Not the best customer service. Also i dont really think they know what they are doing as far as testing parts. I would recommend going to the one on sunset if you need to go. They have a much friendlier staff that actually helps you out with what you need.

This store has horrible customer service and returns service. Was given the wrong parts three times, then I had to go to return them twice. The first time I was treated like an idiot and told there was nothing to be done. Finally after waiting 45 minutes the assistant manager agreed to give our money back to us. The error was due to a classic mispick, however instead of accepting responsibility and making it right they tried to explain it away.

Just stop by AutoZone in Springdale off of Robinson Avenue. Came in to do a diagnostic and Chris was very polite, accommodating, and gave me the information that I needed. I called the dealership before coming to AutoZone and they were not as accommodating and customer support oriented as Chris was to me this morning. This is why I will be coming back to AutoZone due to Chris s aforementioned. Thanks, Chris.!

Came in to the store to restock on all of thr fluids my car leaks. They were out of an O'Reilly brand of power steering fluid, but the employee behind the counter looked very diligently for me. They ended up being out of stock, but I was able to purchase just a smaller bottle. The customer service here always seems to be great.

Star is for helpful and friendly staff. Twice in the past year I've went there for parts and paid 60% to 100% more for the same thing I could've gotten online. I'll never walk through the doors again. These were parts that I didn't need that day, so I'm writing it off as paying for my lack of diligence. Never again, I already have these same parts on my garage next time I need them.

And only because the sales person was nice. The price of the pop on the door was 2 for $2.50 and they wanted to charge $2.75. I was hoi g to let that go. Then, the splice part ti hopefully fix the cables was $16 and some change and they tried to charge me almost double. Made them take it all back.FYI- went back to Auto Zone and got it for the price marked on the shelf. $16 and some change.

Okay experience but a female employee was in the parking lot all over a guy in a truck. During the day. I had my kids in the car and it was embarrassing. The employee needs to read the handbook, well it s more common sense. SMH

Went in for wiper blades after work one evening. The young Hispanic guy that was helping me kept trying to get me to buy the most expensive ones. I got a cheaper pair and had them installed he said and I quote "these might last you a few months" and not even a month later while driving in the rain one came off almost scratching my windshield. I was frustrated so I went to AutoZone and bought Rain X blades and the manager installed them just to discover the other blade was about to come off as well because they weren't locked in properly and had a piece missing! He obviously was hoping I would return to buy the better blades! THEY ARE SHADY AT THIS STORE BEWARE!!!!

I did leave with the correct parts but the staff had some issues finding them. I had to Google my wiper size and they were to busy to put them on. I was in the store with my toddler, I expected better.

This O Reillys has gone downhill in the last three years. They no longer have the part You need but they can order it it And whatever you do don t actually buy anything here. In the event that it needs to be returned like a battery or the wrong part which to be honest the wrong part happens quite often they no longer carry the right part but you re free to drive across town to the other store to pick it up yourself

I don't even want to give one star to this store. Just the fact that their idea of customer service is stealing money is wrong. If you shop here and they tell you that you need to swipe your card again do not let them. They will charge you twice and when you confront them about it they will call you a liar.

Hands down favorite parts store. I'm not a big fan of AutoZone due to their electrical parts. I personally like OEM (dealer) parts best but when I do go aftermarket I'd trust the parts from O'Reilly first.

My 03 Honda Accord has a hundred sixty five thousand miles on it and I'm still driving it so I visit these guys a lot and they're very knowledgeable and very helpful would recommend to a friend
