We knew exactly what we wanted as we d seen it online, but these guys still gave us an amazing experience. The paperwork was easy and comfortable. The walk-through of how every inch of the trailer worked and moved and how to adjust it was spectacular, and I m so thankful for the suggestion to record it! The parts guy was fantastic, he walked through their store area and explained what everything was for and why/when we might need it. Top notch guys!

Service department provided quick and quality work. Needed some quick warranty work done before the warranty expired and they got the issue repaired the same day as the appointment. (Much better than camping world that kept the camper for 2 months for what should have also been quick repairs.)

I wanted to give a shout out to the great folks here at Moix! Visiting family from out of town and had some issues with my Jayco Terrain that I purchased from a dealership in Texas. Moix was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I cannot recommend them enough!Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful!

As always, the Moix staff is friendly, courteous & always strives to meet customer expectations! I needed a plastic cap for my hot water tank drain & the parts department team quickly identified the part I needed & actually had it in stock; the transaction couldn t have been handled any better!

Moix RV - McGaugh Outpost has always been a great place to stop for a multitude of needs. They re always so willing to thoroughly explain the solutions to my problem/issue with the Motorhome. And we love shopping in their store for all our merchandise. They have some really neat stuff I never would have thought I needed. We prefer Moix over any other RV dealer. Customer service is top notch!!

Moix Rv - McGaugh is by my house, and I wanted to try out the RV service department. I was very pleased throughout the entire process. Dustin was super transparent and knowledgeable throughout our discussions. The price was fair, and most importantly, they were able to do the work quickly. I recommend them if you need service for your RV!

I bought a 5th wheel from this location and took it back to SoCal where I live. This RV center has been amazing to deal with and made the process so easy to do. I had a problem with my house batteries when I got home and even from 1600 miles away they solved the problem and helped me get replacements. Wesley and the team could have easily walked away, but they didn't. If you want the customer service that you deserve, then this location will always be worth the drive no matter where you are coming from. Top notch to the team there at the Outpost. Its not often I give five start reviews but this is one of those places that deserves 10 Stars. Absolutely the best service from our first encounter, through delivery and service to get us on the road. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were ready for our new camper. Charles to Danny and everyone in service who make this more than a place to buy a camper, it will be the only place I consider for my next purchase. From new or used, the sales team will make sure your needs are met and will point out the features you need given your requirements. Our salesman was Chuck, he spent hours with us teaching us the features, show us the good and the challenges faced without having certain features. Everyone worked with us to make sure my truck was set up to properly tow this larger fifth wheel trailer. The service team went out of their way to make sure when we pulled off the lot we had everything taken care of to make our first trip a huge success!

Place is 5 star all day long. I inquired about a pop up and left my number with the sales representative, told him we were looking around and wasn t sure what we wanted. A week or so passed by and believe it or not there was no pressure. We decided on on the flagstaff se FSD179389 pop up. We looked in Little Rock where we are from and couldn t find any new pop ups. We drove to Springdale from Little Rock to sign and pick this dude up. Everyone was very accommodating they stay late on a Friday afternoon to take care of us!

Came from Colorado to purchase a motorhome with lowest price in the nation. Staff was great. Eric was an outstanding sales associate. Even came in on his off day to make sure all ok. Jerry runs finance and was good to work with. The superstar was John in the Service Department who spent hours going over everything in the RV. He continued to help us the next day and the day after that before we finally left town to head back to Colorado. All in temps up to 108 degrees. Wish Moix was near where we live. Good folks. Good company.

Friendly staff and great Service Department. Easy to schedule appointment with Mike and he kept me updated on progress with the service. Service Manager brought me back to share their findings and explained what the issue was. Definitely making Moxi RV - McGaugh Outpost my go to dealership for my service needs.

They refill propane tanks like those used for grilling. They charge $4 per gallon (slightly higher than U-Haul which charges $3.75).When you go to an exchange like those at Walmart or gas stations, they only give you 15lbs of propane (75% full).By refilling your tank (like they do at Moix), you can get a completely full tank (20lbs) for about $19.

Not a big fan. Was unable to fix my RV because they couldn't figure out how to empty the propane out of the tank to totally fix it. Still charged me $500 to change out a regulator. Watch out for their 10% shop fees additional charge also. Would not recommend or go back there. I was warned not to go there, but I did anyway to give them a chance. Lesson learned. Went to Scotty's RV in Rogers and he fixed it properly for $300.

