Took my grand-daughters Nissan here with intermittent starter problems. They diagnosed a ground cable that was not tight due to too long a bolt on the engine. they added a washer and tightened the ground cable. No charge, engine started perfectly. I have also had them repair power steering leak on GMC van, repaired and no more problems. I have used this business for three years for different car maintenance. I absolutely love love this place. Finding a family business (three generations), with a diverse level of car knowledge from classic, luxury, or family (don't worry about a stray fry, they don't judge) is a godsend. You don't have to haggle prices, or worry. Our cars are happy. Our wallet is happy. Who looks forward to an oil change? We do.

Williams Automotive has been taking care of my 2006 Saturn Ion since 2013. The service and attention they provide to me and my car are why my 12 year old car runs better than most new cars. I recommend this shop 100% to anybody. Better service and prices than dealers. Thank you Williams Auto! You rock it.

I stopped by with a power steering leak and he came out in the cold and checked it out. After running it and moving the steering back and forth he isolated the leak and said it wasn't a hose, only a small leak from behind the pump. He'd have to pull the pump and look at it, but recommended trying stop leak ps fluid. Very nice people.
