1) great service. Well informed. Step by step walk through. No high pressure sales. Brought things to my attention. Genuinely helpful.2) timely. Replaced four tires and did full alignment same day I called. I was finished under two hours. Had tires in stock. Other places I had to wait 5-7 business days to even schedule an appointment.3) competitive pricing.I will be coming back here for all tire needs and strongly recommend based off of my experience!

Mixed review. I bought my tires there and got a nice price and professional installation. But when going in for an oil change, they recommended replacing rear struts soon. Quoted 1400 dollars. This is a 2-3 hour job at best and struts are 100 a piece. So 500-600 dollars would be the price. Check on prices before accepting their estimate and before letting them do work more than tires and oil changes. I have no doubt the work would be done right, just not at the right price.

Chris and team are very professional. I had a flat tire with a large screw that they were able to patch and get me back on schedule until the new tire came in stock. The patch was very well done and lasted longer than planned. The new tire was reasonably priced for being non-standard. The team stayed open in the evening so that I could make it by the shop after work.Great experience and will choose Tire Plaza again and recommend to others.

Pleased with services and products. Could have been a little quicker in changing my tires, but it is what it is. Great warranty and care if it pans out. Very friendly staff.

I'm very much an automotive DIYer, so I'm always pretty apprehensive about getting work done that I can't do myself, like tire mounting and alignments. I've taken my old classic car to this Plaza Tire twice, once for an alignment and once for tire replacement. Both times were excellent experiences. I thought it was all very reasonably priced and their service was excellent. They didn't try to upsell me anything, they were very nice, and there was no funny business. They knew what they were talking about without being condescending, and they respected that my car was old and needed a bit of a gentler ouch. Every other tire service I've ever gotten has been a pain in my behind, these guys did it right.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I would not recommend to anyone and would give a 0 stars if I could. I went in for a standard oil change and was told that I had a bad battery. I was unable to get the car to start until after I said I was going to another place to get a different battery. The manager Bobby was the one who was helping me and somehow my battery suddenly worked. I went to O Reillys to test the battery and it came back as a perfect battery. Customer service was horrible. I have never been spoken to in such a manner on top of trying to be scammed into spending more money for things that were not in fact broken.

Service was friendly but it took 2 days to replace 4 tire pressure sensors and change the oil in my truck. They didn t check my engine air filter or cabin air filter. When it was finished the maintenance reminded wasn t reset and the oil filter and surrounding hoses were dripping with oil from replacing and not cleaned off. It s the little things that make a great experience and they were lacking. I ve taken my truck here in the past for service and every time it takes forever, but the price is far and beats the dealership every time.

My husband and I had to replace most of the front end suspension of our truck. We spent close to about $5000 and did the work at the shop he works at. Spent many hours on the job. Knew the truck then needed new tires and an alignment after replacing most of the suspension. Went where we have before with no issues, and we were known by name. Not this time, terrible attitude from the beginning. Needing to hurry and finish what we need to so we can get there in a timely manner, as I was told earlier that day. Get there, they quickly get the truck in the bay and immediately say they will not do the alignment because of the track bar. The one bar we hadn't replaced yet. They then refuse to do the tires and alignment that are already paid for and say we have to replace the track bar. Then, don't even check the rest of the suspension we hadn't replaced to see if anything is ok or not. The technician said a simple 10 minute steering wheel alignment would take him 5 hours to do because of this bar and then would be a waste of time on the new tires and alignment. We leave without the already paid for services and get told to buy another expensive part and now nervous about the services because we won't know if anything else is wrong and could keep us from getting our tires and the alignment done again. Trust has decreased at this point. We both feel like we would like new eyes on the job when we go back. I called and asked for the salesman so we could request not to use the same technician. This upset the salesman and he immediately referred to me as "Ma'am" instead of using my name like he had before. We talked about why I did not want this technician to touch our truck. Since I'm speaking on my husband's behalf as well, I automatically become 3rd party. Salesman then tells me that he disagrees with my opinion about his technician and that if my husband wanted to have a man to man conversation, he could call him. I am more than capable of speaking about MY truck.

My experience was very pleasant, I went there looking for help daughters car. They listened to me and took in everything I said, they didn t make me feel stupid like other places have in the past. They looked at the car and found the problem and came to me with a solution and we determined the best way to get it repaired and they had it done in no time at all. Thank you for a great experience.

The young man working the front desk could not care less. Asked him to take a look at a tire I brought to see if it would fit. He didn t even try. Barely made eye contact. Poor customer service.

I ve been going to this same tire shop for the last two years with no real concern or problems. This was nothing less than them dropping the ball. Brought my car up for an oil change and tire rotation, whenever I left I was told it would take a couple hours. I then called after three hours and was told it would be another two hours, along with the guy telling me it s still in the same spot . I understand things get busy but we re talking about a three hour difference in expectation. Whenever I went back up to get my car because I had to go work the guy I spoke with was extremely condescending and a smart aleck. I m simply writing this because I feel as though the whole situation could ve been handled very differently. Thirty minutes to an hour is an understandable circumstance but three hours is just unprofessional.

I've used these guys in the past on several of my vehicles and they use to do a pretty good job on brakes, oil changes, alignments.I recently purchased a set of Spidertrax hubcentric wheel spacers. I'm pretty limited on time so I called to see what they'd charge to install said spacers, a rotation, and alignment. For the wheel spacers alone the guy quoted me $300. He then mentioned they may have to remove a strut to do the install? Say what? At this point I couldn't contain the laughter. They're either running a scam up there or the fella I was talking to had no clue...regardless, to quote that much to literally bolt on a spacer is ludicrous. If your reading this and contemplating having your vehicle serviced there. I'd think twice, or you may get the "strut" comment followed by an absurd price. What a joke. Looks like I'll be finding time to do the install myself, oh well, three hundred saved for the next mod.

Main issue: over promising time. I called ahead to gauge if I could handle waiting with my kids (no other way of doing it) and was told things are slow, should be about 1.5 or so to get you out with tires. I waited for over 3 hours.I recognize they were busy or short staffed or whatever was going on, that is not my issue. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have gone another time.Plaza Tire corporate - please think about adding a service to allow people to come in and check in, gauge how much time it will be until their vehicle gets into the garage, then allow them to leave and come back.

Gabe and the crew at this Plaza tire are AMAZING. He got me a great set of tires and got me in the schedule in a way that worked for me. He went above and beyond and I'd recommend anyone looking to have any tire work done go here. (Just don't tell Gabe if you speed around because he's a bit of a mom about it)

I went in to get an oil change and a tire rotation a few days ago. Tire rotation and oil change were both completed. The problem I had was oil was spilled all over the place under my vehicle. I parked my truck in my drive and 2 days later I went to go drive it. Needless to say I had excessive drops and puddles all over my driveway. The tech took zero time in ensuring that the spills were cleaned up or even attempted to wipe down before releasing the vehicle.

The only things I can gripe about is The 1 hour garentee is a farce & for some reason my tire pressure light is still on... I will be going back for them to figure out, especially for the price of tires now a days!!
