I was sold a monthly car wash special. I was told by the attendant that a text message would be issued 7 days prior to recharging my account. however that was not the case. when I called and requested a refund, I was told that they would not issue a refund because even though the attendant misspoke...they only cancel memberships 7 days prior to recharge. There are never refunds. I don't usually post things like this but if you say something. you really should stick to it. Bad way for a company to start buisness in a new area.

I've used this carwash 6 or 7 times in the past couple of months. It has good pressure but every time it has little to no soap on the wash cycle so it won't get your vehicle as clean as some others. I have reported it to the owner but the explanation is that the soap nozzle sometimes gets clogged.

After 23 years of driving and washing cars, I have found that Tidal Wave is the best self service car wash I have ever been to. This car wash sets the example for all other self service car washes. As an aspiring car wash owner myself, I strive to maintain a car wash like Tidal Wave. I was first impressed by the clean walls and bays. Most self service car washed are nasty, dirty cinderblock with dirt all over the ceilings. I was able to use cash directly in the bay rather than having to get change and carrying a bunch of quarters back to the bay. I was over 24 minutes of wash time for $10 which was amazing. The controls were easy to read although the push buttons leave a little to be desired. However, I was there to wash my car and not worry about button pushing. The water was, in fact, hot contradictory to a previous review. The water pressure was so strong it got all the caked on bug guts off while at other car washes I would not have such success. All equipment worked as intended and all soap and wax was fast to come out of the wand when switching functions. I will always come back to this car wash and I hope others do the same. I am very impressed and thank you for maintaining your car wash the way you do. Don't change!

Excellent touch less car wash, Randy does an amazing job helping out his guest. I love the frequent buyers card, and its 5.00 cheaper than anywhere else I have been. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Very friendly service! I have used all the other car washes in town and when finished I always had road film and soap left on my vehicle but no here. Best car wash around as far as I'm concerned! Randy is such a friendly person

Randy is awesome! He cleaned my wheels and any heavy gunk/grime on my car. Highly rethinks place, and will definitely return at least once a week for a car wash. Great customer service!!!

I love that there is always this cool guy there that makes sure things are working. I like being able to pull off to the side after a wash and vac and taking a few moments to apply tire dressing and dry off water spots with fellow detailing enthusiasts. I drive from miles to use this place, one of the few ways to do a touchless wash on your ceramic coated car.

Better than your typical automated car wash. This one has an attendant on the premises who truly attends. He cleans your wheels, looks for bird droppings, and whatever else needs doing. Plus, this is one of the few touchless car washes in the area. That s important to me, because I have black vehicles.

Very pleased with this car wash!! The attendant has always been right there every time I pull in. Always pre-washes the road grime and I greatly appreciate it!! Randy is honestly one reason I stop in at this wash, always VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL and helpful!!!

Hard to give three stars. Reviews are great sounds like a lot of people have great experiences here. My car went through the touch free wash. I got home got out of my car and was sorely disappointed with the wash. It seems like the backend of my vehicle was just missed. The trunk lid was fine but the entire back of the vehicle was dirty and clearly did not get any direct water pressure. Maybe I ll try the touch or maybe I ll go somewhere else next time.****in response: thanks for the follow up. I was there when the attendant was there. I tipped him five dollars to wash my window he washed half of it and my rims (still dirty after) but that s ok. I initially left that out because he was a nice man just trying to make a couple bucks and I didn t want to cause him problems. We were chatting a little so maybe he was distracted from his duties. I paid for the highest grade wash you have, I believe $13. It wasn t bad on the front of the car it was that it literally did not hit the back of the car. It was bone dry when I pulled out of there. I came back a couple hours later and used the coin operated machine. It was pleasant but once thing that would be nice is a clear order for which product you should use first. Thanks again for following up.

Autowash bay said it was open. It accepted my debit card payment. Said to pull forward then nothing happened. I called the phone number listed and was hung up on after saying I was at the car wash. The payment box kept announcing to pull forward but I went forward and reverse several times and nothing happened. I want my $10 back for the "best" wash. Sep 14th 2019 between 730-750am.

Both my husband and I use this and love to be able to talk with Randy he is so kind and helpful always willing to wash the wheels and back hatch. Our little girls just love to say hi and chat with him as well! We make sure to try and talk everyone in to going here.

The gentleman who helped me work my debit card & answer my questions was so helpful & nice. I ll definitely start using this car wash every time I come to Springdale to see my grandkids weekly! Worth every penny!

Called for appointment to get windows tinted. Had two front windows tinted and a small triangular window in the back of a Jeep tinted. Got me in within 2 days. Spoke with the owner over the phone, and once again at Tidal Wave. He verified what I wanted done and the price before starting the job. Took car in at 8 and picked up at 3. Mr. Ferrell, owner, likes to make sure job is done correctly before letting customers pick up vehicle.Tint has lifetime guarantee. Tint covers to edge of window. Would recommend to other customers. Very friendly owner!

Worst car wash in Springdale arkansas. If I had pulled in to a closed car wash it would have rated better. Once I started I had to finish washing my vehicle. No hot water means the bugs will still be there $15 later. I drive a small truck coast to coast and have been washing my company trucks for twenty years. This is the worst car wash I have ever found. Think about it, this guy turns the hot water off so not only does he not pay to heat the water but you will spend twice as much washing your car. He's smart I'll give him that.

Easy to get in and out fast without much, if any wait. Unlike a lit of self wash places, everything works well here, water pressure is high, soap brush is good and spot free rinse actually works. Have an attendant here too if you have problems.

Randy the attendant was friendly and very helpful and did a great job . I couldn't have asked for more and it was a great value as well . Clean and safe anytime of the day or night . I would highly recommend this business .

The drive in car wash didn t work. I paid $13 and the wash wouldn t start. I get it sometimes things don t work but please return your customer s call. I called their phone number and left them a message about the situation and ask them to call me back so I could get a refund but they never returned my call. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Closest Carwash to my home (in Fayetteville) that I could wash out my engine bay! Well kept business! Definately worth the 7 & 1/2 mile trip! Will continue to use this carwash as needed!

I understand that inflation is hurting us all not the least small businesses such as this one (thank you to Orange Man and Mr. Dementia for the abysmal economic policies) but charging $2.50 for 60 seconds of foam is just bad business.

I use the "touch" car wash regularly. It does a good job of getting the bulk off the truck. As with all car washes, it's good but not great.
