Place is great all these bad reviews though I see in some cases seem like people's own negligence. Times can be long that's to be expected tire centers at Walmart give eta's not exact times plus unlike some departments (such as 1hour photo) they don't tell you it will be fast especially is there's a ton of cars or they're short staffed, damaging your tire further when they have road hazard isn't covered by the policies as it becomes a you damaged them not the road at that point you need to pull over and put on a spare or call a tow truck if you read them you'd know, waiting longer and saying they didn't tell you anything so you wait longer it sends a text message to you when it's done so long as you provide a working number if you want them to say something to you directly and you don't have a working number they will page you so long as you don't leave the store and let them know, if you don't want to wait I recommend bringing someone to take you home or elsewhere to do something else. Also perhaps consider not coming in when you're in a hurry no ETA is accurate to the T. Also maybe if you people weren't such self-serving Karens thinking the world revolves around them they'd have better luck cause at that point it just sounds like it's karma biting you in the rear like you deserve cause please note technicians are also only human they don't move at the speed of sound like you might want them to and if you think you can do a better job do it yourself instead of complaining I'm sure they don't want you there in the first place. XD

Sorry POS's they try anything to get out of their OWN road hazard. Tires are approximately 8 months old. Screw is dead center but my mother had to get home put a little rim line on the side wall won't consider even prorated new tire.

This place is a HUGE nightmare. They will literally do anything they can to RIP you off. They lie and are very deceptive. Check in guy is a complete jerk and a liar. Will tell you that you need this and that when you don t. They will get upset if you refuse their recommendation services. These people will scam you!!! Stay away from this Walmart tire location.

My car needed an oil change sure enough I held out too long and the engine started knocking. That s my fault. So I go in a little after 1 because I was going to get an oil change there and I d go to the shop up the street to get it looked at. Unfortunately wasn t able to do so because they ignored the fact they finished my oil change and made me wait several hours. I even heard the mechanic Tim say he was too busy to look at it at the moment. I waited 6 hours for them to tell me they finished hours ago! I could ve had the opportunity to have it fixed elsewhere but didn t have the chance to seeing that I was ignored for hours! In no way us this ok!Service: Oil change

Waited 3 hours on Saturday when they weren't busy. Left and came back on Sunday only to wait 3 more hours. They didn't reset the oil or tire information. The tech refused to talk to me bc I was female and still left the tire rotation notification on

They seemed to be short staffed...I had 3 or 4 cars ahead of me, and they still had me in, out and taken care of within an hour. Those guys were extremely friendly as well.

After nightmare talking with 4 tire shops, I found Tim at springdale wal mart. Worked me in and himself tourqed my rims. Totally professional and I will never go anywhere else.

Dropped off a tire to get replaced. Not on a car but a carry in. Told they are backed up and it might take an hour. I say okay and sit down. The guy that showed up at the same time as me is there too. An hour and 45 minutes later they call him so I figure any minute they should call me. Ten minutes later I hear some lady tell the workers if they are looking for work there s batteries to be stocked. I go to the counter and ask about my tire, now two hours after drop off. The paper he hands me says it was completed 20 minutes after drop off.So if you like to sit somewhere for an hour and 40 minutes for no reason use this place.

I checked the website before going in and it says they are OPEN at 7am. 7:10 rolls around and they are finally getting the registers set up. They have me standing around for about 5 more minutes without any sort of greeting or acknowledgement. i have to ask them if they need a bit longer to get things together and the lady finally asks me what i need. I tell her i need two new tires and she asks me to go out to my car and see what size i need, so i do. I get back in and relay the information just for her to then tell me that there are not any technicians there yet. Really? By this time is about 7:20. I will no longer be using ANY Walmart for my car needs. The only reason they get 1 star is because i had to give at least 1 to write a review.

Do not go here if you expect to get in and out in an hour! I even asked MULTIPLE times to make sure it wouldn t take longer since I am on my lunch break. I am now sitting here an hour and a half later still waiting on my car. If you only have 3 techs working and even the person working the desk knows it is going to take longer, please be honest with your customers! The only reason you are getting two stars is because the people inside were nice and helpful.

Walmart Tire Center in Springdale True Story:Part 1- (a few weeks ago) I'm waiting on an oil change, and they finally bring my keys and paperwork (about a half hour after they've pulled my car around). The guy grabs my stuff to check me out, reviews the paperwork, and gives me my total. I sift through my wallet and then hold out the cash to pay him. Instead of taking the cash he randomly proclaims "I'm going to take my break now" and then walks off into the sunset. I'm still standing there holding out the cash uncertain of what just transpired. A couple minutes go by, and another employee eventually comes out and asks the guy behind me if he can help him. I ask if I can finish being checked out.Part 2- (today) I pull into the Walmart about 2pm and all of the doors are shut. I walk inside and nobody is there. I find an employee inside, and he walks with me out to the garage where he finds one person. He asks the Tech "Hey, where is everybody?". Tech shrugs his shoulders and says "I don't know". Inside employee says "can you check this guy's battery"? Tech says "No". Employee says "Why not". Tech says "I'm busy". Employee turns to me and says "well I'm sure somebody will help you" and then walks off. I stand there alone in the garage for several minutes wondering what just transpired. I eventually leave.Part 3- (future) I go somewhere else. ;)

Got an oil change on 12/9/16 which is supposed to include a battery test. I had been having to jump start the vehicle every other day for two weeks so I knew the battery was going to test bad. When I went to pay for the oil change I was going to get a battery then, I even had it on the counter and I asked them how the battery tested out, he said it tested good. I replied oh really because I've been having to jump start it and the guy said oh well maybe you've got a short on your starter or something else so I decided not to buy the battery from them. I immediately left there and went to O'Reilly's just down the road and they put their battery tester on it and the battery, what do you know, tested bad, so I bought a battery from O'Reilly rather than buying it at this Walmart. Do not trust this service center!!

Came here to get my battery charged (haven t been to this location before) no worries right? No, the lady behind the counter (automotive side) was absolutely no help at all. I walked up and said yes mam I am needing to have my battery charged, she then told me to take it out to the battery charger as if I know where that is. I then ask and where would that be ? And she says somewhere out there... so we go out there and stand for 10-15 minutes before anyone try s to ask us. ( might I add there was one car in the shop at that moment and she said there should be 3 employees out there). Had to go get the lady behind the desk to actually come out there. And as she finally gets someone to help us rudely she says we close in 30 minutes by the way.. I ve worked for Walmart and that is no way to talk to a customer especially if they are being respectful and patient.

Very poor customer service, I bought 2 batteries for a chevy 3500 diesel engine and about 2 months have to replace it wait for over 1 hour and a half and finally they replaced after a long troubleshooting, now after 3 months got bad battery's again and then they not want to change it CCA suppose to be 800 have 0 on CCA and 2.7 volt and the badass 'tech ' said battery is good just need to be charged never buy automotive part here really bad situation really disappointedService: Battery

I drove to the Wal-Mart in Springdale instead of using the one in Fayetteville because they had the tires I wanted in stock (which is a plus). They put three of the tires on very quickly, but then informed me that I had a bad stud on one of the tires and ALL of the lugs were bad on all four tires. They told me I would have to go to a mechanic, have the problem corrected, and return to have the last tire installed. The mechanic actually demonstrated that he could not get the lug onto the bad stud.I took the vehicle to a mechanic to have the stud repaired, only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the stud. They put a lug on the stud without any trouble, so I'm not sure if Wal-Mart could not figure out the right size or what. I was so frustrated with making the extra trip that I went ahead and let the mechanic install the 4th tire. I probably voided the road hazard warranty on the 4th tire, but oh well, I felt that the Wal-Mart TLE did not deserve to finish the job after costing me an extra afternoon with a mechanic over a simple lug nut. All of the other lug nuts were fine as well, per the mechanic.I guess you can expect discount service when you pay a discount price. I have had much better experiences with other TLE's though. I will say that the TLE mechanics were very polite in explaining the problem, but they still cost me a seemingly unnecessary trip to a mechanic.

If i could give this place no stars I would. Terrible customer service. I sat there for almost 4 hours to not even fix my tire but to be told they couldn't fix it because one of my bolts was broken. Then tried to charge me $10 for doing absolutely nothing to my car. Will never use Walmart tire center again.

ZERO STARS. TERRRIBLE QUALITY, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND OUTRIGHT LIES. What a sham this place is. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING. They will waste your time and money. WORTHLESS

Had a very good experience here they honor the warranty on a tire I bought two years ago and maybe a good deal on another one to match it the staff is very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend to a friend

Went in to get new front tires here they told me it would be a hour and a half to two hour wait to put new tires on I ended up waiting three hours and ended up getting a bunch of other charges added on that were not necessary make sure and watch how much they are charging you and what for and also don't plan on spending less than two hours here if your getting new tires put on

They don't really act like they want to check for what you're needing if you call ahead so you don't have to go to every nearby Walmart to find what your looking for
