I bought a 2021 Jeep compass from here in December and my experience was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy a great sales men. He is very keen on the cars and also knowledge, he has excellent communication and problem-solving skills as my fiance application wasn't the easiest to get approved, But he did it! He has a great charismatic personality that allowed me to feel comfortable confiding my financial situation to get a great car that fit my life and my family. I highly recommend him and will be coming back for future business.

Go someplace else. Bad service and lack of follow up by the service department.Details (From Nov): Left my vehicle for a full day on Nov 1st to diagnose and repare a roof leakage - this is the second time I bring my vehicle in due to the same problem. Two issues: 1) The truck was returned with the liner and clips from the inside of the cabin undone. 2) Asked for an explanation and next steps to correct the problem. I was told the person who worked on the truck left for the day and they would follow up.It is been a week and so far no comment or follow up communication from the dealership. Managing via radio silence hoping the customer goes someplace else is not a good business practice. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.12/05 Update: Dealership reached out and tried to make it right . To my regret I gave them another opportunity to correct the issue. This time the windshield was damaged and post replacement the truck was returned with missing parts (pictures) and a windshield wiper system not operating.To you, dealership, might want to figure out a way to check the quality of your work. It is non existent. Blaming the glass company is not appropriate. Acting as if the customer is the problem is also not appropriate. The vehicle was left with you. It is your responsibility to provide a quality service. Full stop.

I had a great first time car buying experience a couple weeks ago! My salesperson Jacob Miller was great! He went and found the exact car I was looking for, and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my experience. The financing department made it quick and easy to finish the car deal! I would recommend this team 100%

I ve spent sometime talking with Sarah Johnson about possibly trading in my vehicle, instead of her saying yes come in and let s see what we can do and getting me WAY upside down she recommended we wait a couple more months pay it down. Instead of her wanting our business she has showed me in many ways she wants to make sure you re going to be happy with not only your car but your interest rate and your payments. I highly recommend you asking for Sarah!

I can't begin to express how thankful I am for Jimmy Sanchez. I have been car shopping for over a month, visited over a handful of dealerships and I'm not easy to deal with. I met Jimmy yesterday, and within 24 hours we shook hands and signed the dotted line. Bought myself a 3500 for work, and Jimmy hands down showed world class experience, and most importantly his transparency that I know my family and friends will be referred to him. We dropped my girlfriend s car off up there recently and they were very friendly. It was a pretty quick turnaround time too which I m not used to! I think the guys name behind the counter was Brandon. Again, very friendly! Would recommend.

Never have issues getting in or getting my vehicle worked on. My service advisor Toby is always helpful and keeps me in the loop. He try's his best to get it done as quickly as possible he's just the advisor not the mechanic or tech. Keep this in mind.
