I recently purchased my 2nd car at this car-mart. I wanna thank Jill, Sheila and especially Bobbi. They were very efficient and made the process as painless as possible. They were willing to give me a chance when other dealers turned me away. I'm very appreciative and thankful.

Hello, my name is Bethany Lawson I am 24 and I bought a Ford Taurus X from car-mart on sunset. My care salesman was Bobby Joe. I would NOT recommend buying a car from here. I traded in my old and they gave me $400, which was $100 below they re trade in down payments of $500 that they advertise. She told me that the extra $100 that I owed AND the sales tax would be worked into the first six payments which would be higher at $321 bi-weekly instead of $245 bi-weekly because they understand that people can make $650 car payments on top of sales tax, all I would have to do is come back before my tags expire and pick up my plates. I have made all of these payments early. I went into the store yesterday to do as she said, and when I got there, they handed my paperwork and when I went to the DMV, I was told I owe over 1k of sales tax. I then went back to the dealership, asked to speak with the manager and explained what I along with the man I brought with me to buy the car was told. She then told me that Bobbie joe never said that and that I had to pay sales tax. This is theft by deceit of a felonies amount, so that she could get the commission off of my sale. My car also broke down after buying it, and when I contacted the dealership, they sent to a repair shop that told me two hours. I did not get my car back for a week in which time the repair shop didn t once call me to update me I had to repeatedly reach back out, and when I called to speak to car-mart about this they told me they were absolutely nothing they can do. How am I supposed to work my two jobs to afford this car, if it doesn t even work properly? That s paying $150 of my car note while it sits in a shop less than two months after purchase.

They were very quick to respond to my online application. Process was quick and easy once we got to the office the next morning. Everyone at the office was friendly. Finished the in person paperwork, test drove, inspected the truck and closed all within 2 hours. Quick. Friendly. Efficient. Go see them.

Complete liars, Bobbyjoe and Jill both told us that our registration was included in the payments and that they would "have a guy throw the plates on when they arrive at the dealership". However, 2 months later, all payments made on time and now they say " no, you are both liars" when we said they were supposed to pay the sales tax and get our plates for us. Do not go here, they will lie and take advantage of lower income people because they know you can't afford a lawyer and a lawsuit.

Bobbi Jo and Sam are very methodical and meticulous in their approach to the manner in which they treat their customers. I would classify them as smooth operators who know their job well and does it well. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

My husband and I got a car from the Springdale Car-mart in 2022. The first car ended up having a bad engine, fine we got it traded in. The check engine light has been on the newer car ever since we got it home. That in itself is frustrating but not my main issue with this establishment. Mainly, it s Sheila, the assistant finance manager. She is disrespectful, not helpful, condescending and just rude. I highly recommend trying to find other options for transportation. They are predatory lenders and you will find this out if you get a loan with them. Also, when I went to pay for my vehicle registration this past year, the title was suspended due to an administrative error on Car-marts side. Just do yourself and your finances a favor and stay away. Their cars are trash and so is the customer service.

Sheila in finance is absolute rude to her customers and doesn t know how to have common curtsy for customers. Everyone else there, Bobbi Joe, Jill, Sam etc are excellent, love them.

Changing my review, after 6+ years doing business with carmart and getting so many people to do business with them. I'm almost to the point I want to leave my 3 vehicles on the lot and just walk away. I only kept my business here because Jill, Bobbi, and Gina have been so good to me, HOWEVER..... Shelia is the most disrespectful individual I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I know SOOO many customers AND employees have put in complaints about her and she is still employed. She is condescending, and dead inside. She will leave rude voicemails and talk to you like you're stupid. She treats her coworkers like trash, and I know people have quit because of her.Carmart has lost any future business with me as long as they chose to employ her. Take your business elsewhere.

Definitely vote for the worst of the worst. They have been awful to deal with and will do everything possible to make your life hell and get you behind on your loan they say make arrangements and aren t there. Now definitely go to a car mart that is actually worth something the one in Centerton is great and so is the one on 8th st in rogers and better cars and way better treatment. The one in Bentonville is good to but not this one. If you decide to go even after reading this good luck specially with the finance manager so many people have complained about Sheila to corporate and they don t care .

Great people & Great service. And I was not in there all day. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours and I love that. Oh and please see Bobbi Jo she s amazing that s who I was with and her energy is so amazing you feel like your at home and talking to your best friend. That lady is a asset to this company all around wholesome amazing experience with her

This has been a terrible experience so far. Sheila is possibly the most unfriendly person I've come into contact with for a while. Very condescending, and rude. I've had several issues with my vehicle, and have had to jump through hoops just to get it checked out. I do not recommend this place for your next vehicle.

