Keeping this short , sweet and factual. We have a fleet and have used them extensively. I showed up for an oil change at 4:04 PM. I asked for an oil change and the check if there was a nail in one of my tires. Before I was finished speaking an individual there cut me off and told me" not today. That he did not take appointments after 3:30pm" and said so disrespectfully firm ,rudely and walked away.I was able to find another competitor service the truck a few blocks away without issue. Had they stated their position differently in a more customer service way I would have been happy to wait and just transfer to another of our trucks until they could get to it. I don't feel like they probably care but I won't be back and others should be aware of this example of their customer service level and that their published hours are inaccurate or situational.

I was pretty aggravated w the mechanic wandering in 20 minutes late. No apologies. And then he proceeds to stand around chit chatting w the guy that works the desk for at least 5 minutes until I stood up and went to the window and stared at him. Then he finally decided to get to work. Then the guy that worked the desk came in and started talking to me like I'm stupid and don't know the difference between a leak and climate change.I was extremely grateful the mechanic found the crack in my rim.I was moving out of Springdale that day to Memphis. I was 4 and a half hours late getting out of town. The mechanic that thinks the clock works around him was responsible for 30 minutes of that 4.5 hours.You still got a very high score because last time I was there your mechanic actually fixed my A/C. I had been taking it to various mechanics for 2 years by that point. I was really impressed my first time there. Very frustrated the second time. He was young, still figuring out that time isn't replaceable.I have to leave 5 stars because of the A/C repair. The young morning guy isn't worth loosing a whole star over.

Went in for a scheduled alignment appointment. Waited almost an hour before they even put my car on the rack. Was then told that they couldn't do the alignment because BOTH inner tie rods were "bad" which they determined from hand wiggling the front tires. Boots and joints are not torn or worn, they just automatically assumed that it was the inner tie rods without any further inspection. Was then charged $30 for the wheel wiggle test and they called it an "alignment inspection". Checking for play in your steering is not an alignment inspection. They of course tried to sell me a complete tie rod replacement without really knowing the actual condition of the tie rods. I understand not wanting to do the alignment, but most places would not have charged for work they couldn't do. Most reputable places give free assessments and warn you of costs before service is performed. Not here. At least they only got $30 out of me. Beware and ask lots of questions about costs if you choose to go here.

Joe tried to explain to me how I should expect to wait 1-2 hours for my appt because it takes a long time to work on cars, and someone had an appt before yours . This is the second appt in a row that has not been honored by this Firestone location.

I forgot how well run these Firestone store are. The young mechanic is so capable and knowledgeable he fixed our tie rod and test drive it three times before giving it to us. Other staff too are extremely respectful and attentive.

DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS ONLINE! I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation, then went in to find they were closing. They simply told me to come back tomorrow, even though I had already taken time off work. No work done nor any response to the fact I had an issue beyond "sorry".

We did an auto check there before purchasing our car, and they even allow us pick up the car 2 days later, when the transaction is finished. Thanks for their patience, we don't need to finish the transaction in a hurry.

Beware this Firestone is trained to rip you off. For example, If you need only brake pads replaced they will scam you and say that your rotors need replacement too.. It s company policy to have them replace rotors when only pads need replacement or they won t work on your car. These people are running a deceptive /unethical business. Stay away from all Firestones!!!!

Back in Feb of 2023 I took my 2007 Chevy Silverado 3500HD for alignment, I was happy to find a place that could do my truck cause it s a long bed and they don t do it everywhere, long story short I took it back in today because it needs an alignment, they gave me a 1 year warranty and as soon as I claimed it guess what now the truck is too big!!! Any suggestions of where I could take my truck?

Made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. When I get there two guys told me they were to busy to honor my appointment and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I agreed, but when I returned a different guy said he couldn't find my rescheduled appointment and that the previous guys had lied to me about how busy they were. He then tells me he is too busy to provide me service. Place is a joke.

I had an appointment a Wednesday at 2:00pm, I went in & they told me the guy that was going to work on my car left because he had an emergency. Ok I understand emergency s happen but I didn t get a call from them saying if I wanted to reschedule or anything. I rescheduled the appointment for Thursday at 3:00pm, I get there & they tell me the guy went on his 1h break at 3:00. I lost hours of work because I had to take my car to them & just for them to tell me I had to wait another hour ? I would ve understood the situations if I got a call from them but no calls were received on my phone. They don t apologize either they just act like it s nothing when all they re doing is getting bad reviews for their business. They re not professional at all.