We brought our travel trailer in for repairs. Their costs were fair and the work was done in a timely manner. Through the time they had our RV, we were kept informed of their progress (what they fix and what they couldn't fix.) Everytime we visit, the staff is helpful and friendly.

A great RV buying experience. I contacted Moix online and made an offer on a Jayco 184BS. Wesley called me and said they accepted the offer. I went down to look at the 184BS and it was a nice unit. The staff at Moix were friendly and welcoming. We wrote up a sales order and made a deposit. The trailer walkthrough was scheduled on Saturday morning. Arrived at Moix RV and they had moved the trailer into the shop and turned on the heater. Luc did a great job walking us through the trailer. We went through the checklist of items that the service tech performed the trailer the prior day. We met with the finance staff and closed the deal. Luc helped me get the trailer connect to my vehicle and off we went.

We just purchased a used RV and couldn't be more impressed with the whole process! From salesman Eric, to Jerry in the business office, the two gentlemen in parts and John in service, our experience was top notch. John, especially, went above and beyond in every respect to ensure we were well instructed and equipped for maximum travel enjoyment. We highly recommend Moix RV!!

The wife and I picked up a few things for our fifth wheel at the parts department. They had what we needed. Store was stocked and David was friendly and helpful. We stopped to look at some fifth wheels on our way out and were met by a friendly laid back salesman. Thanks for the waters Wesley. When we are ready to upgrade we will be back. We made a longer journey than we had to, because of their excellent google rating. Worth the trip.

We were just browsing, but they had a large selection of sprinter vans all opened up and the sales guy was a very pleasant and awesome person, who didn't seem bothered that we let him know up front we would not be buying one. Love places with customer service like this.

Fantastic place to purchase your motorhome and service after purchase is great. Wes was the salesperson, no pressure, took time to show and answer questions and Dan who did final review was great. Have had our 2018 Jayco Precept 36 T for a week, went in today to have front steering stabilizer installed ( our brother says kept him safe with front blowout on his RV)and we had a few issues, service dept fixed everything!!!!! So happy with McGaugh RV and they are local company for us.

Nothing bad to say from start to finish!My husband and I went in one afternoon to look at travel trailers. We had absolutely no idea what we were looking for or anything about RVs. Chuck approached us and asked if we needed help. We told him we were only looking and definitely not buying today. He understood and still spent about 2 hours with us going through different travel trailers and giving us tips and things to look for, and was just super helpful! (He was not a pushy salesman like you usually find at places like this, and it was a breath of fresh air for sure!)We looked around town some more before making our decision, but Mcgaugh's selection and service made it an easy choice. We fell in love with one and went back to buy it. Chuck wasn't there, so Danny helped us out with the paperwork and details. We got a good price on it and even found good insurance for it while we were there!When we went in a few days later to actually pick it up, Dan walked us through everything about the RV- top to bottom. He took about 2 hours with us explaining what everything is and does, and what all we'd need. He was super nice and answered all our questions and made us feel really comfortable taking it home.Like I said, nothing bad to say from start to finish! I highly recommend this place!!

I purchased 22 Jayco Northpoint from dealer in Orlando. Everything was great until delivery day. This is our first RV and we know next to nothing about it. We couldn t get it level for 2 days and everyone I callled including Jayco wasn t much help. Some neighbors where we are at had a Northpoint and helped us. Then I was looking online at RV dealers and messages McGaugh RV. A lady name Christie Daniels responded and helped me through my issue. Phenomenal customer service and I ve never been to this place nor the state. Im in Florida. Highly recommend them for the help she gave me even though I didn t purchase anything from there. We will stop in when we make our way up there this year.

I have not bought an RV here. However, I have had about 5 years experience with these folks. On occasion I do insurance claims here. They are always honest and easy to work with. That means a lot in my business. I also own an RV and visit for miscellaneous items, repairs, and service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also sale propane. The selection of fifth wheels, bumper tows, and class A's is excellent. This is a great locally owned business. Give them a try if you are in the market for an RV.

Can not express how wonderful our experiences have been with service staff. Our new Thor (purchased in May) from another dealer has had numerous issues. McGaugh has done all the warranty work as the other place wouldn t even return my call for appointment. 5-6 visits and each time they have worked with me & rep from Thor to fix our issues. Work was done swiftly and correctly. Highly recommend
