Artex Truck Center,You guys are awesome!They go the extra mile to do the job right and make it easy for the driver as well. The people who work there are wonderful.Big thanks to Larry for being so good to me. Also, Rick and the technician who worked numerous hours on my truck. Thank you so much! Very attentive and helpful service. My school bought its first bus this month (from a third party) and everyone at Artex was extremely helpful with the inspection and completing $5K in necessary repairs/maintenance. Rick in particular was great to work with and I very much appreciate his help to make sure the bus can be safely driven with children in it. The Artex team made it easy for us to feel confident with our bus purchase and I would recommend them to for all your service needs. Thank you.

This place is great, starting with great communication all the way to diagnostics and repairs.Our truck had a problem and they run diagnostics the same day and took care of it within a day.Repairs were under the warranty too and they even gave our driver a ride to hotel and back.Highly recommended if you're in the area.Thanks for everything one more time Leslie, Rick and Ty!

OUTSTANDING Customer service. I tip my hat to the The tech on bay 21. Reasons too long to list.I ve been here 3 times. (First time emergency repair, in and out same day)Pricey? YES. But worth it. Remeber you get what you pay for.

Never take your truck to this place. My truck was in the shop there for 2 months. I told them that to fix everything they could find wrong, from new brake pad ,rotor,all air leaks, oil leaks was my biggest problem. I told them to just call before going to the next thing. And they did. When I went to get my truck. I pay them $7,890. To go outside and it is still leaking oil. They told me to take my truck and get over of site.

Took all day to do a simple PM and DOT inspection. They never have the parts in stock and keep telling me to just bring it back another day.

Awesome dealership experience. Came in here for a simple parameter change, came out with a extremely important recall notice for a free fuel pump repair. They also did a software update to my truck. Highly recommend these guys and they got my business for life.

Got me in fast! Then the robbing me began. End of first visit. Had 4 bags put on, one had a bracket riding just above bag, 30 seconds could have bent, but no. Bag popped on road missed a really good load. They paid loves to fix!!!!! To work on!!!! To replace bag with a different brand not exact. But ok. Second visit oil pressure sensor out,then told turbo actuator out,there's always something else,they broke coolant line had to replace, after leaving found air conditioning not as cool, fan blowing almost constantly, go back, ground wire broke during work, coolant still leaking and will have to pay again for repairs. I took out of shop because not allowed to watch, after 6000 to them and about 6000 lost revenue, I wanted to know what they touch. I will never go back, don't recommend. Go to lonestar in Eldorado, ar they have fixed every time. They had no light I needed!!!!

Very honest, and were over the top on customer service.Went the extra mile.Sales manager is sharp, knows the business well, and was able to help us through on used truck we bought. Would buy from them again.Simple straight forward and honest.

Our motorcoach dashboard showed "check engine" as we got on the I-30 interstate. Of course panic set in ... but my husband looked to his right while driving and saw the Artex Truck Center. Their parts dept was able to help me without a veh serial number. Even though the trailer toters, spotter trks. Use the exact same components as class 8 trucks. Most parts people are unable to figure that out with out a number and computer. Was just nice to see someone that understood that and just didnt say "without a serial number I Cant help you"

Truck brought in for in warranty battery alternator change. Took 6 days due to first alternator defective. Couldn't even make it to Indianapolis without problems. Alternator wasn't grounded properly.

Had an inframe done there 20 grand and 2 months later I get my truck I drive it 100 miles ac stops working they didn't put new orings on lines then an hour after that air tube on turbo CV ones off then 3008 miles truck has antifreeze in oil boyad has truck towed to near by garage I get stuck with tow bill and garage wont work on truck boyad says his hands are tied I pay to get it home over 3grand and here I sit broke down with nothing left they treated me great until the job was done and they got paid very disappointed that not only did i pay them in full but they are letting me struggle to take care of my family and try to make my truck payments so i dont lose it plus save money for a new engine while I work for another person no words can explain the loss me and my family have had to struggle with while they take care of themselves on my 20 grand

The poor kid couldn't speak a word of English that waited on us. Thank goodness my husband is bilingual and was able to successfully make our purchases.

They full of it I wouldn't care if my truck down right in front of them I would call a tow truck and have it towed completely a rip off very unsatisfied they supposed be a international shop lol need to go back to school for training I would've done better letting a kid work on my truck
