a cracked rim. They put some goop on it which slowed it to a an occasional bubble. At no charge. Sweet people

Had a wonderful experience here! These guys are awesome! Bought two new tires for the front of my 2013 Camaro and wasn't satisfied with the look of the tire or the quality of the ride and they replaced them with two better tires at no additional cost to me! Ronnie and the whole team are customer service driven and should be rewarded for their excellent customer care! I will definitely return with all my car repair or replacement needs! Thank you Guys!!

They were busy. They didn't pro-rate my tire even though I had road Hazzard. And they took an hour to get my tire light to go off after changing my tire. I have all had a good experience here before now

I can't thank the guys at Cooper service for fitting us in and working with us to get our new Tacoma tires mounted and balanced in time for the Toyota Jamboree in Gilmer, TX. Top notch people doing top notch work! Thank you!

I had a battery issue covered under a warranty and Cooper Service was very professional. They tested the battery, confirmed I needed a new one, and change it right away. I was back to work within 30 min.

Very helpful folks! I bought a set of AT tires for my truck without any hassle. Whenever I bring my work van in for tires, they always jump right on it because they know I need to get back on the road asap. Clean waiting area with coffee while you wait.

My favorite place to get your vehicle fixed right. Very friendly and knowledgeable service representatives to meet you when you walk in. They try and get you in and out ASAP. Very reasonable prices .

I have been a Cooper Tire and Rubber employee for almost 4 years. I grew up in the area and Cooper Tire provides food and shelter for a lot of families in the area. However, it was not until I started working there that I began to understand the complexity of tire manufacturing and the amazing work that occurs at the Texarkana plant. I have recommended the Cooper brand to many friends throughout the country and no one has been disappointed. The local service center has a new operations manager and his focus is customer satisfaction.

We bought 6 n�w tires. Didn t make it 30 miles before two were flat.Service person said it was Fords fault because the valve stem was bad design on a 2018 F350. What ????Service: TiresService: Tires
