Excellent service! Finished my van earlier than expected! My Collision Estimator Angle was awesome! She kept me informed and up to date! My van was washed and detailed in and out!I have used Lewis Collision Center in the past and their work is excellent!

Well I love the finish work also I love the friendly atmosphere and I love my bottom line. I was really very much overwhelmed with the blessing of My outcome and I pray that you all just continue to be genuine on purpose and continue to let that spirit of generosity flow through you as you service the community the public thank you all so much and I he thanks to Angel who set it all up the front end workers they were super ,and the finish work the mechanics all those who played a part in all of the process I am very overwhelmed with gratitude. Keep me informed, and updates during the hole repairs. My truck looks as good as new. They detailed the hole truck not just the repairs. No body filler dust inside of the cab.

They did a great job. Everyone there was helpful through the process. Irvin, Anna and Faith all helped and communicated as we waited on parts. My Jeep looks better than when I brought it in. Plus, they detailed it - cleanest it s ever been.

So far, it s been a complete fiasco. Starting week 3 of rental, and still no estimate. They put the people in front up to making excuses for continuing lack of communication and delays. From 3 days to getting my truck towed in, finally a week ago, to still no estimate. Even the insurance adjuster is questioning the delay. The most recent has been that they adjusted the estimate, but parts are ordered, and MAYBE it will be fixed by the end of the month - five weeks from initial contact? Which puts me way over rental vehicle time allowance and delays my work and income, AND the damage is minimal! The only reason it s not drivable is a small radiator leak. Very regrettable choice and referred to them by the dealership of purchase of the vehicle, which only has 2,000 miles on it. Go another direction!!

Excellent customer service! Car repairs can be stressful, but the Lewis Collision Team made the experience better with their positive attitude and consistent communication. I received update calls on the progress of repairs every couple of days which I greatly appreciated. Even if the call was to inform me that they were still waiting for a part, I got the progress update call. It was a great comfort to feel like I always knew what was going on with the repairs and for that peace of mind alone, I would recommend trusting Lewis Collision for your car repair needs!Service: Body & Trim

I was in a Fender Bender and my insurance company sent me to Lewis Collision Center. They repaired the hood of my car and did a paint job. Less than a year later and the paint had chipped. I came in and was told it would be no problem to fix but that I had to come back. I came back and was told after an associate took one picture of the damage that they could not warrenty their work because there were rock chips at the bottom of my fender there for the paint missing from my hood must also be from a rock chip. The associate took no photos of the fender of my car so I'm assuming she just told the manager about them and he decided from that. There are no rock chips on my fender and no indication that a rock hit my hood causing this paint to chip. It's a cheap company's way of getting out of redoing their poor work. Picked up my truck after some repairs. The new paint had swirls all over it, did not fix the bed of the truck that shifted, and the inside looked like it was driven through the Sahara with the windows down. Brought it up to the guys attention and he wrote down my complaints saying they would get back with me. 3 weeks later they have not contacted me. He tried to tell me the swirls on the new paint were from taking the car through the car wash, which I would never do. Like yeah I came in, took the truck at night while you were closed and drove it through the car wash bud. Couldn t even polish the new paint to make it descent (colors do not match). Also mentioned the bed not being re-aligned. He asked where the impact was. Told him front left. Then he hit me back with a I am having a hard time trying seeing how the bed of the truck shifted when the impact was not there . Clearly a desk person not knowing anything. If you are that naive, find another job. I should have known better when there was a couple bringing up concerns about their car not being repaired appropriately when I was dropping off my truck. Also a spot on my passenger window. No it s expert, but looks clear coat got sprayed onto the window.

This feedback is for potential customers. I can t speak to Lewis quality of work, you ll read why. Lewis estimates seem reasonable. Here s the feedback, brought my Jeep in for an estimate, the front end of the hood was dented just damage to the skin, no structural� nor inside damage hood opened and closed no issues. They gave me 2 estimates, that was their idea not mine, one to repair hood another to replace hood. This was a 100% customer paid repair, we choose the repair hood estimate. Two business days later we dropped off the jeep for the repair work and about an hour later received a call and they told us we had to have a new hood, the estimator had now said they can t repair the hood for the original 8 hour estimate. So it was either pay up for the new hood or nothing! No option to pay for a couple more hours, they absolutely were not going to stand behind their estimate. So if you take your vehicle there just be aware they may not stand behind their estimate.

