Went to get a tire rotation. These people told me that they can't do it because they didn't have the right lift for my truck. This was after 2 hours of waiting. Went to a different Walmart in Springdale. They told me that the whole crew on elm springs since all their work over there because they're lazy. They have the exact same lifts at every Walmart. I was pretty upset that they wasted my day just because they didn't want to do a job

A show of excellent 2023 customer service. Bought a minor part for my car, asked if one of them could help me put it on, was told no all the technicians are too busy. I asked if I could wait for one of them to help me & was told no & to please leave. The auto center at the Fayetteville Walmart has excellent customer service, unlike these trailer trash hick.

Surprisingly had a great experience here. Came at 330pm on a Wednesday and they installed my tires super quick.

After waiting an hour and a half for my scheduled appointment they told me my 1 year old tires were too old to be rotated and refused to install on new tire ordered because they said it would mess up the car having the tires worn at different levels. They tried to sell me all new tires, but I told them I would install the tire myself and went to another tire shop. The other place said my tires were fine and there was no issue installing the tire. I realized after I left that they also charged me for a rotation that was not done. Very dishonest shop.

Needed to do road hazard claim. Said tired was ordered. 3 days later, no text it had arrived. Called, and all seemed confused. Said they would order. Called 2 days later to be sure and sounded like they didn't know anything of it again. Week later finally got our tired replaced. Never again.

Horrible customer service: Don't notify you when the vehicle is done, and just throw on parts without having your consent or notifying you.

Service was placed on hold because they couldn't fix the tire and I didn't recieve a call. As soon as I noticed service was on hold I walked back from Panda Express and was told they couldn't put a tire on it until tomorrow morning.

Took over 3 hours just to destroy my tire rims trying to get the stem cap off and they didn't even fix the tire or put air in it. Watched the guy who was supposed to be working on it the entire time and all he did was take the tire off, complain about the stem cap, pass the tire off to someone else, and played on his phone the rest of the time until the other guy put the tire back on.

Bought a tire on Walmart.com was supposed to be ready at 4 pm yesterday. Went to pick it up at 9 am this morning and asked to put it on for me. They told me it would $17 and they would call when it s done. Left it and when I got the text it was done at 12:04 pm I went back and they said it wasn t done because they couldn t replace just one tire on my car without replacing the other side!?!? Then, I tell them to just give me the tire and I ll go pay someone else to mount and balance it. It took over 20 minutes before they even could find my tire!?! I will never use Walmart auto again. Every Walmart auto center here locally (in the heart of NWA/Walmart central has 3 star or less! I see why now. Unbelievable. Obviously Walmart corporate doesn t care because they aren t fixing it. I d be so ashamed to have every store with reviews this low, especially a store whose core is customer service. Embarrassing.

The worst customer service in town. There was a very long line in which I patiently waited for my turn. Once it was my turn, I walked up and greeted the associate. He never even looked up to acknowledge me and instead started assisting the gentleman behind me. The guy behind me even stated he was waiting his turn, as he had been helped about 20 minutes earlier. I would even have understood if the associate had acknowledged me and explained he needed to assist the gentleman behind me first. Instead I was rudely ignored... When the associate finally did acknowledge me, once no one else was around, he was passive aggressive about it. This is the last time I will ever go to this store. Home office should be taking a closer look at the horrendous customer service or rather lack thereof at this location.

This place has got to be one of the most poorly run auto shops I ve ever set foot in. I called to make an appt for an oil change and they said they don t take appts. So I pulled in at 7 am on a Saturday and three guys are sitting on and behind the counter and they said it would easily be 2 hours for just a standard oil change. Couldn t wait, so Went back the following Saturday and there was no place to park Bc they were so backed up, so left again. Came back today at 8 am on Sunday and they said it would be about 45 min. Bc I was second in line. The lady in front of me said she had been in the day before and waited 2&1/2 hours and her car wasn t ever done. Shopped in Walmart for 1 hour and 45 min and came back to find my car hadn t even been touched, still sitting where I parked It. The guy behind the desk said I don t know why they haven t done it yet . So after three tries I will definitely not be going back. Obviously they have no intentions of actually working or trying to run an efficient business here.

the two seperate times I have been here, there seem to be several employees back there both times. They are all in their own world. Both times I was politely waiting to be welcomed and even though there was no customers, they failed to welcome me after a minute or 3.Then they committed to something just to call me, after I arranged transportation and left, and they said they didnt have the items we painfully took a long time to see if they had it in stock.Wonder what kind of disabilities these employees have each time I have visited.

I was here @ 7am today the cashier has always been great !But when I came back @ 7:30 my truck was still parked in the same spot there where no technician for doing my service so I am waiting on a technician to show up @ 8If I would go somewhere else I would be waited another hour just bad business and managementSam Walton would roll over in his grave! (So Sad)Will be looking for a new place!

This place is horrible if you need a quick tire, battery, or inexpensive part replaced. Wait time here is outrages. Pricing is decent, but don't come here unless you have three hours of your day to burn waiting for something that only should take 20 minutes.

Good people knowledgeable most of them are car people I ve had my cars worked on their for a good minute and if they mess something up they always have paid for the service. Good friendly people definitely would recommend this place

Terrible costomer service the guys at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful but the people in the shop are rude and refuse to answer questions while sitting in your vehicle behind a plastic chain.
