About 4:20 pm I was driving our RV onI-49 S, when the right front tire sidewall separated with a loud bang ! The next exit was close, and I limped into a Truck Stop/Restaurant complex to inspect the damage.The woman at the Truck stop office suggested three folks who might help us out. The first was too far away, and I next called Jack @ Southern Tire Mart.He listened, and said he d send someone our way.Don showed up about 20 minutes later, and quickly retrieved, then installed the Spare. I know that may sound unremarkable , but our situation had been pretty stressful, and they made it easy for me.The wheel lug nuts are torqued so tightly that it would have been impossible for me to change out that tire with hand tools. Don was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. A real joy to meet!Jack called the next morning and we settled the Bill.It s nice to know that there are folks/businesses in this world who are not only willing, but capable of helping travelers in distress.We most highly recommend Southern Tire Mart.

Josue got me four tires, ordered, delivered, installed, and an alignment all in under 24 hours. Have never experienced anything like it. If there s a question about where to go for service, this place is the answer.

I went there today to get a new set of tires, and asked my dad pick up my car to make sure everything was running well. When my dad drove off, the car was clunking/ hopping like lug nuts were loose, so he went inside to tell them. The man behind the counter rolled his eyes and scoffed at my dad like he was crazy. When another worker went out to check on the tires, it turned out that the lug nuts were barely on the right rear tire. What an extremely unprofessional display of customer service in a situation that could have been VERY dangerous for myself and my 4 year old niece -who would have been in the car with me had my dad not been there. The man did not apologize or try to help the situation in any way.

Got new set of tires here there prices were about average . can't say so much about the staff not very friendly they act if they didn't care if you were there or not .they wasn't rude just very dry.... Took 2 hr to mount 2 tires .they did say sorry for the long wait....

The jerk on the phone is an even bigger jerk in person.Fair price.Short wait time.Comfortable waiting area.Work done to satisfaction.

We're quick to tell me my Virginia tires couldn't be recapped when they were holding air, but when I showed up in person to pick up other tires that got capped they were no nonsense and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Great place and solid workers.

These people are one of a kind. Gets you in and out as fast as possible. Prices are not that bad. I recommend you at least try it and keep in mind it's what they have to do that prices get higher.

These guys are great. They will do what they can to beat a price, they can get any tire you need, and are really good about getting you worked in. Literally ANY tire, semi, car or truck, tractor, any.

I enjoy doing business with these guys. Their shop is super clean and organized. I try to use them when ever I m able to do so. Very professional staff at this location.

Called 24hrs in advance about an airbag ended up staying over night next morning they are now telling me I need an appointment after wasting a full day and they didn't have anyone in there shop to make matters worse

I had I nail in my tire just past 4:00 on a Monday afternoon. Great. So I quickly hop into my KW to go over to get it fixed. Being so late I'd assume I would hear complaining from staff but I was wrong. They got right to me and was happy to help me back in to the shop and fix the tire. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I couldn't even remember what axle had had the leaking tire because I was in such a hurry to get over there. They simply checked the air pressure and said it had to the first axle but check both axles just in case. Great service on a hot Arkansas day.

Called on emergency for tractor tire repair for today. Was told they could fix water filled tire today. Brought tractor from 1 hour away to tell me they didn t have a pump today to complete job. Don t lie to your clients.

If you need something first thing in the morning. Go somewhere else. This place is a joke. Employees don t show up til after 8 and management doesn t care. Save your money and time.

Excellent customer service! Told me over the phone they would be at my pin drop location in 45 minutes to replace my tire. He got there in 30 minutes and had me rolling again in 45 minutes! Fast service!

That's double coins for you. Cheap soft rubber tires are junk. People think they are saving money by buying them. Wrong wrong wrong.