The technicians did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. Cody Woods was my representative and was an amazing contact to keep me informed of progress and answer questions I had. He never made me feel talked down to or that my concerns were not important to him and Lewis Collision.His weekly calls to check on me and give me updates on my vehicle helped make the experience less stressful. I sincerely appreciate the courteous professionalism I received from Lewis Collision.

Would not recommend. They quoted me 3 weeks time but it turned into just under 2 months. Every time I called to check in and see if my car would be ready or when it might be they gave me the run around and would ask to call me back and never call me. I chose this shop because I love the folks at Lewis CDJR, my husband and I having bought multiple vehicles from them.After spending almost two hours at the shop having my Jeep looked at by someone, I was told to bring it back the next Thursday at 9am to drop it off for repairs. I live over 20 miles from Lewis Collision. My husband rescheduled two meetings to follow me to the shop. When I arrived at shop the very nice lady at the front told me I did not have an appointment. She reached out to other women in the office and eventually they found my information. Apparently, the person who I was working with had been fired in the week since I was there. They said a new person would reach out to me in the next couple of days to get me back on the schedule. That was July 6. I was never again contacted by Lewis Collision even though I contacted them multiple times. The new person I was supposed to be working with was always in a meeting when I called. I asked for the manager the last three times I called Lewis Collision and, remarkably, he was also in meetings each time I called. This week I decided to go with a different collision center. I would not recommend Lewis Collision to anyone.

Got my vehicle done a week earlier then expected. Also they detailed my vehicle, washed it really well. This is major considering we live down dirt roads and vehicles hardly ever look truly clean. Do NOT have your vehicle towed here. It was weeks before they even looked at it. The communication was non-existent. They had me come look at the truck to go over all the damage. I was told that I would have updated weekly and kept up to date with everything that was going on. Never happened. I had to call every week with an update, and on multiple occasions I would ask for an update and they couldn t give me one, I was promised a phone call back the same day, they never called back. Other times I would call and they weren t even sure exactly where my truck was. (They had to tow it out to a tire shop) which I completely understand. It s the lack of communication that gets me. After being told my truck would be done March 31st, it actually was extended to April 7th. Which I understand delays. But once again lack of communication. Once I was able to get my truck back I had to take it back due to have vibrations in the back driver side tire. The lug nuts were loose and they had to re-thread the studs. Luckily no one was injured, but this could have caused some major problems. The truck was also very dirty on the inside, which they finally cleaned after taking the truck back with multiple issues. The sad thing is I have used them in the past and everything was amazing. I would have recommended them to everyone, now I wouldn t recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed in how they handled everything and lack of communication.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took a bit longer than anticipated to get my car back, but they were great at keeping me informed every step of the way and parts were the delay, not the labor.I feel they were thorough and very accommodating. edited: as soon as i made this a representative reached out to me and got things moving. these are great people balancing a very heavy workload rn.original review: Everyone is very polite and they ve done great work for my family in the past. However, they have had my vehicle for almost two months now and claimed they started the repairs over a month ago. when i call asking for updates they kept saying they needed to call me back. after weeks of calling asking for updates someone finally told me they haven t started fixing my car yet and don t have it scheduled to be started due to a heavy work load. i completely understand that things happen but it s very discouraging to me that no one communicated the situation to me. rather than dodging my calls i would have appreciated the truth.Service: Body & Trim

I would never have used Lewis Collision had I known to look at reviews. Same as others have shared they do NOT communicate with you about anything. I had to initiate every call to find out progress and of course they kept my car an extra week. When I finally got my car back it was filthy inside and had trash left in it from employees. I would never recommend using them for auto repair work. There are plenty other choices in NW Arkansas!Service: Body & Trim

They communicated often, And I was always aware of the tasks they were performing on my vehicle and the timeframe for parts, etc. Great work and Great service! I am a 25 year Independent Insurance Agency owner and we strive to find Body Shops like this for our clients. I cannot brag on this place enough! My Jeep looked better than it did driving it brand new off the lot years ago. You can t even tell that there was any damage done in a rear end collision. The inside of the car was cleaned, the car was washed, everything was perfect. Allan did such a great job communicating the status of the vehicle every step of the way. I was thrilled they were able to work me in so quickly after I told them there was an exhaust smell coming into the cab.Amazing folks, amazing work - hopefully I never had to see them again, but if I did Lewis will always have my business.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim
