I have been taking my vehicles to Meineke for several years now. Their prices are very reasonable and the mechanics and the management are so honest! I know that I will never be persuaded to have unnecessary work done. This kind of integrity is hard to find. Thank you Meineke!

I can not recommend Meineke and their staff enough. They have excellent customer service. They are kind when providing explanations of what's going on with your car, and will show you pictures of what's going on with your vehicle. I've never felt dumb when asking questions, or pressured to fix something on my car that didn't need to be fixed. They are reliable, thorough and operate with integrity. They always take the time to answer any questions I might have, and they will provide you with all your options (from repair to replacement, to this can wait for now vs. it's urgent). 10/10 people here. Thank-you for being awesome =)

Me and my wife got a flat on the way to a movie. The staff at meineke went above and beyond with helping us and even gave us a ride to and from our movie while our car was getting fixed! I ve never experienced a company willing to help as much as they did. I would highly recommend Matt at meineke! They gained a lifetime customer today!

They took great care of us last minute oil change and tire rotation. They took us in the next day. They also gave us a ride to the coffee shop to work while we waited. Don the driver was awesome!

This is my preferred place to have anything done on my car. Matt and Jo always make sure my vehicle is running at its most tip top shape. They take the time to break down what s needed on vehicle and have been very patient. Honestly believe it s the most affordable place to have anything done on your car for what services they provide and customer service. 10/10 recommend.P.SMatt and Jo need a raise for there excellent services they provide.

My mechanic that I used for years had retired. A coworker had told me about Meineke. So I decided to give them a try. I m glad that I did. These guys are awesome! They are very professional. They have excellent staff and services. They do a great job with communicating with you and explaining things to you as well! I ve been using them for a few years now and don t plan to go anywhere else!

Very friendly atmosphere. Explanation of work needed and performed with new front tires, brake pads and rotor change and wheel alignment was thorough. Blessed to have a ride home offered by the shop while car was being worked on. Picked it up on the same day. Planning to come back for future needs.

I've been taking my car to Meineke for a couple years now and have had a great experience with the staff there. Chad, Matt, Tiffany, the techs - they've been respectful, honest, transparent and have gone above and beyond at multiple points to provide excellent service.Finding an auto repair shop where you feel confident you aren't being given the runaround, or gouged on an unnecessary repair can be difficult. Meineke is one of those shops, I recommend them to people regularly.

I ve worked with Meineke a few times, and they seem very honest, open, and communicative with me. They seem to want to make me a satisfied customer and help me on my journey in navigating this difficult economic climate. Like they seem like real humans who care rather than mechanics just trying to rip you off, which seems to be almost the status quo. I m not going to get into all the details of what they ve done for me, but they ve been really good and honest. I highly recommend them.

They did the work in a timely manner. (Some times the wait has been a little long) The price was better than most places, with their coupon. The receptionist had a good attitude and was friendly. Their mechanic explained an issue but did not push a sale. I have had my oil changed there quite a few times and will return .

Very helpful crew here! I had an issue with my Chevy that would have been expensive to fix at the dealership. The dealership told me that the part was on back order for months and did not offer me much help. I called Meineke and Matt helped me order the part after running diagnostics. Meineke fixed it for a very reasonable price and was very attentive to letting me know the status of my part as I waited for it to come in. They even gave me a free ride to and from home while my car was being serviced! I recommend them highly and will continue to give them my future business for regular maintenance and repairs now.

They were very helpful in fixing a door chair latch at no expense to me. I was getting an oil change. They also were honest to me about any work that might be needed on my car. An honest and fair place to take your car.

Quick friendly service. I traveled in from out of town. Needed a quick front alignment. Matt worked me in and kept me updated as to progress. Great job Matt! Vehicle handles like a new car.

I love taking my car to these guys! I know they're doing the work I pay for. The employees and managers all show a high level of respect and courtesy. They're AFFORDABLE unlike the other oil change shops around the area! I highly recommend Meineke, especially the Springdale store! Thank you for your great service, customer experience, and a hassle-free interaction every time I come there!

I love coming here for all my oil changes and maintenance! The staff are always professional. They are polite and friendly. They communicate so well and keep you aware of potential upcoming mechanical issues. My favorite part is being asked if I want to do any additional repairs while I m there. For example, if the air filter needs replacing and it s obvious, they won t change it without consulting you. They are detailed and very clean. I watched three different employees pick up trash as they were walking by it in different areas, from the parking lot to the front desk and in the lobby. Not to mention they are very quick at their job.

I was traveling from Arkansas to Texas. Truck lost front wheel bearing right in front of this shop. So fortunate that I stopped hereVery nice people, very professional. They told me it would take 2 and a half hours and I was back on the road in just over an hour. If I lived in the area this is where I would take all of my carsHighly recommend

These people have always gone above and beyond for us. They don t overcharge for anything, they have done some simple things for free before, and we trust them with everything. They always tell us how it is, by giving it to us straight and not trying to get us to spend extra money.The customer service is beyond satisfactory.They always answer all of our questions with a smile, and never make us feel dumb for not knowing something. Absolutely love this company!!

They do wonderful work!!! They even let you buy your own parts elsewhere and they will install them!!! Unlike Discount Muffler, they said only their parts could be put on. By the time we bought the parts and Meineke installed them, according to everything we spent at Meineke, doing it at Discount Muffler would have equaled about $300 an hour for labor and that's INSANE!!! Meineke was and always will be the best choice!!!!!

They worked on my Mazda 3. I like this location a lot. I can t imagine Another shop doing the great work On my vehicle That this Meineke has done. If you have a Mazda that you want worked on Ask for Nate.

I had an urgent situation. My brake light came on and I still had a long distance to go that day. Meineke was able to look at my vehicle immediately, fixed the problem, and I was on my way in two hours. They also pointed out a number of things that need to be taken care of soon.

Had a wonderful experience. Called around to a few other dealerships for a full brake job and everyone was more expensive, even with my military discount at other locations.We were so happy with the price we knew we needed to get new tires soon and Meineke was able to take care of that for us as well at a great price.Service was completed within a couple of hours which is quicker than other places I have been for less. Heck, it even smelled great inside of a fall candle. I will be using Meineke in the future for all my service needs!

Great service and friendly staff. I have been to several places over the years for maintenance on vehicles. Many shops mess with your seat or stereo. It was refreshing to get back in my vehicle after service and find everything was still set to my comfort and preference. Would highly recommend.

Quick and very thorough! I had a problem that was not easy to identify, but they worked on it until they could find it and were honest about the pricing of the supplies. Always take a look at the invoice before you pay so you know how much you're paying.

Amazing experience had a long roadtrip the next day and they were able to take care of everything day of. Also offered a ride back for me while I was waiting and brought me back. Would highly recommend.

This was just a safety inspection but I had an appointment for which they honored in a timely way. Their work on they took about 20 to 30 minutes and I was on my way. To my surprise they did not make any attempt to upcharge me for some other repairs which can happen at other mechanic shops. I have heard these people have a good reputation and I believe that to be true. I will return one day when it becomes necessary for repairs.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I ve taken my car to Meineke twice a year apart for repair. My car is old , has 260, 000 miles on it . Meineke always does a good job. They find right away what the issue is. Which with that many miles in it , it could be a host of issues . But no, they zero right in on the problem . They don t try to drain me for cost. Each time I ve dropped it off one day and picked it up the next . Meineke is Honest and good at what they do . Tiffany , the service writer , is very friendly . Their prices are very reasonable . This company is amazing !
