The man that helped me was so nice and considering, I called ahead and told him what I needed and not only did he look it up and found it he also made sure it worked on my car before I bought, the rear windshield wipper.

John was a great help this morning. When he took the time to figure out my battery was leaking acid and he knew that he wasn't allowed to change it out because of my computer on top of the battery. He assisted me to another location which helped me. THANK YOU FOR taking your time and having GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES THANK YOU.

I Always Go To The Advanced Auto, But We Moved And I. Went To Auto Zone. They Had Plenty Of Help, Very Nice, And Tons Of Sale on 5QT Oil. Some They Were Sold Out Of. I Bought A 5QT For Mowers And A 5QT For My Truck. The 2 Name Brand Oils We're Only $62 , They Were Cheaper When I Checked Out. The Store Was Immaculate, The Service Was Excellent. And I Also Signed Up For The Rewards Program. Awesome, Friendly Knowledgeable Staff.

One word: TRUST! When you go to a place that doesn't upsell you or waste you time, your find trust. John was amazing as he helped us figure out our issues and even helped us install a product that we didn't buy there. Good honest energy and super knowledgeable people. Auto Zone was amazing the staff helped me with how many Qts that my car takes witch is 8 -10 qts of cvt auto transmission fluid and helped me buy the transmission filter, which I haven't put but 3 qts in still have everything in trunk. Service great and fast

Great customer care I was with my dad and he bought a bad battery and it was past due it's pull time and he gave a full refund and charged him for the other battery with the difference. Thank you for taking care of us!

Yesterday I discovered my battery was dead at 8:00 AM. I got a jump and made it to the store by 8:30. The store manager (John) got me a great deal on a new battery and installed it himself. He was the only employee working there that morning so I had to wait for a little bit but once his colleague showed up, John sprung into action. Upon opening the hood we discovered that the corrosion was so bad at the battery terminal that the connectors were beyond saving and the screws were basically one with the terminal connectors. John bought out a pair of gloves, cleaning fluid and got to work. Removing the rust on the screws, attaching new connectors and installing the battery took a good thirty minutes and John did it all with a smile on his face. He also got a full body workout in the process because the screws would NOT budge from their place, but ultimately they were no match for his will. He talked to me through the whole process, explaining why the corrosion happened and showed me things I could do to care for my battery in order to prevent things like that happening in the future. He had me back on the road by 9:15. I drove around 90 miles since then and I can tell the battery has definitely recharged my car with a new spark of life. John saved my day! Give that man a raise!

The staff were friendly and the store is well stocked, but the staff aren't enforcing the wearing of masks for their customers, which is unfortunate. I would give them 5 stars if they would actually enforce the mask mandate they have posted on the front door.

Love it here!! A little pricy for the shape of it. The pool is green and I never see anyone swimming. As long as you don't NEED to swim, you're good. At took a two month vacation in the summer. Air conditioning is to die for in these parts.

Called and asked questions about my car part I needed. Chris was extremely helpful. When I get to the store to purchase the part, he was the one who helped me and he remembered me calling. He was even more helpful and very, very polite!!! My experience was extraordinary because he was there!!! He deserves recognition!!!

My experience here on Stateline with Ms Anna & the rest of the crew was more than amazing.The crew @ this location is very helpful.I have been in automotive for 36 years & learned one major key to success... it takes great people to run A successful business.That was the perfect experience & I will come back soon.

Painful. Very little motivation, moving speed of a snail. I even looked it up myself and verified they have it first. I dont want to ever come back. Their expert " gray shirt" is painful to listen to on the phone. I feel for whomever they are talking to.PS:I had called over the phone and the manager said they had the part. The counter guy said he couldn't find the part.My husband went back and the manager found the part

Was looking for simple brass fitting to splice air hose. None of the employees there had a clue what it was. Or where to find it. In Fact they didn't even know if they had any brass fittings. Went to advance and found what I need right away.

Great place for parts. But let me tell you. Everytime I walk in there's only one person cashiering and trying to help all the 10 or so customers in line. Heard someone on their phone in the back, playing music, which is apparently more importantl than the customers. For quick and quality service I recommend O'rieleys. Never have I had to wait 15-20 minutes in line to buy some damn screws That they didn't have in stock and had to order them. Nope. I wasted my time

Cashier was friendly however he wasn't very knowledgeable about the store products. Perhaps he was new to the front registers and hadnt worked the floor. But at least he was willing to make an attempt to help.

GREAT SERVICE! I went to get a new battery for my vehicle. When I went to leave, my car would not start even after they hooked up the Jump Starter to it. Although he was not supposed to, due to the COVID-19 and my battery being in the floor of my vehicle, Clarence changed my battery for me. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I visited the Auto zone in Texarkana today before traveling home and was helped by Heather. She went above and beyond to help me with my car trouble. She not only helped me find what I needed, in the most cost effective manner, but also assisted me with what I needed to do. I greatly appreciated Heather's help.

I have recently had surgery on my leg and developed a blood clot, so I'm supposed to stay off my feet. My gf's battery needed replaced, O'Reilly Auto Parts refused to install my battery cause they said it was difficult!! Go to Auto Zone on Stateline an met Bryan a parts manager not only did he help me make the correct decision on which battery I needed. He gave me my Veterans discount an installed the battery in less than 5 minutes. This is what customer service is all about.
