As a classic Corvette owner, I am very selective while choosing a company for professional service. Each time I have had work completed on my car I have been very pleased with Garrett. Their transparency and efficiency in planning and quoting work is top notch. You will be able to relax knowing there will be no surprises and the work will be completed on time and at the price quoted. Additionally my most recent service was a transmission fluid and filter change which ended up being much lower than quoted. Many shops I have dealt with in the past would not have lowered the costs opting to change above retail for parts and shop supplies. I highly recommend this business for your auto tire and service needs.

I have been going to Garrett for almost 3 years, They change my oil every 3 months and fix any thing else that needs done. My car is 9 years old so they always keep it in great running condition. I wouldn t take my car anywhere s else!They are trustworthy. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me.If you need your car worked on by a reputable company look no further these guys are the one.

The speed at which this business started addressing the work and parts needed and then the actual working on my car was quite phenominal and efficient. The repairs went quickly. I can't speak to how pricing compared to other possible repairers, but I relied on my past experience with Garrett and generally feel satisfied. Any onus for lack of price comparison is on me. Thanks for the quick response in replacing my water pump, serpentine belt and two tires!

This place is absolutely great! Recently took my Tesla M3 LR here for new tires, and they did a fantastic job and provided great service. I had a lot of questions about selecting the best tires for my vehicle, and they really took the time to go through all my questions and were very kind about it.

As has been our experiences in the past, the team at Garrett Tire and Auto, did a professional job from end to end. Our car was taken in right on our appointment time and completed as requested. When they had completed the work, they not only took time to explain all that was done and what we needed to watch out for, they put our car right next to the door so my wife could easily gain entry. This was the first time she had taken one of our cars in person and her comments regarding their attention to details was greatly appreciated. Thank you Garrett team! Well done.

My first time to Garrett Tire. I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. My truck was completed in a reasonable amount of time, they provided a cost estimate, and kept me informed while it was in the shop. Overall, it was a positive experience. I will be back.

I moved up from Central Arkansas a few years back, and am glad I found Garrett Tire and Auto. I bought my new set of tires here around March and this last time, I took my car in for tire rotation and alignment. Found out that my suspension needed some work and was given an estimate for the cost at that visit to schedule at a later date. I sincerely appreciate them bringing that to my attention and there is a noticeable difference in how well my vehicle handles now. I recommend Garrett Tire and Auto to all of my friends when they need something looked at or if they just need some maintenance. Their customer service is the best I have found in NW Arkansas.

Excellent work, and friendly staff. I was able to take in my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 for rear brake pads and rotor repair, and the staff welcoming and allowed me to work from their lobby while they fixed my car.

5 stars for service! I've come to Garrett s for 7 years for the excellent products and service. I can get good products a lot of places but good service sometimes is hard to find not at Garrett s Tire.

A friend Recommended Garrett s Tire, and after reading their reviews, I decided to give them a try. The people on the phone are very nice, they communicated clearly and timely. I feel like they did a great job, explained the options, and completed the work for a fair price. They knew that we were having our tires checked because we were going out of town, and they checked in days after the repair to make sure everything was going well. I appreciate that they go above and beyond with their customer service.I highly recommend Garrett s Tire!

I had an alternator go out while i was traveling, and this place was very close so i managed to drive in, and Garrett Tire and Auto were able to replace it for me within the hour. It was a bit pricy but they did solid work and I was able to get my little children all the way home to Texas without mishap. Have had no issues whatsoever in the 2 months since.

I initially took my car to a nearby franchise auto shop, who shall remain nameless, to get an alignment. They told me that they couldn t do an alignment on my car because my front wheel bearings were dangerously worn out and loose. They said I needed new hubs and bearings, new front brake pads (which had been replaced recently), new struts ( which had been replaced 3 months ago) and a front motor mount. They gave me an estimate and at the advice of my S.O. I went to Garrett Tire and Auto for another estimate telling them what I thought I needed because of what the previous shop had said. Their estimate was very comparable and because their reviews were better I set an appointment to have it looked at. Turns out I didn t need ANY of that stuff!! My two front tires were badly chopped creating a ton of front end noise. No dangerously bad bearings. No bad motor mount. Two new tires and my car feels like new. The guys at Garrett took great care of me and were honest and professional. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys, I appreciate you all

Garrett Tire and Auto Center recently put tires on my van. They were very professional. I had to reschedule my original appointment due to a death in my family and they were excellent to work with. They stayed in contact with me leading up to my appointment and while the service was being performed. Everyone was very polite and professional threw the whole process. I will be coming back!

My absolute favorite place for all my car needs!!! They are so awesome, I will never take my Jeep anywhere else. After every service they check up on you and i think that s wonderful. They are attentive, they are super quick and I love the ability of dropping off my car early before they open.

I've been taking my cars to Garrett Tire and Auto Center for repairs for over 10 years. I've always been satisfied. The staff is professional and friendly. The pricing is fair, and I can trust that they will do a good job and be honest with me about the work needed. I highly recommend this auto shop!

I got 4 new tires and shocks and struts all around. I was pleasantly surprised that my bill had a prorated amount taken off of my job estimate cost. I m a senior widow and have no one to advise me on automotive issues. I so appreciate Tyler s honesty to not over charge me. My car runs great and I wii recommend Garrett Tires to all my card playing friends!!!

Everything was great with my service. Chase is very good at fitting my appointment in to work with my schedule. I am very confident in their skills. I moved to Arkansas 5 years ago and Garrett has always taken good care of my cars. I have gotten oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, new tires, brakes replaced and other car repairs. Always done professionally and fast service. Thank you Chase and Tyler for providing great service and making sure everything goes smoothly. I definitely recommend Garrett for all your automobile needs

I ve been using Garrett Tire since I started driving approximately 30 years ago. My family has gone to them longer and still continues to do so. We all tend to drive em till the wheels fall off and Garrett has been a backbone of making sure that happens much farther down the road.Their people are knowledgable, professional, courteous and just all around great folks. They answer questions and really take care of their customers. I know my vehicles are well cared for and the employees are not just trying to run up your bill. They are worth the money every time.

Needed to replace a battery ASAP and Garett Tire and Auto Center was able to get me scheduled for an appointment at 8 AM the morning after I called. They took care of this very quickly and did a great job!

Fast, friendly service. I recommend getting the road hazard on your tires it saved me a lot of money today. I also believe in buying the best quality tires they will last longer and give you a better ride. You can count on quality and service at Garrett tire.

Chase, Tyler and the mechanics at Garrett Tire are extremely hard working. I have had a multitude of mechanical work completed by the crew at Garrett Tire, vehicle allignment, oil changes, battery replacement. I recommend their business as often as I can.

My wife and I solely trust our vehicles to Garrett Tire & Auto Ctr. We've had many companies service our vehicles over the years, but after the service we've received here, we've no interest in taking them elsewhere.Everyone on the team is friendly, communicative, and helpful. I would highly recommend GTAC for your vehicles.
