Great service from friendly people. Work is done professionally and delivered in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable too. Most of the work they have done for me is custom cut and installation of glass panels in custom kitchens I build for my own customers. It s important to me it be done right the first time.

The quality of the work was great. The timeliness of the service and communication was not so I am taking off a star. It took almost 6 weeks from the time I first reached out for a quote and when installation occurred and when they showed up for installation it was on a different day than discussed and with no heads up (which they said they would provide). When they left, they didn t say anything and taped the invoice to the outside of my door. The invoice was dated two weeks before the service and the due date was also already past by the time the service occurred. Just a very odd experience but the actual work quality was great and that is the most important thing.

They arrived on time, had to cut out two windows, put the new window in, absolutely very professional, we would definitely get them again. Vacuumed up all the glass pieces, great job. Highly recommend them. Very good job.

The team at Ozark Mountain Glass did an excellent job of installing the shower glass in our new home. There was a short turnaround between the ordering and installation. They were quick and efficient doing everything from the installation to the cleanup.

Had my windshield replace last month. Shortly after I noticed a dent and scratch just above the windshield that probably happened when they installed it. Additionally, two weeks later when i used my wipers (hadn t rained in a while) they no longer worked. I took it to my usual car repair shop which shared with me when the windshield was replaced they had incorrectly hook up the wiper fluid hose causing the hose to break and the wipers to no longer work. My car repair place shared that the car could not have done that on its own and it was clearly from the windshield being replaced. Sharing for transparency. I called and left a vm with Ozark Mountain Glass explaining the mistake.

James is excellent. Good customer service. The attention to detail is superb, and he far exceeded my expectations on the rock chip repair for my Mercedes. Nice company to work with!

I wish I had gotten his name, but wanted to say thank you to the guy that fixed our creaking office door. His customer service was AWESOME, and I can't stress enough how important that is!! He was very honest in telling me how very little it took to repair it. I highly recommend these guys!!

I needed three small glass shelves for an old medicine cabinet. They did an excellent job plus I mistakenly gave them the wrong length and they were able to cut some off the ends and even though I made the error they didn t charge me to redo them. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend them.
