I'm a repeat HCS customer, but this was my first experience with the Rogers location, and I can't say enough good things about it. I scheduled an oil change appointment online, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service was quick, professional and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. They even asked if they could prepare an estimate for a couple of tires that need replacing. Zaine and the team there are EXCELLENT. If you need auto servicing, do yourself a favor and check out the good people at HCS.

Front right hub assembly completely broke apart on recent trip. HCS was quick to diagnose and repair in a short period of time at a descent price. They ensured that my vehicle was safe to be driven.

Thank God I found HCS to work on my diesel pick up truck. They are very professional, honest and trustworthy. I wish I had known about HCS when I moved here to Arkansas in the summer of 2023. If you don t use HCS for any problems with your vehicle, you are wasting your time and money. Myself and my family will be using HCS for all our vehicle issues. Don t waste your time going anywhere else when you can go to HCS and get your vehicle repaired right the first time at fair and responsible rates. I would like to thank HCS again for everything they have done for me!!!

Everyone at HCS is Absolutely Amazing! I have had issues several times with my windshield wipers. Each time I have had a problem they have gotten me in to fix the issue! Thanks for taking care of me and getting my car taken care of in a timely manner. It's very much appreciated

Great customer service and the best mechanics in NWA! I have my BMW, Toyota, and Honda all serviced and repaired there when needed. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and half the price of the dealerships....much faster too! If you need ANYTHING done to your car or truck, call Jeremy Davison at HCS and get it done right the first time. Get the 5 star treatment every time ...you won't go anywhere else!

HCS is the only shop I will take my VW Jetta TDI other than VW of Fayetteville. They are thorough, courteous and have Exquisite customer service. They take care of my vehicle as if it were their own. Fast appointments to meet my needs.They explain processes before doing work and results are 100% satisfactory. They are a BLESSING and I would recommend their service to Everyone! Thank you HCS!I had my heater core replaced after a diagnostic and my heat finally works. Lord knows I didn t realize how bad it was until I had heat again. Communication was less than I would have expected, however when I called they let me know what was going on. I appreciate their satisfactory work and kindness. Will be back for a couple other things on my truck now

HCS put in a new battery in my car in November 2023. In January 2024 my car had to be jumped to start. I took my vehicle to HCS. They determined it was a bad battery and under warranty. I was able to get my car back within hours. Great service.

I recently moved here from Dallas. My mother has been trading with them for years. I was having an issue with my heat. Also, i was hearing bubbling noises coming from the coolant reservoir. Recently had my engine replaced in Texas, was told by them to purchase all fluids, including coolant, for the newly purchased used engine to perform correctly. Grateful to Sheldon and his team because they found the coolant to be murky/contaminated. Performed a proper coolant flush, which is what I paid for when replacing my engine, correctly burped the system, releasing the air pockets and allowing my heat to work for the first time since I replaced the engine. They also gave me a great deal on labor to replace the blend Door actuators which helped with air circulation. Great Team. GREAT SERVICE!!!!.Thanks again Fellas....

I took one of my vehicles there for an estimate on a repair. Instead of charging for the repair, they researched and found it was covered under an extended warranty. That resulted in considerable cost savings. I will most certainly return for service on all our vehicles.

A/C now works but now I have grease smudges everywhere, a/c vent broken, hood release broken, plastic panels not fitting back into place **UPDATE**Eli called and was able to work with me to correct the issues that were left behind after fixing the a/c. I am grateful for his willingness to do this.

Would not recommend this place!!! $125 diagnosis fee. $270 to change sparks plugs when they cost $40 from O'Reilly's and only takes maximum of 30 minutes to change. $335 to change mass air flow sensor (only takes 5 minutes to change) can get new one on Amazon for $40. This place is just money hungry and wants to rob you.