Hello there. I am now an old but new customer of Car-Mart Springdale Arkansas. Yesterday I had a not so good experience with Car-Mart Fayetteville Yesterday. It was an experience that had me pretty upset especially with me being at my lowest and just needing someone to make me feel like I was more than just a customer. I left with pain and disappointment that no one could understand. This morning I woke up not a good experience but I needed to reach out to explain my situation and the customer service I experienced Yesterday. I called the 800 number and was transferred to the same store I had had an bad experience for the first time. Nothing really was addressed with that conversation as I expected. I called the 800 and was then transferred to the Springdale lot. I was in tears again at that point..I was at the bottom. Ready to just let go. I talked to general manager about my concerns my problems my bad experience and she pretty much said where are you at and I'm sending 2 of my lady workers to get you give me address and stay there. I didn't believe that it would be a experience I will never forget. I'm walking back to where I was stranded and a white car pulls up with two ladies with smiles and conversations. At this point I'm stressed tired exhausted in many ways. Little did I know that this would start a conversation that would forever change me. The ride I cried but I let it out. Wasn't rushed. Compassion. From the time I walked into Carmart Springdale everyone gave me full attention and heard all my needs. Omg I don't know who I say is the best because they were such a team! The energy The empathy the professionalism was 100%. I was able to be honest not be judged be valued and be heard. I hope and pray that each one of them realize what they did for me today. I was ready to give up. I can now keep working and go to school because of your team. I hope that you understand so much of my life was given back today. The chance to succeed. I am grateful and blessed for each of them for giving me a breath of fresh air. I can breathe. Please acknowledge all of them. There needs to be teams like this at all locations.

We had a great experience and found the perfect vehicle. Bobbi Jo helped us out and she was amazing. It was fast, simple, low down payment, and they worked with us on the vehicle we wanted. We drove away that day very happy in our new 2016 4x4 F150 with only 95,000 miles on it. Great people and a great car buying experience. Thank you.

Well, I *was* an advocate for CarMart West, up until recently when I've been run around so many times, I'm over it. Went in on Thursday the 15th to sort out an issue, & was informed by Sheila that it would be resolved "Friday or Monday." With Monday being a bank holiday, we gave until Tuesday before we called to check in becuase we hadn't gotten the promised phone call. I've now spent every day since Tuesday the 20th (today being Tuesday the 27th) calling to ask if it's ready or when it will be, & every day(most days I've talked to Sheila again) I get told "Let me call you back in just a few." & then I never get called back. Today I called & talked to Ashley, who Sheila has told me twice was the one handling calling us & taking care of the issue, & she informed me she didn't have any idea what I was talking about & would have Jill or Sheila call me, & then I was completely unsurprised when that didn't happen either. At this point, I'm so annoyed & feeling like they aren't actually doing anything they said they were that I'm actually considering just dropping my vehicles off & taking the hit to my credit to not have to deal with them lying & running me around anymore.

Very helpful very fast process there used cars so you can t expect them to be perfect but all around the easiest car mart I have ever dealt with. When I say this I mean it! I m it is by far the easiest car mart I have ever dealt with.

Bought a car from here a little over 2 months ago. Absolutely love the car & generally always have a pleasant experience when I come in to make payments. However, today I asked to meet with my account holder but she wasn t available so I was sent to Gina. I missed a week of work due to having Covid so I attempted to set up a payment plan that I was told would be okay. After talking to Gina and being scolded & judged for needing to make the payment arrangement, I ended up paying the full amount & just leaving. Customers should not feel like they are being judged due unforeseen illnesses or life mishaps. What otherwise would ve been a 5-star review is now 3 solely based on the exchange I had with Gina.

Car-Mart has some of the most friendliest salespeople that go above and beyond to help assist you with your car needs especially Valerie she was very patient and kind and answered all my questions with a real nice attitude. They also have some real nice cars for sale. I really like the fact that if I change my mind about a certain car within a week I can exchange it. So folks come on down the Car-Mart where you get more than just friendly service you have a option of many great cars to choose from.

I had a really great experience at Carmart of Springdale West. My sales person was awesome! She helped very kind and professional through the whole process. She even let my 5 children stay in her office while my wife and I test drove a couple vehicles LOL! So from beginning to end amazing experience! Good job!
