Awesome experience! Dropped in and they had me out in an hour. 2 tech. s did a fantastic Job removing some dents. Truck looks and drives better dent free! Thanks guys.

David and Sarah are fantastic to work with! I had been to 2 body shops that told me the repairs could be as much as 3x what my insurance estimate was! They assured me that they could get the work done for the amount that insurance approved, AND provided a rental for us to use while working on our car! To top it off, we were out of pocket $0! They even covered the deductible.Excellent work and a friendly couple I could talk openly to about Jesus!If you have hail damage, door dings or other dents that need to be removed, I highly recommend this company. They make the process so unbelievably easy!

This is the only dent place i ll ever go to. Not only did they get the dents out and deal with my insurance but they ended up replacing my very cracked windshield & detailing the interior of my car. The Dent Technicians are so helpful and diligent

The dent technicians really is hassle free dent repair. I took my truck there simply filled out an authorization for repair and they took care of the rest. They provided a rental and I literally did not have to do anything else until my truck was repaired. The customer service is top tier. Jase and Sarah took care of me every step of the way. The work is amazing. The turnaround was about 7 days. Go see these guys if you have any dents you will not be disappointed.

I was referred by one of my friend as I was worried about my car due to hail damage and I was not that confident in deciding to go with Dent Technicians as they are in Springdale and I was little far from their place. However I went there directly to see their work and I was totally impressed. So I gave my car for them to work and the work they did is simply outstanding. These guys are amazing and very professional and friendly as well. As their caption says completely stress free. As promised they gave my car within a week and their work showed what they are capable of. Excellent work ! It was worth going from my place to their auto shop. I would definitely recommend them. Great Team Great Work Nice People To Work With ! Thank you David for giving my car like a new car.

The Dent technicians were easy to work with after a hail storm messed up our car. They showed true concern and knowledge about how they could address the issues and how insurances work.We felt comfortable leaving our car there to be fixed. They worked quick as they could and stayed in contact with us through the whole process.

I had Zack knock on my door in the middle of the day and at first I was extremely confused but he was SOOO kind and informative on how the whole process works. He told me that they would cover up to $1000 of my deductible and work with my insurance that way it could be a hassle free process. I brought my car to the shop and Sarah in the office filed the claim for me! They gave me a rental to drive while it was in for repairs. They completely covered the cost of the rental as well. My insurance inspected it at their shop and my insurance approved it. They immediately started on the repairs and got my car back to me looking brand new! Thank you guys. You are truly a team of greatness!

I put two big (difficult to repair) dents in my husband's car. The Dent Technicians brought the car back to perfection in just one day!!!! I cannot say enough about this company to express how professional and fair they are. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Don't go anywhere else!! You can not beat their turnaround time, price and excellent results anywhere!!!

Tried this place because of the great reviews on Google and was really glad I did! Sarah in the office was very helpful, answering my many questions and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. They took care of the rental, working with insurance, and did an amazing job repairing the hail damage on our Toyota Sienna. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back if I ever have need for dent repair again!

David and his wife are very friendly, professional and kind people, they go above and beyond on their customer service. They have a great team of techs that took care of both of my cars hail damage. The did an amazing job and always kept communication with me during the process. I didnt have to deal with my insurance or anything, they took care of the claim and took care of my rentals. I basically just gave them my car keys and they took care of the rest. Highly recommend the Dent Technicians!!!

Sarah and the guys were so helpful repairing our vehicle after this most recent hail storm damage. Our car was deemed near totaled from how bad the damage was. Not only did they fix it without having to repaint, they had it all done super quickly! We are highly impressed and would recommend to anyone interested!

Process was easy to get my vehicle in, and out of their shop. They worked on my behalf with my insurance company to smooth out any, and all paperwork needed. The work done (PDR) was phenomenal, and the experience that the technicians have, and work preformance was very professional. Family owned company, and they treat you as such. Many promotions that they can set you up with, and overall made my vehicle look as if hail damage never occurred. Altogether I will rate them a 5 start, more if I could. I would Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to up the value of their veichle and fix damages. Thank you to The Dent Technicians for the great job .

