I recently had a breakdown, and my truck was towed into Doggett Freightliner for repair. The service desk staff was cheerful, and handled getting the repair started expertly. The technicians went the extra mile to get my truck finished, and stayed late to get it done. I am extremely satisfied with the way this was all handled, and have the highest praise for Doggett Freightliners service staff.

Laura was awesome! Also the gentleman who took care of my truck. I'm a female driver and my truck is a little on the girly side on the inside, so was very thankful that they took extra care not to get dirt, oil and grime everywhere. I needed a few wires replaced and a new windshield and was in and out within a days in a half time.

Shawn Smith-General manager was nice, that's about all the good I can say about this encounter. I drove up here from Fort Smith to buy a truck with cash... they were asking 45,900. The most that the head of sales at corporate "Matt" would lower the price only 1,900 dollars.... we've done business with them at a different location and was hoping to keep them as our only source for our truck buying needs. Wanted to buy one today to help build the business and planning by this time next year, we'd have 10 trucks all from the same company! Oh well I suppose! I understand you have to make money... you don't have to make it all off of one person though!!! Farewell to you Doggett!

I always have a positive experience with service at Doggett Freightliner Springdale AR. The service dept is always prompt and take care of any issues I have . And they try to keep the cost down . I want to give a special shout out to Haley in service . She listens very carefully to any details I give her , she makes sure to convey any messages I have for the mechanic. She thinks outside the box and is very helpful . She truly does her job . The service manager Richard is very helpful and fair as well . The parts dept also tries to keep the cost down . I went in the other day ready to replace both me hood mirrors . In the past in order to replace those one would have to buy the entire bracket to the tune of over $300.00 each . The parts dept informed me that of recent one only needs to buy the mirror . Cost was $40.00. Need I say more ? Between Haley in service , the service manger and parts they saved me about $1200.00 this week Thanks to you all .

Richard Olive and his entire service team are extremely professional, respond rapidly and answer and return calls promptly. I have a diesel pusher rv. The guy in the shop in back, I think his name is Tuttle? He knows rvs and spent extra time with me diagnosing a couple problems. I recommend rv owners to talk to him before bringing it in.

I wish there was half-star ranking system, please and please find somewhere else to bring your truck even if you have to pay extra towing Still u will save money, I have been driving almost 15 yrs truck and l never been seen adiagnose charge for 3 hrs the treat peopled in rude and very unprofessional I won t recommend people to do service with them.

My husband had a really bad service with the folks. I listened to the issues they gave him, and it was costly. Please find somewhere else to bring your vehicle. Even if you have to pay extra for a tow, you will save money on the back end.... Trust me, don't bother if you don't have to.

The staff are friendly especially Ms. Laura. My truck broke down due to a Def issue and they didn t have a lot tech available due to a competition. Ms. Laura got my truck into shop quick and luckily they had the part in stock to do the repair and got me rolling again. Thanks again

Awesome experience. Very attentive to specifics. Checked with me to review work prior to doing the repairs. Bill Middleton (Truck Sales) was very thorough on pricing out another truck for me. Reviewed numerous finance options. GM was awesome. Service was awesome. Zero Complaints!

I would recommend avoiding this dealership at all cost. If you need a part and they tell you $800 every time you can go to Joplin or Tulsa and save at least $250. And that s even if they have the part every part they have to order just about and they always tell you they ve got 50 on order. But you can go to Tulsa a Joplin 99% of the time and they have it in stock. If you go in and talk to the girl at the service desk, their attitude is they could not care any less about getting your business. If you call and talk to service and tell them that you re having any issue with a transmission automatic or standard doesn t matter they re gonna tell you that it sounds like you need a new transmission. Which is unfortunate since I live in Siloam Springs and have to drive a lot farther to get quality service done and parts at a cheaper price. I am making this review based on several experiences with this dealership thinking that a couple of them were not the norm. But after many disappointing experiences I ve come to the conclusion it is just this chain of dealerships. A Dogget, save money get better service go to Premier in Tulsa or Joplin.

Crooked, charged 1800 to do a job that should of cost around 600... maybe. Had a charge on the bill for 75 bucks to inform that it had to marker lights out. Not to fix them... just to say they were out. Didn't even ask them to do that. Man alive. This place is bad. Ended up negotiating it down a fair bit. But having to negotiate that they take off oil that they didn't even use shouldn't be a part of getting service done. Stay away.

