Quick, easy, and friendly in all the years I ve came here. I bring my own oil, filter, and additives every time and it s never been an issue.

My husband and I cannot recommend lightning lube enough. We have had 2 negative experiences getting our oil changed elsewhere that ultimately resulted in vehicle damage and we have never once been disappointed with the superb service provided at lightning lube. We ve never had an issue, been treated well and leave knowing our family is safe and taken care of. Thank you guys for doing a fantastic job!

Lightning Lube has been my go-to for oil changes for a couple years now. They're fast, dependable, fair priced, and honest- you are NOT going to be upcharged for parts or services you don't need here. You can also drive away confident nothing was overlooked in their point-check service. Highly recommend.

I was referred by a gentleman thats brought his same truck for 17 years only. I do the same now, awesome, does it all for their customers. Now 3 more new cust. With heart felt dedication. Their truly dependible, and loyal hesbeen here for a very very long time for a reason. We all love it here.

I've been going here for decades and I've never had a bad experience. The team there works together like a well-oiled machine. Always super friendly & reasonably priced. I trust Lightning Lube.

I came to Fayetteville from dallas. I had 0% oil. I googled this place. Once I pulled in it was something different. I love how easy it is to just pull in and you can take a pretty good guess how long it will take by how many cars are waiting. It DID NOT take long! Maybe 20 mins! Thanks guys! I ll be back

If you need a quick and WELL DONE oil change, then Lightening Lube is the ONLY place to go in NWA! Especially the one off pleasant street! I ve been going to them for 20 years now, and the price has hardly changed at all! Steve was the manager the day I came in, he is a very kind person. I also want to give a shout out to, JESUS! (Super nice guy and knows what he s doing!) DUSTIN! (He was on lower deck so I didn t see him much but had a friendly smile!) and last but not least NOEL!! Thank you ALL for always providing a comfortable and affordable service to the public. If I could give 10 stars I would. Only for Lightning Lube in Springdale Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I have been going to Lightning Lube for 4 years and always thought they were amazing. I even went to them after I moved to Bentonville because the drive was worth it for the service and the price. HOWEVER .They will no longer be receiving my business. I went there today to get a standard oil change. They were pretty busy so it took longer than usual, no big deal. After about 25 minutes, it was my turn. I think the guys name is Stan? He s been there for as long as I have been going and I believe he is the owner.Stan gets the details of my car and the service begins. Usually we re allowed inside but today everyone was suppose to stay in the car. I automatically switched the car off because I thought we would be going inside. After realizing that we were to stay in the car, I started my car so that my 6month old baby wouldn t be stuck in a car without AC because it s really how in the middle of July. Stan precedes to curse at me and say that I got oil all over his guy (Greg). I turned off the car and immediately apologized and explained that I didn t mean to, I was just trying to turn on the AC. He cuts me off and says that I can t do that. I apologize again, and he walks away. My mother in law then hears him talking to another worker saying things about how much of a god damn idiot I am. My mother in law tells him he s being rude (the windows were all down) and that is was an accident. Stan continued to be rude and brought up the accidental oil spill 3 times before I left.A little bit of compassion goes a long way. I really wish that I would have been educated after the incident or perhaps given instructions beforehand. I was never even offered to take my baby inside in the AC. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Arrived at 7:45 with 2 cars in front of me. Was out by 8:15. They made sure tire pressure was correct as well as checking and topping off all fluids. Excellent overall experience. Courteous and professional. You can wait in the car. Synthetic oil for my Subaru Forester was $55 after tax. Will use this place again.

Somehow they broke my cold air hose in my truck. There is no way for this to happen without someone actually doing. They told me after they finished I needed it fixed. Why didn't they tell me immediately when they opened the hood because you can't miss it. Well it's because it wasn't broken. Kind of obvious when it drove differently immediately after I left. Been going there probably 25 years.Edit: Steve called and made it right. I knew there was a reason I've been going there I guess since I started driving which is actually 34 years and not 25. Wasn't sure when they opened. Thanks Steve.Service: Oil change

Best place to get a speedy oil change. Honest and kind staff. They answer my off-the-wall car maintenance questions with recommendations of where to go. They ve even gone the extra mile and helped install a headlight on request. One time they told me I was still good and didn t need to get a change yet and to come back when I hit the miles and they didn t charge me. Inside waiting area is nothing fancy and could use some improvement, but the overall service is top notch and will continue to earn my business.

I needed a quick Oil change, I usually do my own, these guys were great. No line on Sat afternoon, and everyone of them was friendly. I was happy with the price, they did a good job, and was done faster than I would 've been.

Super super fast and a great price. I've been here a few times and I will go out of my way to get my oil changed here. After tax, i paid $41.65 for oil and oil filter, and windsheild washer fluid. For no charge they also aired my tires, topped up washer fluid, antifreeze, brake fluid, and steering fluid. All in about 5-7 minutes. Crazy fast.

First time I've ever written a review, but these guys went above and beyond just great service. I'm always leary of going into any kind of car service facility. I'm a single woman with no knowledge of cars. Frankly, I'm always afraid of being told I need a service/part that I don't really need. That didn't happen here. I was treated with honesty and kindness. I just couldn't believe the service ... it was exceptional! I would recommend them to anyone! Single ladies ... I totally recommend this as a go to for your car service! I won't go anywhere else! Five plus stars.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great service at a VERY affordable price. Oil change was only $55 on my 2015 Sierra. Most shops/dealers were quoting $99+tax. Clean waiting area and great staff!

I just took my Jeep for the first time and this WILL be where I get my oil changed from now on!! They changed my oil, checked and aired up, brake fluid added, coolant added, air filter checked....all in about 20 minutes. I had no appointment and there was no wait on a Friday afternoon! We found out before leaving that it is family owned and operated. I'm impressed, that's for sure!!

They get me in and out quickly. The first time I went my kids were asleep in the car and were able to stay that way since the guy works from the hole in floor( no car lift)!! Always polite and helpful.

$45 bucks for an oil change. In and out in 20 mins. As I pulled in they moved swiftly to begin the oil change as soon as I got out of the car and requested it. Great service, a real sense of urgency!!! I will go again!!

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. And come out needing to spend over $900 just to fix my car. The supervisor says he has over 30+ years of experience yet my car was still messed up? They didn t put in the right oil that it needed and on top of that he was rude to my wife. And still had the audacity to have an attitude with me, when I was just trying to get to the bottom of things. Saying I am tired of dealing with this. They had good reviews but definitely not going back.Service: Oil change

This has been my go to place since my first car back in 2005. Still the same great service. These guys are the definition of lightning fast. Absolutely recommend Lightning Lube to anyone.
