I ve been very impressed with the entire team at Harlow. They did a complete engine swap on my Mercedes Sprinter (one of the few NWA shops willing to tackle the job), and they were professional, communicative, and friendly throughout the whole process. They even coordinated with the local dealer to get certain items taken care of under warranty that they easily could ve charged me for. I won t hesitate to use them again!

I travel full-time in my converted 7.3L 1996 E-350 van, and believe me when I say it's been next to impossible to find a decent diesel mechanic, or at the very least someone that would take the time to even look at my older van and not just dismiss me. I've had a problem with the van stalling on me and having a rough idle and couldn't figure out for the life of me what was causing it. When travelling through the area, I stopped in at Harlow's and Gabe came out and checked it out same day. We weren't able to get it sorted out that day, so I slept in the parking lot that night and Gabe got to work again right when the shop opened the next morning. He determined it was an electrical issue and got to work on my rats next of wires under the hood. Not only did he fix the wire causing me the issues, he repaired every single wire, replaced the crumbling wire loom with all new tubing, and properly mounted the wiring harnesses to ensure they wouldn't shake around or start rubbing again. While doing all this work, Gabe even offered up his truck for me to go grab some food or get whatever I needed while stuck at the shop. I have never had a shop treat me as well as Harlow's did, let alone make fixing me up a top priority since I live out of the van. Since the repair, the van runs better than ever and even seems to be quieter inside the cabin. Could not recommend Harlow's more, as well as Gabe's expertise and knowledge. I would without a doubt drive up from Texas for them to work on my van if any issues ever arose again.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I had trouble with diesel fuel leaking and at the recommendation of a friend, gave Harlow a try. They knew exactly what was going on and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Followed up with me quickly with clear direction and was happy with the results.

I came in for DOT Inspection and oil change and I also asked them to put some screws for a roll up door. I was charged $961.10.

These guys are great! I travel around the country in my RV and as you can imagine it can get a little stressful when things go wrong. (My master cylinder needed to be replaced. My brakes weren't working!) The owner, Gabe, took my call, made me feel at ease, and got me in when I came through town, AND they were really reasonable. I felt taken care of and was told to give him a call in the future if I ever run into problems. They even gave me a free t-shirt! If I lived in town they would be my go to shop. After breaking a nylon fitting on our 2017 V6 Sprinter vans fuel return line I was really scratching my head on how to; replace the entire fuel line or try to figure out a way to just replace the fitting somehow. Thank goodness I stopped by Harlows and asked for their advice! They went way beyond my expectations by actually bringing me into their shop and physically showing me what I needed to do to access and then replace the fuel return line on a similiar model. Wow!Not only was I relieved to learn what steps I could take to fix my issue but was I ever impressed by just how helpful and friendly they were. Needless to say I'll be giving them my business in the future.

My Ford Excursion broke down while I was driving through, the Harlow folks were great at ," fixing" my rig , I parked my RV behind their shop for 4 days. 1506 dollars and they said my rig was fixed. I drove around the corner and the pipe to the turbo blew. So once that was fixed I continued on my journey. I made it to Denton Texas, north of Dallas. I basically threw away 1506 dollars. Harlow took apart my diesel, broke it. Charged me 1500 dollars and I didn't even get to Dallas Texas.

My name is Stanley Pardue, and I can say without a doubt that Harlow's, by far, is the best professional team in the NWA area in my experience!Wasn t sure what was going on with my Chevy Duramax so brought it in to Harlow s to be checked out. From the first phone call, LaTrisha and Gabe were cordial and took the time to discuss details with me. John is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and took the time to specifically discuss with me the issues regarding my Duramax and the type of repairs required to address the problem. I ve used other high performance diesel mechanic shops in the area but always left disappointed due to their lack of customer service, lack of professional approach and high prices!! From the first visit, Harlow s has set the standard, from the front office to the mechanics shop, and has exceeded my exceptations in customer service, friendliness, knowledge and performance. From here on out, Harlow s will be my go to place for the best service, best prices, and best overall team in NWA !!