David and Zack were extremely informative and helped me with the entire process on how to get my insurance to pay for the damage caused by a hail storm. They immediately got me scheduled and put me in a rental that way I wasn t without a car for even a split moment. The whole process was really fast and the work they did on my car had it looking BRAND NEW! They also detailed the inside and outside of my car and had my car looking fresh and ready for me to pick up! Thank you so much guys great work

The dent technicians were so helpful they were outstanding to me the entire process and got every single hail dent out of my vehicle. They explained that my rates would not go up at all, and they did note not even a little bit it was considered a no fault claim to my insurance and my insurance paid for 100% of the repairs. David and Zack walked me through every thing and made this a simple and easy repair. They paid for me to have a rental and my car was back looking new in no time. Thank you guys

I dropped by the shop to get an estimate on a dent in the hood of my truck. These guys went straight to work and had it looking like it never happened within 45 minutes. The price and quality were on point! Will definitely use them in the future.

David and Sarah made the whole experience so easy and worry-free! I didn t even notice I had the hail damage from a storm a few weeks ago. David saw it, told me about it, and scheduled my vehicle the very next day. Sarah handled everything with insurance company. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle, get in the rental car and bring the rental car back. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for dent repairs and use them again if I need any more.

I am blown away at how this company operates! I was approached by Zack at a gas station and he told me he noticed the hail damage on my vehicle. I was skeptical at first but he was extremely thorough with how he explained things. Filing a claim for hail damage is a no fault claim so it doesn't raise my rates at all. The Dent Technicians helped cover my $1000 deductible and they paid for the full cost of my rental car while the repairs are being done. Once my insurance approved my vehicle the technicians started my repairs and they made my car look new! Thank you guys so much!

These guys rock! I m not going anywhere else for dent repairs ever! They gave me a rental while they dealt with the insurance company for me, and gave me a 200 dollar Walmart gift card! Owners and workers are super nice and know what they are doing. I had a 1000 dollar deductible and they covered it! If I could rate higher I would, my truck looks better than it did before the hail storm!

I have worked for other Dent Removal companies but, I have never experienced a work environment such as The Dent Technicians. They welcomed me in like family and taught me more than I had ever learned from anybody else. I m so glad to be apart of this team and I am super excited to see what the future holds. They took care of my wife s car when I first began and the service was impeccable and the work itself was unmatched. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend, I m so happy with the outcome after a hail storm damaged my car and they were very helpful with the entire process. They handled everything from initiating the insurance claim to providing fast service, when I wasn t able to get a rental. Sarah and David will take care of all your car dent needs, very informative and experienced people. Plus they have a very cute dog named Ella, which added more to the welcoming and friendly environment they had.

The team stopped by my house when they seen the hail damage on my car. The entire process was so easy, from the paperwork to the rental car and they even brought my car back to my house, freshly cleaned and detailed once the work was completed. Bless Jase's heart, he even had to put gas in my car because I almost ran it dry. :) I will for sure use The Dent Technicians again if I ever need hail damage repair.

Great place! Upon arrival they were immediately on top of things. They were very thorough when they checked over my car, saved me the headache of having to deal with my insurance since they took right over. Total time start to finish was about two weeks which I didn't think was bad at all. Overall very satisfied with their services!

Great company!Our cars were damaged from the hail storm.The Dent Technicians helped in filing the claims with our Insurance company.They covered the deductibles so we didn t have to pay anything to get them repaired.They also booked the rental for us at their expense and had Hertz picked us up at their shop! They worked directly with our insurance adjuster on all the repairs.When picking up, the cars were cleaned, vacuumed and looked like new again! The whole process was a breeze, would definitely recommend them for your dent repair needs

My vehicle suffered some major hail damage. The Dent Technicians worked with my insurance to make sure nothing was missed by the adjuster. They offered rental car service and had my repair done in about a week. The experience was effortless. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their craftsmanship and customer service.
