Really great place. A very nice man who was very knowledgeable and very helpful kindly explained what was happening and how they were gonna fix my van. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who isn't very knowledgeable or just wants a nice experience with a auto shop. Very trustworthy. They didn't try and up sale me on anything. They even didn't charge me anything for fixing my ac when I told them after they already changed my spark plugs. All around great experience!

Take it from me, folks. Precision Tune is the place to go. Clayton from Joe Bumper Collision here. We've used almost every mechanic repair shop in town. We need mechanical repair on various vehicles on a weekly basis. If you want it done right, done fast, and at a fair price, you need to go to Precision. Don't waste your time and money on second best. Save yourself the stress and get it done right at Precision Tune. They get the Joe Bumper Collision stamp of approval.

This place is awesome. Max and Jake have owned it for over 20 years and it is still booked up most of the time - that speaks volumes to me. If any business is still open, and busy after 20 years, you know they are solid. I took my Yukon there for an alignment and they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. My truck rides as smoothly as ever, even with 190,000 miles on it! Some of the other reviews state they are expensive - I disagree. They are very fair and honest and do excellent work. In auto repair, you get what you pay for. If you can find another place that is fair, honest, and cheap - go for it! I don't think they exist. I work on my own cars quite a bit, but when I need real professionals to take care of something on any of my cars, I go to Precision Tune.

I got a tune up for $199 and some change, and I m still miss firing on #3 because it doesn t include wires & coils. I called and was quoted $100 each on coils, no mention of the wires. I guess I m expected to return for more labor costs? I was only paying for the convenience, and now I m going to have to finish the job myself at my expense , see how they are old and dirty. Same coils & wires, and still missing on #3 .Day two: Upon replacement of #3 ignition coil, found two black plastic wire ties assisting contact with the wires from the harness to the #3 coil, and only #3 coil. Something a person replacing spark plugs would unmistakably notice. No mention of it to me by Precision Auto?

The place was on the money. I needed a transmission fluid change, that is what I got. No haggling, no pushy sales, just honest, good hard work for a good price. The manager was very helpful, he kept customers and his crew moving along and they were all very professional. I asked to see the quality of the fluid they took out, he brought me a cup of it. The quoted price was more than he charged me, and they were helpful answering questions about my transmission. I take care of my baby(pictured) and they showed the same respect! If your looking for honesty good work, this is the place. Thanks guys and I will be back!

They take advantage of people who have no knowledge of cars. Charge you so much for something they didn't do. Ladies don't go here. They charged me 40$ just to "check" my cabin air filter but they didn't.

Had no work done the price was ridiculous.1000 dollars for brakes I ended up putting front pads on myself for 100 dollars. You only have to change the rears every 3rd time. And my rotors were fine.

Way overpriced. Labor charges aside, they quite literally charge twice the costs of parts. I checked the parts numbers on my estimate and each one could be bought at AutoZone or O'Reilly's for exactly half the price. Most places charge labor + the cost of parts with maybe a 5-10% fee on the parts for acquisition and/or local delivery. On top of that, I wouldimagine that they get their parts at a very discounted rate since they get parts everyday like most auto shops do. I took my business elsewhere.They prey on the naive, be warned. I've heard the work itself is ok from others.

This place did a good job at fixing my vehicle, I certainly would recommend this place. I am leaving one star off however just for the fact that I felt like my repair was a little bit expensive for the job. The employees are friendly and helpful and did a timely job of getting the job done.

We have been using Precision Tune for more than 10 years, and they have never let us down. When I walk in, they know my name and vehicles, and if we have an issue I know I can count on them to steer us in the right direction. I have found their service to be quick and usually available same day, and their pricing fair and well explained ahead of any work performed.

Great customer service. Always fast service and very knowledgeable. They are a first come, first serve shop. There is coffee, a TV and restroom available while waiting for service completion. Highly recommend. They offer Interlock service as well..

