Do not take your vehicle here. They just put parts on they don't know how to diagnose your vehicles problem. Me and a co-worker both are having the same thing happen with the shop but with separate problems. They just throw parts at your vehicle expecting it to fix the problem with no diagnosis. They replaced a seal for me 3 times expecting a different out come instead of figuring out the underlining issue. Literally the definition of insanity.

Took my vehicle in to have the a/c looked at. Genuinely good folks. Told me what I needed to do, quoted me a price and stuck to it. I left feeling like I had been dealt with honestly and I got great service. Could not have asked for more

Great place to do business. I've been having tires repaired here for almost 20 years. They have always been friendly and try to work me in quickly. They have good prices and I trust them. Recently I went in to have a screw removed from my tire. They could have said they repaired it and charged me the fee, but they were honest with me and told me that the screw hadn't actually punctured my tire, it was only wedged in. They didn't charge me a dime and I was on my way. They do stay extremely busy, but I'm sure it's just because they are such a great place to do business with!

My family and I are spending some time with our Son here in Springdale and have dealt with your company in the past so when we got a flat tire last evening, we thought of you. We are so glad we did. Got my tires mounted/balanced and vehicle in alignment. Nice courteous customer service. Fair prices. Docked one star for house keeping as this place isn't very clean at all.

I started going here about 10 years ago. They are great at customer service. They are one business who will not overcharge you. Once I was quoted $4K by a dealer for a repair. I brought it here and $50 solved the whole problem. Loyal customer

My wife and I traveled to NW Arkansas to pick up our youngest grandchild and bring her home for a few days. We were on hwy 49 just north of Springdale when I got a nail in one of my rear tires. I was able to get off at the next exit before it went completely flat. I changed the tire with one of those temporary tires that you drive on and only at 50 mph. I realized right away that I would not make it on a 5 1/2 hr drive with this tire. We searched tire centers with our cell phone and found we were close to the tire center on Sunset Ave.We pulled in and the lot was absolutely packed with customers. After explaing my situation to the service rep at the desk I was told they would get me in in less than 30 min. Not only did they get me in and do a quick repair they did not charge me a dime. I thought it must have been our sweet grandchild with us that made them so nice but as I thanked them and was leaving another customer told me this was why he has been using them for more that 20 years. Well I m convinced and have told others of my story. We arrived safely home on what started out to be a very bad day. Businesses like this one are far and few between and I m glad I had the opportunity to be one of their customers. I will always use them whenever I m in Springdale area and the need arises. Can t go wrong!!!

These guys are absolutely amazing! They are so nice here and very helpful. They have done work for us a few times and it has always been exceptional and their prices are so affordable as well. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!

I come here to get work done on my vehicle the gentleman behind the desk seemed very irritated and very racist this will be the third time of taking my vehicle to Goodyear here on sunset in Springdale. Very bad communication. Not all the guys are this way but one bad one can ruin the reputation of many.

Great place to take your car, they have always been very fair and affordable!! Billy that works on my car when I go in is awesome and staff is very friendly! Would highly recommend

Did a great job putting on an outer tie rod that I couldn t. Alignment was better prices than others and the labor too.Great place.

I always go here for whatever I need. They are really polite and help whenever they can without over charging you. I tell everyone to go here and have even ridden with a few people to make sure this is where they went. Good job!

We always buy our tires at Springdale Tire. They have always been honest with us, which is a valuable asset. They are busy so plan to drop off your vehicle or walk down the street and eat a bite at Susan's while you wait.

Best shop in the area in my opinion, fair pricing, no upcharge on parts, low labor cost. Always busy, might take an extra day but it's well worth the wait.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! These guys rotated tires for me on my new truck. After the second rotation the tech cam out and asked who had the tires off the truck last because the lug nuts were on so tight they could not get them off. Well, THEY were the only ones who had had the tires off of my truck! after on hour they finished but not until they had bent the chrome caps on every lug nut to where my star wrench would not go over them. They would only replace two of the nuts... $189 later (buying a factory only lug nut for the rims that came on my Ford, I will NEVER go back to these guys....

My son called and asked "can I ask when your next available appointment is to get my tires aligned?"..the guy answered no and hung up on him. Took our business somewhere elsewhere. What is wrong with customer service these days?

Stopped in to have truck lojacked, a 45 minute job, three hours later I am still here! Slowest place I have ever seen. On top of the snail crew, their customer service sucks. Barely spoke and when they did I thought it was going to kill them.

The only place I will go for tires. Friendly staff and honest opinions for their customers. Very busy on Saturdays. Highly recommend.