Well how inconvenient for them to have me sitting here at 8am on a Sunday and they don t open until 9 must ve been a new incompetent worker to set my appointment I m beyond irritated especially since I was on hold over 7 minutes only to apparent be lied to Do I even have an appointment this morning???

Very rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment by phone the day before went in 10 mins before my appointment time for the Mexican guy to tell me it s was going to be another hour before they could do my oil change. Then I asked what was the point of having an appointment he then proceeded to argue with me saying I made it online which I didn t (doesn t matter if I did) I called like said the day before but they shouldn t schedule appointments if they can t accommodate them! You ve been doing this so you should know how long it takes to do whatever job you re doing so you can schedule your appointments accordingly! Making an appointment is pointless if I have to wait longer that 15 mins for MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! Debating if I m going to go back in an hour for that oil change

Firestone Destination LE Tires Poor quality They do not work they are dangerous they deteriorate quickly as they have 60,000 miles and at 30,000 they no longer work they do not respect the Guarantee they only cover 25% of the cost, they do not have enough staff and they take a long time The Supervisor is never there

I had my vehicle towed to them because I thought they were a good company. My fuel pump was priced off the charts. The day I went to pick up the vehicle my battery light was still on and I had to go back in wait for an associate to notice me. I had to ask what was wrong and they said my alternator was going out but the mechanic had left for the day. My car died not two minutes down the road. I was out of work for several days and had another mechanic look and Firestone had not plugged in anything under the hood and all of the parts were not even full put back in place.

We dropped off our Expedition on 1/9/2023. We had an appointment for 7am store did not open till 8am so website is wrong wasted time had to get a family member to drop off our vehicle. Got the inspection done late in the day not sure what the point of an appointment is when it takes almost 8hrs to get an inspection. Got a quote $500 for rotors and brakes for the rear fine. Then they called back said it would be more ($1000) because one caliper could not go back on and would not get the part till 1/11. They called back on 1/11 said the part that came is is broken...now we are at 4 days without a vehicle and said hopefully the new part comes in by 1/13. so 5 days without a vehicle for doing breaks. Not sure what kind of shop this is that cannot source local for parts. 1 star so far hopefully they can turn this around highly doubtful.Service: Brake service & repair

Requested an appointment 5 days before. Revieved the "Your appointment request is processing email" and then nothing. My appointment was supported to be on a Saturday morning at 8:00 so when they were supposed to open at 7:00 I started calling to confirm my appointment before driving over 30 min to get there. As with many previous experiences, I called and called and got no reply only to call a location close to them who told me the Springdale location started closing on the weekends due to staff shortages. Admitting this is frustrating but not all that bad, the problem is that these sort of problems have occurred for the last year (both communication errors and closing without telling the public they would be closed). I want to be compassionate about staffing shortages but am very disappointed in their lack of communication. Please post something on your website if you are closed or email your customers back if you can't fit them in. The two times I have gotten in I've had good service on my vehicle but am likely no longer going to return to this Firestone location because of these continuing problems.

These folks are great very friendly service. Have been bringing my car here for several years and I love the work they do. Always explain things in a professional way. Always fair and honest. I got into an accident and had my car towed there recently and they allowed me to leave it there and gave me a detailed report of the damage all for free. Real good people here. Love em.

I made an appointment for 7/30 at 10am. Showed up 10 minutes before the appointment time to find the firestone closed and a sign on the door saying the hours were only Monday through Friday now. No one called me to let me know. I wasted time and fuel. Not only that, I had made an appointment the week before on Thursday for Friday in the morning online. I showed up and was told they do not accept online appointments and had rescheduled it for 7/30 at 10 am. All the while the guy who was helping me was rude and clearly didn't even want to be there.

They did the alignment how I wanted but I was told my car would be done the same day. I did not receive a call to let me know they wouldn t be finished in time. I would have been fine just with some communication. My wheels also came back with scratches due to the equipment used for the alignment. I m just disappointed as I thought shops used rubber on their alignment machines to prevent scratches.