WELLLLLLL where should I start, made an appointment to have some work done to my 2001 Ford F250 Diesel truck. Dropped it off a day early so they could start on it the next morning. Received a text message the next day with an estimate. Wasn't really shocked by the price because i knew it was a lot of work. I authorized some of the work that was essential that needed to be done. my sales guy was "Sheldon" and after a week I called to get an update and he wasn't there, and no one had a clue what was going on, but they said as soon as he comes in, they would have him call me...... No call. Called the next day and he had absolutely no idea what was going on and said he would call with an update. 3 Days later I had to go up there to get answers. the Main issue that was needing to be addressed was that the ABS light was on, and the speedometer was not working. They said the speed sensor was bad on the rear end (I had just replaced it a week prior) After another week with no answers on the status of my truck I am told that the ABS module is bad, and needs replaced. Priced me at a little over a thousand for that part and programming. "Not a problem If it fixes the issue then do it" was my response. waited another week and again had to go up there 2 times in that week because I had to get some items out of the truck, and I wanted to get an update on the truck (because phone calls are hard to return, I guess). Communication with paying customers is not there. After gathering information and getting the stuff I needed from my truck I noticed that there was oil sprayed all over the Passenger side door, window and mirror of the truck and was sitting outside in the sun. Immediately brought it to the attention of Sheldon and I was not happy seeing how they knew that is a fresh paint job on the truck (less than 2 months ago) ...... Moving on, after 4 weeks of you guys having my truck, I am told its ready to be picked up. I pay my bill and leave. less than 2 weeks later I notice that the brand new thousand dollar "ABS module" has dirt caked on the corners and has a build date of 2021 on it". I check my photos from when I was rebuilding the truck and to my surprise, I find that it is the same module. meaning the module was never changed, yet I was charged for it. went to your location WITH the truck and spoke to Sheldon and when I showed the evidence that it was never changed, he seemed panicked that they were caught lying and cheating people. I am now waiting for the OWNERS to resolve this issue and refund me the cost of the part and labor and programing fees I was charged for and never actually Received due to a Techs inability to properly diagnose the problem.My recommendation Is If anyone uses HCS Auto Care to get every part number and request the old part also.

HCS helped me out so much when I got my ford towed there! They were efficient in finding the problem, and started off as low as they could with the repairs, instead of immediately going for a high-ball. They answered my millions of phone calls and always followed up with new findings or service. Sheldon was so helpful and kind. Plus they included a 30 point inspection for free, which many places alone will charge! I 10/10 recommend this shop, and will be taking my car there from now on:) Thanks HCS

October 2023 we have used this place on a 2006 Ram a few times always true to there word and fix what s wrong ! I recently had my 2018 dodge journey which we bought brand new this is the first problem we have had . It s always easy and honest you make appointment or drop off and depending if they have the part it s normally the next day fixed! I have never had a problem with there work !!

I had a used engine installed by HCS in my uncle's Suzuki SUV, and they took really good care of my uncle. They even fixed his leaky sunroof at no extra charge- just because they care. Will definitely recommend HCS in the future!

The bottom line is that they charge around 3X what's normal, take many days longer than what's normal, and did bad work that needed to be fixed by another shop. Diagrams of a car and detailed itemization don't make up for that. Especially at these prices.

Failed attempt at warranting parts. Made matters worse. This warranty repair could literally cause an accident. Insane amounts of suspension wobble!Brought it back, their shop manager did experience the issue but I was told everything was fine as they see no issue. Some how with a couple dozen lifts they couldn't put it on the lift, but to bring it back tomorrow... Situation felt odd.When I limped it home it got worse and worse. The entire front drive line is vibrating. I placed it on my hoist, created a video of the axle in worse condition then I brought to them to fix in the first place under warranty.I called them back Friday morning, explained to them it is the axle, it's worse than the one that was "failing less" which prompted this warranty situation.. He told me it's not designed to last under the power the car makes. I replied that the last one lasted over a good year, not 30 miles, this one is defective.****I was told I would get a call back to discuss. It's now Monday evening and no call back. *****I'm not going to take it back, I lost all trust. This car is used in relative extreme conditions and they knew this from day one when I first brought the car there (before I had a garage of my own to work in).Will not recommend any more.EDIT per reply:Yip, OEM axels are over priced. The Aftermarket one lasted quote a while, these lasted 30 miles.60mph is hardly "far exceeding". In fact, it did not vibrate under heavier load, which I thought was the case. In hind sight, before the shaft broke down more, it was lighter load, 40-ish on an on ramp when we really felt the shakeNo available lifts? LOL.. Next time before you lie, check for cameras on the car. My car has been on the lift to the left just a week prior for the initial inspection for this axel issue. It's 2 blocks of wood away from getting on the hoist in _ANY_GARAGE_EVER_I called Friday morning and requested a call back and that never happened. I sent this co-worker who i spoke with a video to a phone number of the shaft clearly loose at the intermediate shaft and wanted to give time for parts to be ordered and a quick conversation. That never happenedSince you clearly lied about the lift, I'm curious what the audio caught. .