I'm I'm very satisfied with Precision Auto Care. I had taken the car to another service that has high ratings. I think they did the job but didn't fix anything while they were under there. The car didn't feel like it was solid. Precision Auto Care made my car run like a dream! I'm going there from now on. Thank you so much! I went in and immediately Max at the front desk was super friendly. He knew right away what I was looking for and helped to ensure that the his people got me in and out quickly. I ended up leaving my bag by accident and they even called me and then held onto it until I got back! I had an all around good experience from here. A ++

I had a problem in they came to the rescue. I mainly did my business with Jake great guy listens well in get the job done. He did what no one else wanted to do in got what I needed fix. The guy that runs the front desk here is the best! Max really knows his stuff and he's always on it as far as making sure that the customer leaves smiling. I really appreciate him everytime I go here! Good job, Max!

Actually Dependable Auto Service. I was lead technician here for nearly 10 years. Jake and Max want to take care of their customers. You need to tell them if you're having a problem don't expect a tune-up to just fix it. They understand people don't know everything about modern cars, but you know your car; explain what it's doing as best you can and if you know how to make it act up tell or show them. Max and Jake will try and make sure you leave happy.

Had to use them a couple of times because they installed my interlock device. After they worked on my car it started messing up pretty bad. They never knew what was going on. Didn't ever listen to any of my concerns or fixed my problems. But they were always quick to charge. So glad I found John's auto repair in Rogers to help with my situation!Service: Battery

This place did not know how to deal with complaints. Very bad customer service. I was upset and presented my problem with something and instead of staying professional and calm, owner yelled and gave threats in front of my kids. I stayed calmed despite all this but owner continued to be aggressive. Never ever again will I come to this place.Nobody kicked your door. I'm not speaking from husband's point of view, I'm speaking from my own. I did not curse or yell. You didn't have to raise your voice when nobody was cursing directly at you. My husband made one comment and it was said out of frustration at the situation and not direct. There are better ways to deal with that situation than yelling and threatening your customers. Nobody wants to start off with a bad week but things happen and you need to learn how to deal with them, professionally. You were very condescending and jumped around when explaining everything.

We have done business with Mr. J and his dad off and on for more than 19 years now. They are pricey -but they guarantee there ***word*** more than anyone else in the area.. there newest mechanics they seem to get lazier as the years go by. But they normally screen their new employees. His dad and J*** get two thumbs up in our book!

They figured out a misfire on my Mazda that had been driving me crazy. Had a bad spark plug and I had installed a defective part. First and foremost, if you're looking for a reputable company to fix all of your car needs, THIS is the place! The owners, Max and Jake Crabtree will go above and beyond making sure your car is fixed right and you maintain your budget! They make sure they keep you in the loop with everything your car needs, no hidden surprises or charges. I will take all of my car needs to them and not hesitate that they will fix it right! Honest, reputable, no frills, budget friendly, class act... exactly what I look for in a company and Precision has each and every single one of those!

I left simple instructions to leave my key under my seat that I would not be able to pick my car up before closing due to my work schedule. They failed to this, nor did they call me to confirm I wouldn't be there which they said they would do. This left me stranded outside their closed shop in the heat for two hours until my daughter could bring a key to me. Simple instructions and they failed. I will not be using them again.

Fantastic experience! I will use them from now on for all of my vehicle needs. I took my car in to get my a/c problem diagnosed. I told them everything it was doing and they not only fixed the problem, they topped off my fluids and checked everything else to make sure I would not have any more problems. The customer service was amazing and my car is running great... and COLD! Thank you, PTAC for being an honest auto repair shop.

I took my car to them because my automatic transmission was jerking when it downshifted from 2 to 1. I took it to them and they said that I needed a transmission flush which costs $ 100.00 bucks!!! Well I called Honda and they said don't get a transmission flush because it's not recommended. It could screw up the transmission. All I needed was a drain and fill. So Precision still said that would cost $ 94.00 bucks!! I said screw that and went to Lightning Lube. They did it for $ 32.00 and my car is running just as smooth as ever! It only took them 10 minutes to do it!! Precision Tune just wants to steal your money especially if you are a female!! I will never go back there again!!!

I have used Precision Tune in Springdale for over 15 years. I am a traveling therapist and always come back here. They have always been courteous and know me that when I come in --- they check everything and get it taken care of. Last car had over 300,000 miles on it and was still in good shape (body not ).I know that when I bring it in they will take care of it and I don't have to worry about anything on my car. That says a lot since I will be driving myself to next assignment and don't need my car to leave me stranded on the side of the road.Keep up the good work!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery
