When I found Ron's Storage I was really excited. The location was great, the spot Ron offered me was ideal, backed up to the lawn with a lot of room to maneuver my travel trailer. Then, after parking my trailer there, I came back to find my trailer gone. After investigating with Ron he said that someone with a fifth wheel came in that would be ideal for that spot, so he moved me to another spot. That other spot turned out to be back in the rocks in classic snake country. Not ideal. And I was never consulted nor notified. I was surprised to find it moved and certainly not pleased with the new location. I notified Ron that the new location was unacceptable, but no solution was ever offered. In addition, the hours are so short and restrictive for accessing the lot that it tends to be problematic (although this was disclosed up front).So, I was happy to move my unit to another lot even if it meant giving up several months left on my lease with Ron. I'm sorry it didn't work out as hoped.

I have owned RV for 15 years and Ron is the best I have found. Great work and reasonable price. I would highly recommend. I have just finished 5000 mile trip in my 1985 airstream and after Ron fixed it all was good no problems

We have a 2017 Keystone Laredo. We jack knifed the truck rock tamers into the front end of the RV puncturing the fiberglass. We stored it at Ron s while we were out of town and asked him to assess the damage and give us an estimate. He did and the work has been completed and looks fantastic like it never happened. We would highly recommend Ron for and RV service or Fiberglass needs. He also did this for us on short notice knowing we needed a quick turnaround. Thanks Ron.

Ron's a good guy and the price to store your RV is lower than most. The gate times are really weird though, even with a gate code there is only a small window on weekends that you can get in, and it's basically only open during business hours on weekdays. This left me in a bind after a camping trip as I was headed out of town the next day and couldn't get my camper stored and had to find alternate arrangements.

I have dealt with Ron for many years both professionally and personally. He does great work and is honest up front. No b.s. just shoots you straight. I really appreciate that in a person and a business. Highly recommend.

Ron fixed several issues with my motor home for 1/2 the cost of another shop. Additionally, he talked to me about some of the preventive maintenance jobs I should be doing. Ron's RV Repair is an honest shop with good value. I highly recommend this shop. I'll bring my unit back to Ron when it needs service.

Small one man shop, so do not be in a hurry. Ron shows (has) a great deal of experience and did one heck of a job in working on our rig. Made suggestions that this writer should have thought off, such as doing maintenance on the generator and lubing necessary points under the rig. If you want it done right at a fair price, this is the place.

We brought our coach to Ron after another local dealer gave us an estimate which we thought was unfair and after taking it to Rons we validated. After finding problems on a tri[ we took out coach the selling dealer and after a short time we were told we could bring the coash in but the repair work would be done elsewhere. Ron did the work inside and at 20 percent les the the dealer we bought it from. Recommend Ron Highly

Popped in to see Ron today. I just bought a used Newmar which needs the slide out seals replaced. I already have the seals, but didn't really want to take on the job myself. I asked Ron what he would charge, and he abruptly replied "Well I only install what I sell, got to make a living somehow" and then he walked away. I understand that he was busy, but being busy is not an excuse to be rude.

We are a band on the road and had our RV towed to Rons. He poured some fuel in the carborator and got it started for us and charged our battery as well as let it sit there all night and didn't charge us a penny!! This a very generous and nice guy that will be good too you! Thank you Ron!!! - Ocean Disco

Ron is the most knowledgable person I know when it comes to Motorhomes and RV's He has always taken the time to explain the problems are RV have had and is willing to do the little things that make the difference between him and the franchise dealers. In Northwest Arkansas you cant find a better place to have your RV Worked on. Recommend Highly.

Ron does ALL work on my class A country coach ,I wont let anyone else in area touch it ....Why? because he.s the best and most exsperianced in the area and has never disappointed in any way

You will be happy going to Ron. Reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, you know what is going to happen before he works on your unit and if he finds other problems he will let you know before he repairs it. Highly recommend

Ron went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot my RV over the phone. He discovered the problem over the phone so we didn't need to bring it in to a repair shop. Thank you Ron!

I had my trailer in because I had hooked up 240v to it and I needed it fixed. Almost Everything he told me he had to fix, was not done. He charged me high and I have had trouble with everything he said he worked on. Please. Find someone you can trust because this guy is a crook.