People like LaTrisha and Gabe are very hard to find in the mechanic world! They are very honest and definitely know their stuff. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem with our car and help us find a solution. This is something the dealership could not do or figure out. The most skilled, friendly, AND efficient mechanic shop I have ever been to!! I found them the most affordable after calling around before committing to anywhere. They went the extra mile to test drive my car by adding a little gas bc it was empty when I took it there lol. Will definitely always be going back to them!

Chris martinez- I took my lb7 duramax that I had just purchased to Gabe. Truck was in very bad shape and I had no clue what I was dealing with . Thankfully Harlow diesel crew knew exactly what to do. They installed a lift pump on my truck as well as injector work. Now my truck runs like new and I couldn t be happier . I m definitely going to go back to this shop. Great shop I took my truck to another shop and they told me the whole front end needed to be replaced and brought it to Harlow truck repair and all it was just my front traction bar mount loose and they tighten it up for free no charge! Great Customer service

We took our diesel truck here to get repaired and they did not disappoint. Their diesel tech did a through diagnostic and went above and beyond. If you have an issue with your big rig or diesel truck I would highly recommend Harlow s. They were indeed life savers for getting our truck back on the road with very reasonable prices.

This company has truly been a blessing to my family. My driver was stuck and we had to tow our box truck to get repairedThey did a diagnostic and come to find out we needed a new engine. Times are hard right now and we were so frustrated about it but this company kept our truck in their shop for free to allow is to process this and even tried to find dis an engine bit times are hard now for us now so we will waitThey have been so patient and kind throughout the process. Inexpensive, great value, quality service, professional, and speed!I called with quite the emergency after Freightliner let me down. They told me bring it on in and they would look at it (and issue on my Motorhome with my air suspension system). I pulled it in and immediately two guys came out and got down and crawled under the bus to check the issue. I needed a new leveling valve. They asked a few questions, quoted me an unbeatable rate and we took our kids to the park. We came back, picked up the bus (now working great!) and were on our way. Our experience with the management and the mechanic found everyone professional, courteous, and thorough. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. I appreciated the speed too. One of the mechanics noticed that my drive line or something needed some grease and said he serviced it for me ... at no additional cost! This type of service is unheard of. I felt taken care of and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work on their truck, bus, or motorhome.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I use these guys all the time and they are great! I have 2 cars I have been taking to them for about 3 years. They are always very nice and always remember me. Harlow's office and service staff were professional and simply great!! They repaired a suspension issue on my 2016 Allegro Bus in short order and at a more than reasonable cost.Tremendous job analyzing and diagnosing the issue. Strongly recommend and I will be back!! Came in for service my truck was smoking real bad and had no idea what was going, Harlow got me in right away and starting diagnosing what the problem could be. Found that my injector camshaft was the issue and the only reason it didn t get done the same day was because of parts availability. In short these guys get you in and out as fast as they can while providing a quality and professional service, not to mention how thorough they are. They keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly what s going on at all times! They even drove me to and from the hotel where I stayed at for the night! And to say that the price is unbeatable is an understatement! Great guys. One employee at rhe shop where I was getting a tire replaced and that shop would not replace my air. Again. He gave me the number for his shop. Then his boss showed up to pick him up. We had a very positive experience finding Harlow to repair our diesel pusher RV. Harlow ordered the parts and installed them in a professional matter, making availability in their busy schedule, to get us back on the road, as quickly as possible. Gab is a true honest RV mechanic ! He mentioned often, how much he enjoys working on RVs! We felt lucky and reassured that we had found the right place to get our repairs. Gab, LaTrisha and staff come highly recommended as experienced, sincere, fun loving 'garage' friends! True Arkansas hospitality !

Great Service, honest, genuine. Semi truck broke down my husband talked with so many auto shops. Harlow's kept us informed every step of the process and got us back on the road in a reasonable time.I highly recommend Harlow's.

Harlow truck repair was very great to work with. The owner Latrisha was super friendly and the staff where very welcoming. They did a DOT inspection and had it out in minutes. I would definitely recommend Harlow truck repair for any repair needs and Dot inspections.
