Very professional. Great price for entire 2008 Honda Ridgeline truck painting. Josh kept me informed on all progress and any concerns. Job was completed on time, even with ordering a new front bumper. I would highly recommend.

Originally all my service was great, after a few months I've already got multiple chips on my bed, when I called up to maaco they originally told me that it would be covered under warranty. I get up there and they look at it and said to do it right it would be 400 out of my pocket to fix it the right way. I then asked for touch up paint to do it myself and the guy at the counter proceeded to tell me he couldn't find my paint code and I would need to go to orielys to have them look it up when they looked it up originally. I'm disappointed in the warranty system especially since I paid for upgraded base that was supposed to be more chip resistant.

My car has had 7-10 warranty claims cus they kept doing a terrible paint job. The paint is cracking AGAIN and they have ignored all of my calls and emails despite a 5 year warranty. I am going to file a lawsuit for the $18,000 in damages they caused my car. My lawyer had an independent shop quote the damages at over $18,000. NEVER use these scammers.FIX MY CAR OR LAWSUIT

They said they used new parts for the car, and you can see the marks, and said the color will match the car and it clearly dont. They also said didnt make payment when we showed proof, and said he will call the cops on us if we dont stop asking about it.I was going to use this place to paint my car when I went there, but Jason an employee said they dont do that stuff, when I bought a pen and wanted them to put it on or show me, He turned me away on that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Well, I'm never going here again. I mean I kind of expected a sub-par job from a large chain body shop whos goal is to pump out paint jobs... but the apparent LACK of care about the quality of their work and overall professionalism is unreal.The FIRST time I went to pick up the car, we discovered they had to buy some retaining clips for the bumper they didn't know, or forgot, they needed. (Which I guess were put on, even though the bumper is still popping out on one side?! )The SECOND time (at least it was the next day) we find out that the paperwork I'd left with them from the insurance company (you know, the important one that they needed in order to get paid) had been lost.THIRD time's the charm, I guess, another 4 business days after that I can finally take the car. The end result? There was obvious paint overspray in at least three places. The inside of the car was FILTHY with dust- on all four doors, on the dash, on the console, and even on the windshield. The hood already had a chip at the front edge. More than one clip was broken or almost broken that holds the exterior window trim in place, so now it doesn't sit properly on at least two doors. The paint is rippled in multiple places, some worse than others (mainly the bottoms of the doors), and the quarter panel they replaced doesn't sit properly at the bottom. The backs of my door handles weren't sanded and/or clearcoated...?! I can't tell exactly because I can't SEE there, but the backs of some handles are smooth and some feel rough. I gave up on documenting all the fisheyes in the paint after a dozen or so... And the kicker? They put the freaken '3' in the badge back on crooked!!OH, and they never had an alignment done, which I specifically asked if they would add in and was told they would. That's probably because they were having issues with my battery... which it would have been nice to mention to me as soon as it was an issue, instead of waiting until I picked up the car to say, "Oh hey, don't leave your door open, the battery's almost dead".I am floored beyond belief. The only reason they didn't get one star is because they worked with me on the overall cost of everything; i.e., they fixed their mistake and changed the final price to what they had originally quoted me in the beginning. And hey...what was broken is fixed, and the car looks good from far away. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They really did a great job and worked with me on getting my car back quickly.I am very happy on how it turned out. I had to clean up a little sanding dust but I was glad to with the job they did. Awesome work guys!

Attention to detail, customer service, and They go above and beyond to make the customer happy! All and almost half of the price of some the body shops I got quotes at. Even tho it s a chain store it s a local family that owns or managed it from what I seen. They did the body work and paint on my old 83 box Chevy and I couldn t be more satisfied with the job they did!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are very good at communicating with their customers and fixed our car in a decent amount of time. The only thing that was concerning is that the job was already fully paid for by those who own the car, so we went in to pick it up, and the guy at the desk told us that it would cost 36 more dollars. The owner of the car went and talked to him and he ended up just saying nevermind and brushing it off. It seemed like they were trying to get a little more money out of 2 girls who don't really know much about cars, so just be cautious!

Great service, Fair price. After 16 years of parking outside the original paint had faded and peeled so much that I didn't bother washing it because it made no difference. I took my truck to Maaco and Mike made it clear that he could meet my expectations. The proposal was itemized and had no unexpected costs. The paint job meets or exceeds factory specifications and I would definitely recommend this company.

Buyer beware!!! Bad job! Didn t do what I paid for. The painter had no idea what to do. Lied to me about painting tailgate. Then painted one side not the other. As I said, Buyer beware!!! Won t give maaco even one star.Service: PaintingService: Painting

The salesman didn't ask me if I had a budget and didn't work within that budget. No suggestions as to what would make it easier on me. I asked if they had a senior discount, AARP discount none.

