Great service here! I called for a starter before I came in and they had it ready to go on the counter once I arrived. The starter ended up not working out due to a filtering issue while using the mobile website. They quickly assured that we could switch it out for the correct part seamlessly. Everything was quick and professional, will be coming back!

Not impressed. I have been in this store at least 5 times in the last 3 months. With 2 exceptions, they could not help me. Just this week, they recommended I order the tool I needed from Amazon. So much for keeping it local. Sorry NAPA, I tried

Ok, Napa is competitive in price, but they're not the cheapest. But this particular store has very friendly and helpful employees and most of them speak both English and Spanish. (Including Mexican and Salvadoran dialects/accents. I think) the Manager is a master at automotive paint and finishing, and will happily impart her knowledge to help you with your auto paint project. I highly recommend this store for its large inventory, knowledgeable employees and friendly "can do attitude"

I haven t seen an auto parts store with this much on-hand inventory. They had exactly what I needed for my diesel truck. The facility was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely felt welcome as a female customer. Highly recommend them for all your auto parts needs.

The folks here are so knowledge about auto parts-if they don t have it-they will find it. The delivery service is a life saver. It s so helpful to realize I need a part, call up NAPA, they deliver the part to my shop and I was able to keep working while I waited for the part. It only takes a few minutes and the delivery driver is there with a smile (face mask-I can see her eyes twinkle) and a part with a guarantee. And if I ordered the wrong part-they can even help me with that. Great service, unbeatable selection, knowledgeable staff

Was really impressed with stores quality and quantity of parts and accessories. I needed a steering sector for my heavy duty truck and got exactly what i was looking for and after fixing the truck was even more impressed by the quality of the replacement part. Truck drives like new again and had zero issues out of the new part.

I grew up in Florida working on trucks with my grandpa and we lived in Napa all the time when I was a kid. I definitely have to say out of all my experiences in Indianapolis auto parts store this is my best experience by far not only did the owner Craig Campbell have every part I needed for my truck in stock but he also gave me a better rate than any other store locally and waited 2 hours after they were closed to be sure that I would have everything I need In order to get my truck running. He even allowed me to come in and was my hands when I was done, at nearly 9pm! He was also very knowledgeable about the parts and the different specifics. I would rather this store 100/5 because 5 out of five isn't enough. Highly recommend taking your business here for all autopart needs.

I ve never seen a parts store with more inventory or nicer staff! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how clean the facility was as well. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Very helpful staff & they have a lot of parts in stock. If you are expecting a typical part store, sorry not here. Everything is in the back and common oils, antifreeze and tools are on the shelf but everything else is obtained by the staff. Its like going to a dealership.

The manager was awesome. Helped me with all the parts I needed for my car and even gave me a lift when I couldn't drive the car to the shop. Great place, will be a returning customer.

Craig at 420 E Robinson was a tremendous help in locating the right hydraulic hose and fittings for us after we had called several different stores with no luck. Thanks to Craig and his staff for knowing how to do their job and having excellent customer service skills!!

This store has a huge inventory. This is the most automotive parts I have ever seen. I know they will be able to supply all of your needs. I wish them the best in opening the store.

Have dealt with Jon and Robert at the Eureka Springs location for a while because that is where my work is mostly based. But was in Springdale and needed a part the other day and so I stopped in the new store. WOW...it is by far the nicest clean and very organized parts house. They had the exact alternstor I needed as well and tips for ease installation.. will ALWAYS recommend Napa No matter where I am, ES or Springdale.
