Needed a tire for my car, called many places either didn't have it or wanted to charge 160+ cost to mount and balance! Called Durans and they were able to find me one and only charged me 55 dollars!! Not to mention when I brought the wheel they had it changed in 10 minutes!! I will definitely be recommending these guys in the future!! Life Savers!

They were amazing! They were able to fix our tire problems quickly. The price was so great, we were able to leave a tip. I appreciated their honesty, their promptness, their prices, and their attitude. I never felt like they would take advantage like so many other places have done. I will use Duran Tires again!! 5 Stars All The Way!!

I pulled into this place with a busted rim other tire shops didn't want to mess with, and the man working there had it fixed and ready to go in fifteen minutes. The price was a lot better than other shops also. Highly recommend

After trying 2 different tire shops and being sent away because they were within an hour of closing, I made it to Durans tire shop. They were very nice and extremely affordable. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

Had a tire puncture as my family and I were traveling home to Kansas City. Duran s was open later and able to repair in less than 15 minutes. They were extremely friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Well he started out good. But he allowed a shiesty friend of his too double charge me on a air bag for my semi-truck. That only cost $125. And then when I asked for a receipt, he caught attitude we me. My advice too the owner is not to let a friend ruin your business and good name!!!

Everyone wanted to charge me 260 for 2 tires but duran fixed me up for 90! Cant beat that service!

This was the most customer friendly place I have been to in a long time. I called Duran s and they were about to close, I was stuck at my job trying to wait on a tow truck and Duran s said they would wait on me. They fixed it in no time. I will forever refer this business and appreciate them greatly.

This is my go-to place for tire services now! They came to the rescue when I tried to put on my spare and broke my lock key. They also helped me get great used RV tires when I had a low budget!

These guys are amazing, I came here with a flat tire and they quickly diagnosed and showed me the issue was around the valve stem, got me in and out in 10 minutes for $20 with a new TPMS sensor. Excellent service

I have gone to most of the tire shops around Springdale and have never known these guys existed. They have the greatest price in town and are very passionate about what they do. Great attidute and are very polite. Duran will be my only shop forever.

Durans Tire Shop is AMAZING!! I had what I thought was a flat tire on my way out of town on Labor Day. I called nearly every tire shop in town and couldn't get it anywhere. When I called Duran's they said they had closed 3 hours ago but offered to reopen their shop to fix my flat. I was beyond thankful since I had a 4 hour drive to make on a holiday weekend to get back home. After inspecting my tire, the guys at Duran figured out it wasn't my tire but a cracked wheel! Another shop could have quickly told me my tire was fine and sent me on my way, but they thoroughly inspected everything and found the hireline crack on the inside of my tire! This likely saved me from being stranded on the highway with my young son late at night. Over the next couple days, Duran got my tire welded so I could get my car back home to Kansas City. This place is HIGHLY recommended! They are good people who went wayyyyy out of their way on a holiday to help me get home safely. Thanks Duran!

Duran Tires went above and beyond to help me with my tire needs. I needed a 9.5R 16.5LT which is hard to find to say the least. They did not have this tire at first... but they called me back and the man said he had this size at his house. He asked if I needed it that day and I said yes I was trying to go out of town. He said let me see what I can do. He called me back again and said that the tires would be there in an hour. I will call them for all my tire needs. Thank you so much for going out of your way. I was able to go on my vacation!

Eureka, an honest hard-working man in the auto care industry! We had a nail in a tire and he patched it in 8 minutes while we waited (yes, I put him on a stop watch). He charged half of what Big O did for the exact same job which it took them over an hour to perform. I was so pleased, I went ahead and paid him their rate. I told him he'd be seeing me again and he will.

Great people very knowledgeable easy going but very hard-working take care about customer service what is all about and they will take care of you in your time of need when it comes to your tires so give them a call I highly recommend them and not just five star but 10 Stars

Where can I start with this ? Don Tibursio (founder and owner) is one of the sweetest and kindest persons you will ever meet, (hands down) when it comes to pricing new and used tires, he is the man to talk to, very down to earth, competetive pricing and all, you just can't go wrong with Durans tires .! Recommended .!

I drive 100 miles daily, currently have used tires I ve had for over a year, they have plugs in them, they are worn and I can tell they aren t in great shape when I drive. All 4 tires have slow leaks. Not only do I drive for a living but I have a 2 year old that is also in my vehicle.I was treated just like a stupid girl and told I don t need tires...when I know for a fact I do. I just left so I could pay someone who actually wants to make sure their customers are taken care of and safe.

Very nice service, quick in and out and they'll tell you the price before they get to work. They have knowledge of the tire part number and of which vehicle the tire belongs to.
