Amazing team! We ve been using this location since we moved here three years ago, and they are top-notch! They even fixed a major problem when my daughter serviced her Car at another location because she was at college. The oil cap was left off during the service and caused the engine light to go on and a major cleanup. The team at Jiffy Lube took great care of us and got the car back to perfect shape. Thank you so much for all you do.

I live near this Jiffy Lube location. I take all of my cars here to get the service needed. I recommend the guys that work hard here at the location on 881 Oak Grove Rd in Springdale. Stevie took care of my daughter's car today and always gives great suggestions and is honest and upfront about what the car needs at the time. I appreciate him and his staff. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Had to stop in to fix my mechanic's mistake and these guys took really good care of everything. They had the right parts and explained what had happened. They were knowledgeable, sweet, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

I ve been coming here for about 3 years now and they have always taken great care of me and my car. They let me know what additional services are needed but are never pushy about it. And as a plus it s a quick and convenient location for me!

New facility. Clean, good location. The employee that helped me was exceptionally polite and informed me of what needed to be done with my car. Came in for a needed oil change... I knew my car required several things. I bought air filters and wipers, while turning down others. No pushy up selling, thank you. Keep it up, this is good service.

Just finished up with an oil change for my Challenger R/T. Took less than 20 minute and I was impressed by the professionalism by Dacotah and his entire team. Will definitely be using this shop over the dealership. Thanks guys enjoyed the visit .

Were able to squeeze me in quicker than anyone else in the are for a rotate and balance plus front end alignment. Ended up just getting the rotate and balance. Techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back.

My parents took there car here they tried there best to scam them told them that there brand new car was a quart and a half low on oil which was a lie didn't top anything off for them left there airfilter cover off and there drain plug was loose leaking oil do not take your car here unless you want ripped off

I ve had my vehicles serviced here since this location opened. The original manager was great. Since he was transferred, the service has went downhill fast. I stopped in yesterday to have my Explorer serviced 1st thing this Saturday morning. I wanted them to get my Motorcraft parasynthetic oil ordered from the parts house (since they don t stock it - ONLY PENNZOIL NOW). I was told that ordering products now requires a PO, and I would be handed a hefty SURCHARGE, and required to pay for FULL SYNTHETIC!If I brought my OWN OIL, my tab would be discounted $20, even though buying it myself would cost $35. Something is very wrong with this picture. The attendant I spoke with had a very rotten attitude.Btw - PENNZOIL is one the worst motor oils you can get - I alleged it s full of wax. I ve witnessed firsthand what it does to an engine. My mechanic said NEVER use it.AVOID THIS PLACE! My OPINION.

The employees were very friendly but when I got to the car I was pretty disappointed. There was oil on the hood, inside/outside door handles, b pillar and steering wheel. I opened the glove box to put the receipt in and it was jammed closed with the tabs not inserted properly along with the soft open teather was not reattached. Overall not very impressed with the service.Service: Oil change

They charged me once for labor they didn t do and me being foolish went back and they tried to sell me a tire telling me mine couldn't be patched, which was a lie because i left and took it to a reputable place who patched the tire. Super shady.

The gentleman who walked me through everything was very professional and it was helpful seeing a screan that had the prices along with why it was needed based on the my cars manufacturer recommendations. The only thing of note was that my oil change was far more expensive here than at other, local places that I've gone to previously.

I ve been to this Jiffy Lube location several times now for oil changes and I m always in and out within an hour. Check their website for coupons before you go as they regularly have $20 off advertised!

I just got my car serviced at the Springdale location on Oak Grove Road. After my service was complete and I reviewed the receipt, I noticed some inconsistencies between what the techs and my receipt said. I was told by the tech, that went over my car, that the oil level before the service was completely dry. There was no oil on the dipstick, but the receipt says that the oil level before the service was full. I also was told that my air filters were completely clogged and needed to be replaced but on the receipt they say they are in good condition. I was also told that my brake fluid needed to be replaced but on the receipt it says visual Ok. It also says under complementary services that the interior floors were cleaned and the exterior windows were cleaned. This wouldn t be a big concern to me, since I can do that myself, if it were not for the fact that they were so many other things that I was verbally told were wrong, and that were not indicated on my receipt. I declined a lot of the services which may be the reason that the receipt reflects something different but to me, it would seem that that should say customer refused service not that it was found completely different than what I was told. I called up to give the benefit of the doubt and get an explanation and the manager on duty told me that the person filling out the form must not have read the levels and that they would talk to them. I understand that mistakes can be made, however the documentation that I ve been given is completely false to what I was orally told Some of the thing I was orally told were wrong with my vehicle resulted in the tech trying to up sale different services to me. But according to my documentation, I would ve never needed them in the first place.

I doubt we will be back. While there, one of your techs tried upselling my wife an engine service stating I would just hate for you to be driving and have your engine fall out . On a brand new 2023 pathfinder. Come on. I understand y all probably have sales goals, but trying to scare people into purchasing unnecessary tests is a poor business tactic.Service: Oil change

The service here for my oil change was excellent. The guys were all very friendly. I was appreciative they explained a bunch of questions I had on the different types of oils and how they process in the engine.

Not too impressed. They didn't check things like they said they did on the invoice. For example my tire where never checked, but they say they did.

Had Takoda as a service rep take care of everything I to take care of. That's suggestions on what to do what I needed to do moving forward in which case I will schedule it for next time. The best experience I have had having my oil changed in many years period and the Veterans discount is an added bonus and they are always helpful. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else in Springdale for an oil change.

Will break every screw you have in your car but one to hold it off, and won t tell you about it. if they can t replace what they have broke then who knows what they do without being watched. Do not trust!

Highly recommend coming to this Jiffy Lube! Takoda was really nice and helpful and the team got my car done quick, fast, and in a hurry. I will be coming back only to this location to have my car serviced!
