Fantastic body shop! They kept me updated the entire time, fixed my car earlier than estimated and were very friendly! If I ever have damage to my car again (let's hope not! Lol) I will bring my car right back to Courtney-Hollingsworth!

I would 1,000% recommend them!!! Andy went above & beyond to help us. He pushed & stayed after the insurance company to make things right. After nearly 2 months, the insurance finally totaled my car. We were in China at the time, so I asked Andy to send me a picture of the window sticker. We wanted to make sure we were getting a fair settlement. Not only did he send the picture as I had asked, but he also sent me the NADA valuation report. That level of customer service is few and far between these days!I hope we don't ever need a body shop but if we do, we're going to Courtney-Hollingsworth.

They do great work. Technically, they are my competitor, but I have to give props where they're due. We needed to borrow a specialty tool over at Joe Bumper Collision, and Mr Hollingsworth didn't bat an eye. He just said he'd be glad to help us out.

They did a great job and finished earlier than expected. I received texts along the way telling me their progress. This place is the absolute best! I'm sorry I'm not writing sooner. A few years ago, I took my sports car here because I needed help. My friend, bless her heart, was not accustomed to adult beverages and partook in quite a few NYE pink drinks. Well around 1AM, I was taking her home, and her stomach decided it didn't want to hold on to those drinks any longer. Needless to say, after 5 violent purges into the interior of my car....my passenger seat was STUCK and I needed the seat removed to clean! I mean...not coming out STUCK, and there were drink "memories" under her seat...on her seat, the seatbelt, you get the idea. Well, the fine gentlemen at CHAB made their way through the memories and were able to remove the seat. That was all I wanted so I could clean! However, they took it a step further and cleaned my car. I mean, who does that!?!? Thank you guys so much. I still think about how awful I felt bringing my car to you. Lol You guys are the best in NWA! It leaves an option to post pics but I'll spare you guys

The hail damage repair was excellent. Our car looked new. The only problem was when we got the car back the door locks and Tire pressure monitors did not work. I had to take the car to the Dealer and pay nearly $300.00 to have the BCM reprogrammed. The Dealer could not tell me what might have caused the sudden failure of the BCM. Could not be more impressed! Myself, friends and family have used this shop and referred them often over the years. I m not sure what has changed but I was recently in an accident and refused to work on my truck because it was too big of a job . I am pretty disappointed in Country Hollingsworth.

They were very polite and willing to work with me since I travel for work they were able to work around my schedule to get my vehicle repaired. They say the car was returned to me, the car looked brand new inside and out. They repaired the damage to the back of the car but then they also cleaned the inside of my car, which is going above and beyondServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in for body work. They had to remove the windshield and broke it while doing so. The windshield had the mustang pony at the top. Instead of replacing it with the same design it was replaced with a cheaper window without the pony at the top. Very disappointed in this. They refused to work with us. They broke it, they should put it back the way it was instead of cutting corners.Service: Body & Trim