Great work! Found some damage from and insurance claim that another shop missed. Worked with me on getting extra repairs done beyond the insurance work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff at this location who were also very knowledgeable. My truck was in such bad shape with fading and oxidation. These guys brought it back to life and for a for a reasonable price. Very pleased and will do business with them again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

UPDATED REVIEW.My relationship with Macco did not start out well but man these guys did an AMAZING FANTASTIC JOB. I want to take the opportunity and thank the people at Macco located at 3972 Cawood Ln, Springdale, AR 72762. (THANK YOU) When I dropped my car off they did promise it was going to be done in two weeks and they took longer than expected since they were having issues at the shop due to Covid-19 which is understandable but when I reached out to their management these guys made sure that I truly was taken care off. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Macco in Springdale Arkansas. I also want there work to speak for itself i have uploaded a before and after picture of the truck. Again thank you soo much for all the hard work professionalism

Josh and Patrick have been absolutely amazing to work with. I had a quote from another body shop for almost $4K in bodywork just to be able to replace a cracked headlight assembly because the bumper was also cracked. I brought it to Maaco for a second opinion because there was no way I could afford this and they felt comfortable that they could slide a new assembly into my existing bumper. They did everything they could to keep costs as low as possible for me, which I greatly appreciate as a single mother. Patrick, the Service Manager, even teamed up with another technician to get the work done as quickly as possible so that I wouldn t have to spend $45 each way on an Uber or keep my autistic daughter in the waiting room for hours on end. They were so unbelievably kind to both me and my daughter. I never leave google reviews, but I also never have such incredible experiences with mechanics. I cannot possibly sing the praises of the Springdale Maaco enough. Thank you, Josh and Patrick!!Service: Body & Trim

Overall, the paint job is good. Excellent work fixing little dents and dings! A couple of sharp edges, but they were all straight and even. A bit of overspray on the muffler (doesn't show). There's orange peel throughout, but not noticeable at a distance and barely noticeable up close. I'm happy with the results because the price for their top package is less than half what you can find anywhere else in town!Unfortunately, they had my car 3(!!!) weeks (I had an appointment and was told 4-6 days... they should have rescheduled me). They never called with an update, so I had to call them - and I still got bad info about when the car would be ready (twice). Royal PITA. And finally, the car was covered with shop dust when I picked it up (not a big deal, but...). Again, the paint job looks pretty good and it was a great price! All things considered, if the paint holds up, I'll be a satisfied customer.Suggestions for improvement:1. Manage schedule and workload better. Being off the completion date by 2 weeks seems excessive.2. The very minute you realize that you're going to bust the completion date, call the customer! Chances are are good that they are counting on having the car the day you tell them it will be ready (why wouldn't they?).3. Never put yourself in a position where you have to change the completion date more than once.UPDATE (6 mos): The paint is VERY easily chipped and scratched, and therefore unlikely to hold up even under very pampered conditions...Service: Painting

Good service but labor was lazy on fully fixing the problems they cause to the vehicle after it's handed back. When you work on someone's car it's expected the customer may have sentimental value, enough value to get it fixed instead of getting a new car. The worker also told me that my vehicle wasn't a show car and didn't want to fix the bad paint job they did. Of course it's not going to be a show car with the horrible paint jobs they do.Service: Painting

Owner is very unprofessional and unwilling to answer questions. Every panel on my Tacoma has what they call orange peel . Evidently a textured paint job is considered minor imperfection. I didn t choose the most inexpensive package and expected more. I would not want to see the cheapest paint with they do. I asked for my truck to be repainted the factory color but received several shades darker.The owner would not engage in conversation and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and choose a different shop.Service: Painting

The Springdale Maaco did a great job on my 04 Tundra. I needed a whole body sand and paint job. Pricing was more than fair. The spray in bed liner is fantastic. And the work was completed exactly in the time frame quoted. I received a military discount as well. Highly recommended, I am more than happy and would use them again in the future.Service: Painting

I traveled from Tahlequah OK to this specific Maaco in Springdale AR after an exceptional referral. Requesting paint and two top coats they provided excellent customer service, as well as, quality skilled workmanship. Prepare to be patient because they are in very high demand but the fair cost and the end results are worth the wait. Thank you to all the employees with Maaco 3972 Cawood Ln Springdale AR 72762. Mike and his staff did an excellent job of giving my options beforehand and we're very helpful with suggestions as to repairs and additional things that I wanted to try. The job was done quickly and my 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse looks like new. I can recommend Maaco for any body work and painting job that anyone might have. BODY PAINT/DENTS/SCRATCHESI had been to 2 other body shops before choosing Maaco. I had two dents on the back of my trunk, one that went through the paint, and scratches on my left-side back panel. They had the best deal for me (including a payment plan), the quickest turn around, and customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend for auto body work needs.Shout out to William and the team! My experience was I took a custom wheel off my utility side by side golf Cart. The wheel was gorgeous candy apple red! and ask the man that paints the vehicles at maaco if he could make the hood on the golf cart match that wheel? and he said I'll see what I can do it being fiberglass it may be hard to match it. Well when I went to pick up the hood about fell over that hood look like it belonged on a show car. This guy did an amazing job he's a true professional! I will take everything I own to maaco they did above and beyond for me!! I am very very happy thank you Maaco.Service: Painting

Amazing job done by amazing people. The folks at Maaco were super to work with. Price was very, very reasonable and the work was top notch. The area of damaged was fixed so well you can't even tell there was ever any damage. From the time I walked in without an appointment for an estimate, till the time I drove my truck out of the shop, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I would highly recommend the Maaco people in Springdale anytime you need some repair/painting work on your vehicle. You will NOT be disappointed.