Our Tiffin motorhome was due for annual PM on Cummins engine and generator and Freightliner chassis. Ken, in RV service, worked with us to get our motorhome serviced in a timely manner, as we are full-timers. Cost for this PM was less than the Cummins PM, and Ken also knows the Freightliner chassis. We are good to go for another year. Thanks Ken!!!

Read there reviews. They only commented on the positive ones. This place was a ripoff!They even lied to me saying truck would not reset code so that I could leave. I paid them a ridiculous price to do force gen. Got it back to Missouri and it was fixed for a 3rd of the costUnless you absolutely positively have to go there I would not! And of course they won t comment on it cause it s negative.

This is by far the absolute, best Freightliner dealership ever. I brought my old truck in for what I thought were some minor repairs. Turned out they weren't. After some serious thought and speaking with the general manager Tyler I was on my way to getting a new truck. Everyone on his staff worked tirelessly to get me into a new truck. My salesman Josh earned his pay on this one. He deserves it. Aaron the service manager also was great. He is extremely intelligent and knows what he is talking about. I am forever indebted to the folks at DOGGETT Freightliner in Springdale, Arkansas.

I made deposit on a truck because the truck is at their Texas branch, only to be called two days after that the truck was sold. But they have another one exactly like the first one but with 19k more miles and the same price.That is when I should have known that something is not right. I have been spending money on the truck since the first week of taking delivery. I thought maybe the mechanics were just taken advantage of me. So, I decided to take it to another freightliner dealership and it was confirmed that it was an accident truck that was wrecked bad.

Maybe I m dreaming all this. They received the truck at 10 am, it's been 26h in the shop and still nothing! They need to replace the windshield motor, only one, small windshield motor. The guy at the front desk has been assuring me since yesterday that they are working on the truck.WHY the places like this survive???

SCAM ALERT! We brought our RV in to get a transmission leak fixed. After making us wait an entire afternoon, they crashed the RV pulling it out of the garage causing some serious damage to the bumper and the body. Then they told us it would cost over $1200 to change the transmission fluid. They did not want to file an insurance claim, so they started to fix the damage without our permission. They did not fix the damage and the body work they did on the bumper was shoddy and rushed. We did not authorize them to change the trans fluid for $1200 either but they did it anyway. When we told them we were not satisfied with their attempt to fix the damage they said fine we could pay the $1200 bill and leave. We did not want to pay their bogus bill, and felt they had us over a barrel. We just wanted to get to our destination and be on our way, so they forced us to sign a waiver saying the body repairs were satisfactory or pay their bogus bill, which was not even itemized for parts and labor. After accepting their terms, we attempted to leave but they messed up the transmission and left it undriveable, they hadn't even road tested it. I will never do business with this place again and I suggest to anyone considering going here to STAY AWAY. These people are only concerned about covering their own butts.

Beautiful layout shop bays were clean and well organized. Service writers were courteous and professional. Large driver lounge area very comfortable with a few amenities. Got my truck in very quickly.

Service writers were very nice. While waiting for the test drive to be completed I talked the man's ear off while I am sure he had other stuff to do. Never once did he say ehh I got to go. Also let me stay the night in the front and allowed me to pick up empty in the morning. Because at the time of day the pilot would have been full. Very pleased and got me in and out the same day. Closes at 7 on weekday and 4 on Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Had RV engine work performed but they overcharged! Some months later the RV place and Springdale could not get to my RV quick enough so I will let them give me an estimate on running an air conditioning line from the condenser to the Pump. McGaugh RV I had already estimated the job at around $1000. This place was estimating it at $2800 wow. I called around to some other RV dealers one in Missouri and one in North Carolina to be fair and they said the same price $1000-$1200. So I did not authorize them to perform the procedure when I arrive to pick up my RV they tried to charge me $645 for the diagnostic! Oh heck no! I demanded meeting with the manager and told him I was not paying that. He said it was a mistake and bumped it down to $230 which is still ridiculous. This place is ran like and ill-equipped romper room. And they will overcharge you almost double or more! Drive far to avoid this place!
