I've been using these guys for years and through 3 different vehicles. Great prices, phenomenal service. These guys treat you right and get you taken care of very very quickly!! If you need new or used these guys have you covered or can lead you a good direction if they can't. YOU WANT TO SHOP HERE.

This place is so fast. The last time I needed a tire, they got it done in 9 minutes. If there are people in line in front of you, obviously it will take longer but at that speed, it's not a big deal.

Came out of work to a flat tire, I put enough air in the tire to get me to Lalo's tire in Springdale, AR. They got me in quick and back on the road quickly approximately 30-45 min. Very friendly as well.Great job guys

I was offered nothing less than the best when I was serviced at Lalo s Custom. As soon as I got into the waiting room I was met with the upmost respect. I got 4 new wheels and tires at a killer cost and they installed everything in no time. The team even offered any additional help moving forward for my cars safely. All in all Lalo s made a life time customer and I wanted to say something about it

These guys are THE BEST in NWA. They have helped me numerous times with my Audi, and have an affordable service for the quality they possess with Suspension, Tire Replacements and other repairs. The Lionhart brand tires are perfect for everyday driving and have treated my 2000mi+ journeys to/from Chicago quite well, especially with those garbage roadways in IL.Big Ups to the Crew. They will order ANY tire you need. Same with Rims. And they aren't the fake China rims either. They're Consummate Professionals. Don't go anywhere else for Tires, Rims, or Suspension. These dudes are the real deal.

Thes guys are great! I had concerns about my suspension and they could have just said they were bad, I didn't know, but they were honest and instead of updating me, they got my tires and alignment in record time! Tldr, honest, quick, friendly, and just all around great experience!

The guys are very nice and friendly, also very knowledgeable but i took my wheels to swap tires, rims are 100% new never used in the road, during the tire swap, 3 of my rims got damage . Not the place to install brand new rims.

They are great. The service and selection is what make me a repeat customer. When I need tires I drive from Rose Oklahoma to Lalo's in Springdale Arkansas.

I was visiting my kids in Huntsville Arkansas and needed tires. My son in law suggested Lalo's. I made the appointment and the price was excellent and they got the job done in less than 30 minutes! Excellent customer service and what a clean and inviting shop! Definitely worth it!

They helped me out with my AWD Audi, and ordered my Kumho Tires that were there in less than 2 days. Treated me with respect and courtesy and have fair prices. I'll always come back to these guys! Thanks for the excellent service!

I been getting used tire's here for years, they have always been good to me. Not charged me for throwing my tires away like fast track does, and just done me right. $35.00 for a good used tire. They also sell and finance new tires and some really good looking rims... check them out .

Got me in and taken care of right away. I had a roofing nail in my tire and they got it patched and back to me in a heartbeat. Not only are they fast and good, but also very affordable as well!

Lalo's always has friendly and helpful staff. They do a great job and their prices are more than reasonable! I recommend Lalo's to anyone looking for new rims or just a replacement tire. They'll get you taken care of!

Very excellent fast service today my tire is not a normal size but they had them in stock pulled up they come out and got my tire and within 10 minutes had already had the new one mounted and out the door very great prices I recommend this tire shop to anyone

My brother with cancer had frontend problems. He was having to replace tires weekly until we could afford to get parts replaced. The gentleman at counter really went out of his way to put the right size of tires on his car and sold us really good used replacement tires at a good discounted price so he could safely get back and forth to his drs offices and his chemo treatments.I wanted to say thank you to this whole team here that just today freezing cold outside and they were right there to help us out and made him safe for his final months I'm afraid. He truly wouldn't know what he would of done without them so far. They are wonderful human beings.

I was traveling through town and had a tire pressure issue. They got me right in and fixed my issue and had me back on the road in minutes! Amazing customer service! I would recommend them!

Nice shop, very fast. Came in with a blow out Unfortunately my wheel was beyond repair and we couldn t do business but they mounted my spare no charge. I ll use them first next time I need tire work.

I've been here a few times before to get used tires and had a good experience. Just came in to get a tire patched and rotation. Very friendly, good service, and affordable prices.

Have bought several used sets and one new set. Most recent experience bought 4 used tires, two days later had to deal with flat twice. When returning to shop to get fixed, realized missing a lugnut on another tire to which they act like wasn't there two days ago. Really? Didn't say a word then. All it takes is once of screwing me over and I'm DONE!!! They lost a loyal customer.

Bad business. If they damage your vehicle they will not pay for damage. Owner is cheap and bad communication. Had a problem with them recently that they damaged my vehicle and he doesn t wanna pay more the $300 to fix it. He says he has insurance but doesn t wanna use it to fix my damage. Now I gotta take it to legal court and have to get a small business lawyer because he refuses to fix it well. First time going and last time.

What really got me like i wanna try them was a review . I love how the owner stood up for them selfs and thier employees . I was like i gotta try them. .so i called they had tires of my size for 25 well when i got there they did not have tires bit they had a alternative so we were like go pahead the staff was quick and tires were cheap. Noone thanks our mechanics enough . So thank you guys for the out standing. Customer service and thank you for being open

2 day experience.. showed up very friendly staff ordered my tires. They arrived the very next next day! I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and they had no problem with getting me in. Took a total of 15 minutes and I was done!

Went saturday got used tires this evening one of my tires were flat found a tiny nail in the tire that looks to of been there awhile went to plug said flat tire and took 2 grown men to even attempt to remove the lugs the mechanics over torked the lugs called and let the person know what happened and ended up getting hung up on. I will definitely tell everyone to not do business with these people.
