Did a great job and GREAT service BUT MAN was it expensive. The guy hooked me up with a discount with their coupons too. I usually change my own oil but I was on my way out of town. Great service though. Maybe things just cost more now. Don't take any of that the wrong way, it's a 5 star rating for sure!

Kevin at this location was highly unprofessional. We arrived here after finding out a different location was out of the oil type we need. They didn t ask what we needed or which oil change we wanted. I finally interrupted them under my hood to let them know what type I wanted and he said we can t do that. I explained I have always ran full synthetic on my vehicle and even pulled my receipts to show him. He said well who ever did that doesn t work here anymore. Very rude and didn t receive the services I wanted. Will not be back.

This was a 5 star rating, but sadly, I have to change my review after my latest experience. Went in for an oil change and, they had raised the price from 89.99 for a synthetic to over $120. I get inflation, but a 33% increase. Thats just not acceptable. I had pre-paid oil change for $59.99 which expires in April, it s February, and they insisted the best prove they could do was to charge me an extra $20, I would call that fraudulent business practices. I ll be contacting the attorneys generals office.Very fast, coupon saved a bunch over everyone else s quotes. Customer service was great, no high pressure sales, and I was out in 15 minutes including a rear diff service! Will be back!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Always get the best service, I take my car here every time because I know it would get well taking care of. Need it an oil change and new air filters. One was very complicated to change parts had to be taken apart and Ivan was very professional and helpful took care of that problem. Thanks to Hugo, David, Ivan and Eddie for their friendly and professional service. Thankyou guys!Highly recommended

Best place to bring your vehicle for QUICK maintenance and exceptional customer service. They are very professional and helpful. Came in to get my AC Freon and they repaired it pretty fast and now my AC works amazing. AC service takes a little while but the cars for regular oil changes were in and out fast! It s a little pricey to get service here but they make up for it in the speed of service and their inspection. Recommend looking for coupons first. You can also stay in your car while they work.Located off Hwy 71 Business and near SHS. This location was originally a different oil change business, so the building is not as fancy as the ones built from scratch in Rogers and Fayetteville, but still great service.

They are very professional and had left a great impression on me. I only needed one thing done, flush out and replace my ac Freon. They were almost excited to help me and get it taken care of. We talked about price and reached a reasonable deal. And then the fixed my cars AC faster than they estimated too. It now blows cool air and works like a dream. I will definitely be coming back here again for oil changes and other car repairs

Very considerate,fair and the manager Peter was very knowledgeable. I don't live here I'm in Springdale for a month on business, but I'm passing 3 other businesses to come here. I trust them with my car. Peter was fast and fixed my issue for me completely. So glad I found this business.

Place was awesome! Went there on the 23rd of December and was surprised with how well it went. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and super fast. Was in and out in 5 minutes! They called out what they were doing so they could ensure no mistakes where made, and checked my lights and tire pressure to make sure my car was safe. Definitely recommend!

Ivan asked about my cabin air filter, i said its fine i changed it recently and he said he was going to check it anyway and started walking to the passenger side of my car. i told him again no i didnt want him to check it and he opened my door and came inside the car and i told him for the 3rd time that i said no. he continued to disassemble my glove box to gain access to the filter and said im just doing my job i dont think your job is to trespass into my car when i said no twice. what an unprofessional employee. this was on 05/02/2023 around 2pmService: Oil change

Fastest oil change in NWA, takes less than 15 min most times. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They don t over pressure on upsells, and you can always find a coupon that saves you at least $10 sometimes as much as 20% off an entire service. For a full synthetic oil change in both our vehicles, they are the least expensive in the area when coupons are added in. I now drive past Walmart, Jiffy Lube, and about 5 other places to get my oil changed here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I go to Valvoline for my oil changes anyway. But today I stopped in to see if they could replace my turn signal bulb for me. I had bought the bulb somewhere else. But where I bought it told me they couldn't replace it. Other places were going to charge me $50-$60 to do it. When I went in they had me pull into the bay & it was replaced & I was out the door in less then 10 minutes. They didn't charge me to replace it either. I was already a satisfied customer before today. Sometimes it really is the little things!

I have been to the Valvoline shop in Fayetteville and the one in Springdale. Both are good but I prefer the Springdale shop. They are much more thorough with their assessments and more informative

10/10. The technicians were very friendly, explained everything to me clearly and seemed to work very quickly and efficiently together. I am impressed and will be returning here. Pricing was fair for the good service and no wait time. Oil change and tire rotation in under 20 mins. Eddy,Jerry, Jameson, Mike and Jimmy were absolutely awesome. They took care of my truck. Checked everything, made sure we knew about the discount I didn't even know about. We will never go anywhere else when we come to NWA. We feel like family. They made my son so happy going the extra mile to make sure he was entertained the whole time. Eddie did a GREAT job and knew about all their products. He showed us we had an air filter in the inside of the car that we didn't know about. This place has EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE..!!!!!
