Went in to get oil changed early and they gave very helpful advice. Ended up getting a free top off and advice to get the car looked at as it had lost 2 quarts of oil. They were so helpful and topped off washer fluid and tire pressure and I didn t pay a dime.

I went to get my oil changed at Take 5, on my lunch break. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Alex, Gabriel and Jorge. They were extremely communicative through the entire process very helpful and professional, while still maintaining an absolute hilarious rapport with each other. I truly enjoyed listening to their funny chatter while doing one of the most mundane chores! Thank you Take 5. I will definitely be back!

No service was preformed yesterday but showing up on my car fax as they did. Stripped my bolts for my skid plate so working through the process of trying to get them to fix the damage they caused. Took 1.5 hour of them trying to take it off and then finally preform my oil change and then struggled getting it back on. Not happy at all, can t get my oil changed until the bolts are drilled out and need new ones. :( avoid Take 5 in Springdale

We had the oil changed in our car this morning. Not only did it cost $90. But now we are having problems with it over heating. Checked the coolant and they never refilled it. Even tho their check sheet shows they did. Will never go back.

Courteous, friendly, customer focused and thorough. Great job! I went to the MLK shop first but was asked to move to 2 different lanes and waited at least 20 minutes before I finally left. I m glad I went to Springdale! Great service!

Wanted to give some credit where credit was due! Isaiah and Jorge solved what I thought was going to be a long term issue in about 10 minutes. Additionally, they made sure I understood and knew everything going on throughout the entire process. I went on a Saturday. 7 cars were ahead of me. I waited over two hours for a simple oil change. And paid over $100 for the privilege.The problem? They only had two employees working. This was my first and last oil change at Take 2 (hours) Oil Change!Service: Oil change

Y all continue to send text messages to the wrong person when someone gets an oil change. And if you can t mange your text the correct person what makes me think you can change my oil properly. This has been told to you before

First time was excellent service but second time not so good the two young boys were working first said over and over it will be a long wait than they said it must be debit card only than they stripped the drain plug in the vehicle ahead of me. It just made me worry about my vehicle wellbeing

Too expensive. $115.38 for an oil change. I need to find an alternative. Nice people, though. 5 stars, but I can't figure out why so expensive. 0W16 5 quarts is about $30 at WalMart. Oil filter about $5 to $7. I know inflation is happening, but this seems off. I can do it myself for about $50? I need to start doing this for myself. Nice people, though. Pricing seems unreasonable to be honest...Service: Oil change

Denied service without even popping my hood, looking for parts or scanning me in. The lot was empty, and I was turned away within 20 seconds of pulling in. I think they just wanted the day off.

25% Veterans Discount - yep on the whole service!!! I have been here numerous times and have had great service every time. They do take longer than 5 minutes but if you have ever changed your own oil you know there are a few steps in the process and I prefer they take a few minutes to double check everything is correct.I will continue to use Take 5 for my trucks.

Just a heads up..I pulled in today for just an oil change for a 2006 Honda Accord and was told $85. That is waaaay too high, guys.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced oil change with good service, go somewhere else! A twenty minute wait and 100$ for 4 quarts of oil and filter! My boyfriend normally goes to valvoline and gets faster service for half the price(checked receipts). They also lied and told me that using conventional oil in my car "was not an option", even though my boyfriend has always got conventional oil put in my car from valvoline.

Excellent customer service!! Fast and efficient. I didn't even have to get out of the car and it was raining. They even put on my new wiper blades for me. I'm not going anywhere else now.

I have a 2016 Mini Cooper. I tried to get my oil changed multiple times here. First time they said the didn't have the filter and to come back next week. The next time the said they had the filter and had me pull into the bay and then I was told they couldn't do the change because they didn't have the right screw driver bit to take off the skid plate. I left and brought them the right tool which I had at home because I needed for other screws on this car. This time they stopped me outside the building and told me they weren't going to service my car and I needed to go someplace else. The worker said he called the shop manager and was told not to work on my car because it was a Mini, which is a BMW brand so not something all that exotic.Service: Oil change

Open on Sunday! They were great, went through, and checked everything. No added pressure sales like some places. Free top of service after oil change and my receipt showed what was done and who did it I like that.
