I arrived half an hour before closing and they got me in and identified the problem with the ABS. They fixed the problem the same day. This is my best experience with the Great Dane.

Great dealer, top notch service, they were able to get our driver in right away this morning and get a brake chamber bracket replaced in a very timely manner. Thank you so much!

Today was my first time going to this Great Dane dealer, I had a broken stud and some loose nuts on my trailer wheel. When I arrived there I spoke with the service manager Mike who was very cool and pleasant he promised to work with me with the best price that he could get me and he sure did, honestly I left the shop paying way less than I expected to pay and the service was very fast. Mike I want to thank you and the guys in the shop for your fast and efficient service and getting me back on the road, keep up the good work and God bless you all

As we all know new custom order trailers are hard to get your hands on this year (2021). No Great Dane would even give me a price. They'd spec it but never return the call. I called and spoke to a sales manager (don't remember his name) and he told me that he didn't like to trample in another territory because it's bad for business. I completely understood and told him I'd spec'd a trailer with Jim Hawk in KC 5 weeks ago and they won't even return my call. And if he'd sell me a trailer I'd sure buy it. He not only spec'd it but he returned with other options I didn't think of and at a decent price. He then turned it over to Benji Goldman. Let me tell you about this Chicago transplant. This guy is top shelf. As long as he's selling Great Dane trailers I'll be buying from him. Although I won't have my new wagon until Mid November hes constantly updating me on my place in line. You won't find a better dealer or salesman than Benji and Great Dane Springdale

Had a bad check valve. These guys stayed and fixed things for me so I could get home. Mike Jerry and Bo these guys deserve a raise and praise.