We had an excellent experience with this location today, led first by service advisor Virgil, and down to every mechanic we encountered. We were pulling a newly purchased trailer out of state, blew out a tire, called in to arrange purchase 30 minutes prior to closing time. Virgil ensured us we would be taken care of if we arrived by 5pm. At 445, we unfortunately had a 2nd blown tire & couldn't make the 5pm time, so called back to see if anything could be done. Virgil was more than accommodating & immediately let us know he would stay late to take care of us while we made arrangements to get there. He & a couple mechanics stayed over an hour past close, on a Sunday, to help ensure our safe return home. Kudos to all of them for an outstanding customer experience!! We are so appreciative.

I called another Firestone before coming here to check availability to replace a tire. They told me " ughhh its 4 o clock..its getting kinda late "...but the Mechanics here showed hustle, and were very friendly. They took the time to show me what they found with my vehicle and they got me back on the road. Im giving 4 stars because they gave me the wrong size tire ( it still runs fine ) and they forgot to grease my zirk bits when I asked them to. Overall a positive experience.If its possible for me to get the correct tire put on at another firestone since I realized it halfway through my trip, thatd be nice.

I made an appointment to get some more worn tires rotated to the rear of my 17 year olds car. Our appointment was at 4:00 and the car was pulled in at 5:30. At 6:15 (store closes at 6:00) we were informed that they didn't want to do a rotation because then my rear tires would get worn (really?). We were told that my tires were under warranty and could be replaced on Tuesday. Considering today is Thursday and I have been here for over 2 hours, obviously I am more than displeased. Pretty certain if my appointment time had been met, I would have tires and be able to travel for the holiday weekend, but now I am not. There is no amount of money that would cause me to ever set foot in this store again. Going there was completely pointless and I was charged an inspection, when the only feedback I got was something I informed them of. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Went in on 8-8 @ 1 PM for an oil change on my Jeep Liberty. I didn't get names but everyone that assisted me was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They had a special for $10 get everything checked on your vehicle, so I got it. After they completed all of that, an employee came and sat down and explained everything they found and the prices including warranting my tires. He went through the list very detailed and I decided to get new tires, an alignment, new spark plugs and a pressure test on my coolant hose (had previous problems). It took them about 5 hrs total but I had alot done that you don't want rushed. I am so pleased with the worked they did. I have been a customer for 10 years and this location is by far the best I've dealt with. I will definitely be doing all my business at the Springdale Firestone.

Previously dropped off pickup for flat repair, wasn't repaired, still leaking. Made appointment today for 10 am to get it fixed again. When I got there, he asked if I was dropping off and I responded, no, I had appointment for 10 to get the tire repaired, It wasn't until then he advised that I would have to leave the vehicle and could not wait for it, which I hadn't planned on. They should have informed me when I called yesterday to set the appointment, but it was never mentioned, This store is not the same as it was a couple of years ago. I will use the Fayetteville location. Already set appointment online and they have confirmed that I can WAIT for the repair to be done.

I've used this Firestone dealer twice and will never go back.� Here is why:1.� They don't follow their appointment schedule.� Both visits they took my vehicle in late which meant they took twice as long as scheduled to do the work.� I have a work schedule and they caused me to be late both times. Frustrating.2.� They found a piece of wire in my tire and refused to fix it.� It was 1.5 inches from the smooth part of the side wall and according to the internet this should be an easy and safe repair.� To be fair, it is the technicians call.� He wanted to sell me a $175 tire instead of fixing the new tire on my truck.I took the tire 2 miles down the road and $15 later, the problem was solved.I dont trust this Firestone dealership.�� They don't adhere to their schedule and they want to sell new tires to make money not help their customers get the most out of an existing purchase.Thumbs down. Try another place.

My friend was trying to buy a new battery for her son's vehicle, and finding out if they DID or DID NOT have it in stock depended entirely upon who you talked to, and question if "they were the only one working...?" VERY unorganized and unprofessional. I'm 58 years old, and they made me carry the old battery inside for testing, and watched me carry out the new one.

I had a leaking intake on my 20 year old expedition. Not only did they fix it when it later started leaking again they fully covered it under warranty. I would suggest anyone wanting to know they're covered take it to Firestone they're great.
