I purchased replacement tires and installation at this shop. The wheel covers are now missing from my vehicle. I went to the shop and they said that they must have fallen off, that they don t have them. Either way, it s their fault for improper install or lack of installation. I was not offered a remedy for this mistake, therefore I do not recommend this business.

Excellent service and very good at working on vehicles. They replaced the motor in my car and would recommend them to anyone. They gave me an estimated time when my car would be done and they did an excellent job. My vehicle has ran great ever since. Thank you Paco's Tire and Auto Repair!!

rolled in with 4 new tires i got online and they had me in and done waaay cheaper than anywhere else in 45 min or less. they showed me i had a bent wheel and under protest they went ahead and put it on. they were nice, prompt, well priced, and did a good job. ill be back in the future.

I had to lower my rating for Paco's. Of the four initial tires I purchased, two were bad and developed bulges. Had to hassle to get a replacement. I get they're used tires, but for what I paid, I shouldn't have to come back a week or two later for another replacement.

NEVER GOING BACK . Waited for ever to get two tires on my car and was told a certain price then two hours later when i checked out it was 4x the price they told me. I thought they was joking and no was serious and when i confronted him on the price difference he said i must have miss understood. I dident miss understand i repeated it twice to them. When i told him i could get it cheaper else where, and showed him a screen shot of the price from another place ( but they couldent get the tires in for few days and mine were bad) he told me well they are already on your car he said there is nothing he can do. Terrible place will never go back and will make sure any and everyone i know does not go there as well. Completly taken advantage of today.

Carmart had my vehicle towed here and I told them what was wrong but they kept insisting it was something else but after they replaced the part they thought it was, then realized it was what I said it was. I was a mechanic I know, is what I told them. I then told them I would be in after work to pick my vehicle up and pay for what they did, I went after work and my vehicle was not there. I found out the next day they let Carmart take it. Worst service ever and that is why I do my own repairs.

Just got an alignment done yesterday only to find out they are a waste of money. The alignment is still off and they ripped the brand new boots. Spend that extra $15 and go to Firestone!

Great price fast service. Brought in a tire from my camper. The rim was a little bent so they replaced the tire and did what they could with the rim. Then they even loaded it in the back of my truck while I was paying! Excellent service!

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF CHARGING RIDICULOUS PRICES AND USING LOW QUALITY PARTS FOR BIGGER PROFITS.They charged me $320 for only front end brakes, and the only reason why I paid that much was because the man working on my vehicle said he was going to purchase the most expensive brakes for my car and because he promised the highest durability in brakes.As far as I m concerned, if someone is scamming people this way, they should be put away and be taught a lesson.

I had an immediate tire emergency and the man I spoke with was kind and courteous! He wanted to help me solve my problem and came off as not wanting to take advantage of a customer. Definitely going here for my future tire needs should I need them again. Thank you so much!!!

I had a front right tire going down. 15 minutes after arriving, I was back in the car with the tire repaired. I really appreciate that a inside tire patch was used rather than a plug which tends to change the Balance of the tire.Thanks, Great experience

I needed a used tire and these gentlemen found one to match the tread on my other 3 tires. They were so very nice and I felt comfortable in their facility. I will be returning for any of my cars needs

Over priced and they change the prices individually. They tell you one price then change it according to who you talk to up there. The owner told me a certain price then the office guy want to charge me twice what the owner said then told me find somewhere else if I didn't like it so I did but these guys are a rip off and over priced

Ok, I gone to the place ask the guy that was sitting behind the desk If he could look at my tires...he said it will be a minute so, his minute turns into 25 minutes. Note there was three other Tech could have help! But it was their choice not to do so. First time ever going here. Great customer service! I want be back your service was to great.

Awesome professional service. Friendly employees. Not over priced. Had all 8 coils and all 8 plugs changed in my 2007 F150. Of course all 8 plugs broke cause they are 2 part plugs. Truck ran awesome afterwards was looking forward to the next 80k miles before the plugs n coils needed changed again. Sadly a drunk driver totalled out the truck one month later

Wow! Can't believe the good reviews. Not my experience. Maybe because I don't speak Spanish or pay with cash. Couldn't pick up the car because the manager was out and only he can use credit card machine! Came back later and he still wasn't there. Not the way to run a business. We will never go there again or recommend.

Really saved me this year my mechanic was out of town they got me in in a few days fixed everything and were the cheapest absolutely a plus experience I would suggest anybody going there

Paco saved me when I was in from out of town with a quick leaking tire. Used tire with fantastic tread for $40 installed. Great customer service, have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone who lives in the area, would use exclusively if I lived in Springdale/Fayetteville area.

Had a flat fixed only to have problems with the same tire and same hole within 2 weeks. Also found out they put fix a flat in the tire. Lazy way to repair a flat, no pride in their work.

Prices are great, but I question the quality of work. If you are looking to save a buck this is the place to go. But if you want quality and top-notch mechanical service it's best to go to one of the big name places.

Will get it, what ever it my be, might take a few trips but for 500.00 or 600.00 u can get them to fix it. It all started with no charge on the battery and car wouldnt start after jumping it a couple of times, took the battery cable off and the engine would die which to a shade tree mechanic says alternator told them and was correct. They fixed the alternator and i dont even know how much that is going to cost me yet but it is straight out of the book if it says 5hrs labor they will charge you 5hrs labor even if it takes them 2 or 3. I bought the car and with the allotted time frame had some problems the dash light for air pressure for the tires was a problem pretty obvious when it is on the dash showing air pressure low. The door lock wouldnt lock all the way so i couldnt lock or set the alarm on my car. They fixed that with out a problem number 1 i told them again what it was when i took it in they replaced the part and works great. I wanted it fixed of cousre it is a higher end vehicle and got a good price on it and couldnt pass it up. So after a time of messing with it i was told the sensors are bad guess the sensors have a battery that lasts bought five years. So i had the sensors replaced at first they said all four sensors they had gotten were all bad all four of them! So i made a ppointment for the next week. They got the parts in and installed them pretty easy fix right? Well they put them all in and showed me on the monitor the air pressure of each the pressures were all the way from 36psi to 30psi they are supposed to be the same so the fault was still on. Well thought about it and this is supposed to be a tire shop too so i have 5 tires including the spare with only four new sensors and all of them were different pressures coming from a tire and mechanic shop you would think they would at least make sure the pressures were at least close to the same. So once again drove off from the shop with my pressure sensor still on. And at this time the ac quit before i even got out of the garage i told them bout it and they pretty much blew me off. Away i went with them feeling comfortable enuff to say maybe it will go off after i drive it alittle while. Well and the ac wasnt working Well it hasnt yet! So im adjusting the pressures my self. It says in the manual the correct pressure should be bout 32psi and the spare has to have the same in it as well. Why did they only replace four out of the five sensors idk if the batteries were dead in the other four tires why wouldnt they change the fifth one two?

Had lower the stars here ..first of all because its pricey here's an example.. i have a 2004 mustang..it had a leak under by the transmission close to the oil pan the guy told me he was gonna charge me $1000 bucks for that .then i went to J&J mec�nica en general and they charged me $480

Charging double the price for tpms replace, as everyone else, just found out it's because I'm not Mexican. I wasn't going to put a review on here because I just went down the road and got it fixed cheaper. But I found out they didn't charge me friend the same price for the same problem on the same pickup. NOT COOL
