We have a shop less than a mile away and We used to buy a lot of parts here but the service is terrible now. Young kid answered the phone with an attitude and wasn t helpful at all, so I didn t even ask about the part. Today I tried to call, was placed on hold which really they just put the phone on the counter and hung up about 2 or 3 minutes later. Couldn t get them back on the phone after that. Will not be back.

I don't know if the workers like the place or not due to the unfriendly attitude and slow response to customers.

Friendly and curteous staff. Installation time was long, but we were warned it would be, so that made it worthwhile. Tires greatly improved the mobility of our vehicle. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for most of the time.

Outstanding customer service. Rob figured out what part I needed when I brought in the broken part. He had one in stock, and got another one for us the same day from another branch. I would highly recommend this part store.

usually super nice there. Never crowded and u can get little incentives like Perks bucks and their online site always has 15 or 20% off and u can pick it up at tge store in less than hour

I was traveling through Texarkana on Saturday, Sep. 23rd at about 10:30 am. I was driving my 3/4 ton Chevy truck pulling a camper trailer. My charge light came on, so I was able to exit I-30 and head south down Stateline Rd. hoping to find a garage or parts store. I found an Advance Auto parts store. I spoke with one of their employees, Germain. I explained my predicament. He came out and tested my battery and my alternator and determined my alternator wasn't charging. Luckily, they had an alternator for my truck in stock. My only problem was I didn't have the necessary tools to fix it myself, plus I was tired after driving for the past 6 hours. There were no open mechanic shops in the area. Germain offered to allow me to borrow some tools and even offered to give me some tips on how to change out the alternator. I really wasn't comfortable with changing it out myself, so I asked Germain if he knew anyone that could help me. Germain called a friend on my behalf and he showed up about 30 minutes later and got me up and running in no time! Talking about customer service! I was stranded and possibly going to have to wait until Monday to get my truck fixed and continue on my journey. Thanks, Germain! I hope your boss knows how lucky he/she is to have such a great customer oriented employee!R. Atkinson

They have some employees in there that are very dumb. But they try to help you and are friendly. They can't understand each other when trying to relate numbers. Dbvc. bbgd? Dbvc 212, bbcd??? Dbvc, gggg? No dbvc. I seriously sat there for 5 minutes listening to them try to say these letters back and forth to each other. They may be inbred

The guy there (nickname coco) was AWESOME !!! VERY helpful and never stopped trying till he fixed the problem with my car. The gaurd there was AWESOME too

They guys and gals at this store will help you quickly, if they don't have a part, they will find it and tell you where it is at or have it their within a couple days at max
